I don’t really like to leave negative feed to anyone but this m&t printing made me really upset they were supposed make some plastic bags signs for me they keep me waiting more them 3 weeks after that they gave me quote for it I told them that your price is high I have a quote from a different printing shop way less then your quote then they said proof us then we give you that price I sent a proof again they gave their same quote to me

They printed my number wrong and they wouldn’t fix it, they wanted to charge me more and also 3 girls work there and 3 of them have bad attitude
Very shameful for ur service.

They understand when im in a rush and try their best to help.i appreciate their work even they print papers for eight cents lower the price of other places

Helpful staff, made sure to clarify exactly what I'd be paying ahead of time, we made alterations to my order to make sure it was exactly what I was looking to get, and fast turnaround. I've used their east end location in the past, and the service here compares to what I had there - very pleasant and painless. Thanks guys!

I had a bad experience needing assistance on printing a document. When looking for options, they told me this place was intend for bussines printing. If you are printing a few documents expect to be treated as non important. Very rude attitude from the lady attending at the front.

I had a horrible experience with this print shop, and would caution others to look elsewhere for these services.

I assembled a large quantity of physical photographs to be digitized for a sideshow, and for specified photos to be duplicated, in order to create physical photo boards for my brother's funeral service. The shop mixed up the request and copied all the photos, and charged me for over double the amount of pages requested. When I explained the mix-up to the clerk, she acted cold and indifferent, and insisted on charging the full amount. As time was limited to prepare for the service, I relented and paid the full amount.

I encourage the owner to coach staff to show sensitivity and fairness when problems arise and to treat their customers as human beings.

I've had many things printed here and they have always done a great job and had a quick turnaround.

Rude customer service, got a lot of sass from this older lady working at the front. When asked to approve my test print, I wanted a few subtle changes and she took a deep sigh and made my presence feel very inconvenient.definitely did not make me want to come back here.

I've been working with M&T since the start of my business 26 years ago. I have always had great service, attention to detail, even problem solving my problems. (and theirs now and then). M&T stands behind their work. Shout out to Nicole whose has caught too many of my mistakes when I submit files! Thanks to the gang at M&T Dearness.

I am very impressed with the service and product that I received at this location. I needed some patterns scanned, resized and printed. Katy was very polite, patient and responsive as we worked through what I needed. Turnaround was quick and the price was very affordable. Highly recommend!

I had printed my wedding invites from M&T - Dearness and had the pleasure of working with Tracy throughout this process. They ordered in the exact type of stationary I was looking for and for such an affordable price. The quality of the print was very high. A few months later I needed a quick turnaround on wedding stationary to be printed (large format signage, table numbers, etc) and it seemed impossible at other locations. When I called this location and asked for Tracy, she remembered working with me earlier and was so accommodating. She ensured I would have the materials printed in time for the wedding and went out of her way to call the printing department for a quick turn around. I am so unbelievably grateful for this customer service. I highly recommend M&T Printing Group at Dearness for any printing needs. Thank you!
