Mr.Sub

Every worker I have seen is amazingly kind and show great customer service. The food is amazing and the store is always tidy and always clean. The building is cozy and a great place to go to.

Friendly staff, food I order always tastes great. My two favourites are spicy breaded chicken and my way back when fav.pizza sub. Mr. Sub over Subway every time.

The best Mr. Sub location. Wayne and his staff are very friendly and the subs here never disappoint.

Overall good experience but a few takeaways. The food was delicious and no complaints. The issue we encountered was being charged extra for cheese when we werent asked if we wanted extra just cheese or not.then my little one went to use the washroom only to find bugs crawling around.clean place all around otherwise.

You wouldn't expect much looking in from the outside, the decor is kinda dated and pretty meh, but is very clean once inside. But honestly if you get served by Renee, she's fantastic! And I was genuinely surprised by how good the subs were, delish! Pricing is on par if not better than most larger-scale shops. Definitely recommend.

This is the BEST Mr Sub place I have been to in my area. I have been in other places where the bread is dry and not fresh but here they make the bread fresh every day. The staff is kind and super friendly always making you feel welcome. Also one of the things that drew me to this location, is that they are open 1 hr earlier than all the Mr. Sub restaurants between Oshawa and Whitby. I am a working mother who is very busy trying to juggle multiple things at home, so being able to grab my son a lunch and drop it off early in the morning before work is KEY for me. Before the pandemic you could easily find a Mr Sub open at some places at 6 am in the morning.now the earliest I have seen is at 9 am at this location. So this makes it very convenient for me. This place is also very very clean.so whoever says they are NOT.is clearly lying. I have nener encountered an issue here and I applaud the staff and owners for their hard work in keeping things going during one of the most difficult times in human history.so that should tell you a lot about them. Keep up the great work!

Rude! Don’t eat here, need to fire that bald indian man that works there. Telling me what i want on my sub, i tell him no, he persistently rude. Than tells me to wait rudely, when he asked me what i want on the sub. I have no time for people like this. I walked out and he can eat the sub the way he wants it. Simp …

If the store opens at 9 it would be nice if it was actually ready to go. Walked in at 10 after and the open sign still wasn't on, barely anything was prepped, had to wait another 5 minutes for the single employee present to be able to even begin to make an order, and when I asked for it to be toasted they told me it would be another half hour before the grill was even ready. If you're not going to be ready to provide your full, advertised service until 10, then don't open until 10 and save the rest of us the frustration of planning around an unreliable business.

Won't be returning.

I love going to Mr Sub but this location uses a difference bread then other locatons and its terrible. I think it might have been under proofed.

Price is good sub is good. Took owner years to get with the times and start wearing gloves while preparing food. Now obsessed with the spread of COVID but will not were a mask, uses a shield the least effective method to prevent the spread of covid, but it feels good. Refuses to get the COVID vaccine as well! Self centred, stubborn, slow learner. But god forbid if you lean over the glass.

This is a very good Mr. Sub. Subs are fresh, bread is fresh, Staff are friendly, Very clean restaurant. They seem to pride them selves on this. Only negativity is busy traffic getting in and out on Dundas Street, Be careful

Friendly Staff. Buffalo chicken was great. Don't make a left onto Dundas out of the parking lot! Use the Hopkins entrance to go around.

The staff were friendly and helpful they even helped me with suggestions when I didn't know what I wanted the place was clean and the service was prompt I will definitely return!

Absolutely horrible customer service the lady at the counter was rushing to make the sub and there was no line behind me I asked her to grill it and she got upset saying you should have told me before all other mr subs I have been to ask if you want it grilled or regular never would I come back to this location again

Great service the place spotless, the products were fresh and the staff were excellent, helpful and courteous. I will be definitely going back again

The girl who works Sunday nights is very contientious and professional. Always have a pleasant experience.

The lettuce and Tomato were hidden.so I was like ok may be the sun is affecting them as per the lady.but then the jalapeno came out of nowhere.

Went into the store got a 6 in assorted sub the bread was dry crusty and falling apart didn't notice until I got home when I was about to eat it. Called in and explain to them the situation and the lady said it was baked this morning she "didn't know what to tell me". I've gone to this location plenty of times I've never gotten stale bread. This ignorant young lady who's working had an attitude with me because she served me stale bread. There's no way this bread could have been baked this morning! So beware is that you're not getting stale bread and that you're getting fresh bread to eat your sub. It's a very big disappointment to get home and try to eat your lunch and you can't because the bread is hard and crusty.
