Amazing staff. A1 customer service. Fresh food. Pleasant environment. All smiles. I will definitely return. Thank you for allowing me to be loud when I dined in lol I’ll use my indoor voice next time. They beverages they have is excellent. Top tier. Coconut water for the win!

This is by far the most organized and neat and clean Mr. Sub that I know of. Simple things like all of the drinks with labels facing forward shows their attention to detail. A very friendly staff, and always delicious food. Always fresh! Keep up the good work guys!

Worst customer service -short girl cashes me out than touches the sub without changing gloves- I tell her it is very in hygienic- she makes a big deal and finally had argue to get her to change just bun. Never again at this location- she acted as if she was doing me favour

Quick service, clean and friendly place. All ingredients were fresh and the sub I ordered was tasty. If you are in the area and are hungry, stop by and you would not be disappointed.

The service was great! The store at this location is very clean.the food was fresh and delicious at 9pm. (12 inch assorted sub, 3 cookies and 2 take out beers - a plus!) - I will be a return customer.

There is lots of parking at this location, although you might have to park farther down to find a spot. The restaurant is clean, and has seating for dine in. The washrooms are clean. The staff are friendly, and helpful. They are quick, and will make your sandwhich however you wish! The food is fresh, and tasty. The bread is freshly baked. If you love subs, this place is for you. This is in a strip mall, so its not the fanciest place.

We ordered online and the subs were the best we have had in years!
Our order was perfect, with extra mayo:) and all of the subs had the correct ingredients and was fresh and delicious.we are going back to this location all the time now!

Ordered via SkipTD. Sub was "ok" Special instructions was extra pickles. I had 5 in total. Very little toppings in general. Will try ahain in person.

I went to this place and my rating reflects the service that I received. The customer service was not acceptable. I ordered a sub and the toppings were wrong. After advising her, she rudely accused me of me making a mistake. After the subs been toasted she removed the toppings with her hands and she put the other toppings on with sauces that were there previously and toasted again. I don't know who would removed the toppings like that and considering the sauces are still on the sub, it looked disgusting. Luckily my son was with me so I paid for both my subs and left without showing so much discontent. Future reference to that lady working, if you wouldn't eat something that looks like that, don't expect someone else to. It's not so hard to get another bread to make it over instead of remaking another one. The experience you provide determines whether someone returns or not.

Great place if you enjoy lines. The good thing is there product is always fresh due to amount of business they get.

Favourite Mr Sub location, always fresh and well made. Staff is mostly nice.

Two odd experiences lately. First, they refused to build our sandwiches on the Mediterranean bread, as they were “saving them for UberEats orders”. I walked out that day. It’s kind of ridiculous that you’re saving bread for potential orders while refusing it to an actual customer. Second, they’ve overcharged us 3x over the last 3 months. They’ve rectified their mistake, but I can’t quite understand why it keeps happening.

The lady who runs the show there is absolutely excellent. Makes the whole experience better and radiates positivity and hard-work. I will keep coming here solely because of her. Food isn't bad either!

The food is amazing employees friendly except for one lady she was very angry because I didn't tell her to toast it in the beginning

Ten years ago I wouldn't have even walk in. Mr. Sub to me back then was a memory of sub par bread, less then stellar customer service, and mediocre portions.
Boy was I surprised when I went to this place. Fast, courteous service. When they were making my sub, they didn't skimp on anything, and boy was there a tonne of meat on it. The panini press at the end gave my sandwich that perfect toast while still maintaining a soft, fresh out of the oven feeling we all love.
Most important of all, that sandwich was OMG delicious!
I am a convert. Subway has a long way to go to match up to this.

Best Mr Sub I've been to. Buns are always fresh and cooked just right. Topping are always fresh. Good customer service too.wish they were open later in Sundays though.

One of the best locations I've ever been to. The inside is Spot clean and the food always fresh. There's always minimum 2 persons working.

Absolutley love Mr. Sub sandwhiches. Although, whenever I have ordered off doordash, every time I recieve my order it is incorrect. Always missing something, which is disappointing. Seems to be best when you go in-person and not by ordering through door dash.

The only Mr. Sub I will order from! These guys take pride in what they serve to their customers and even pay attention to the small things that matter. This is why they have such a good review on here compared to other locations. What made me want to write this review is because I have ordered from three other locations (on different occasions) because this one happened to be closed. I can say that each time the subs arrived not according to my order instructions, too much or too little or a certain ingredient, and sometimes had poor customer service over the phone. I really appreciate this Mr. Sub and will continue to give them my support.

Fresh, fast and friendly. Always love the quality of food from Mr. Sub.tries the chili for the first time, it was sooo good!

Mr. Sub has been my go to sandwich shop for years, I literally haven't stepped into a Subway in years. This location is actually one of my favourites because they have pineapples! Also the staff here is absolutely the best, a woman came in today with subway coupons and they advised her that the coupons could not be used there. She looked confused and they gave her their own coupons to order with. It was really sweet of them.

Service was fast and friendly all protocol was observed 4 covid and everything seemed to be kept rather clean

Owner is really friendly, helpful and accommodating. I have used their services for catering small lunches and we go there for lunch on occasion. Always greeted with a smile by most of the staff.

Love this location! Restuarant is clean, staff friendly and efficient.on my second visit for lunch i couldnt recall the name of the sub i had the previous day.the lady remembered and the sub was as delicious as it was on day one.amazing consistancy.the Canadian Club on Mozzarella bread, chipotle sauce, lettuce, cucumber, extra mozzarella cheese warmed up =DELICIOUS
