MTS is the best trucking company. They giving best transportation services and staff is very nice and helpful. Always keep their promises and on time for deliveries. Love to work with them.

They are not paying us since JUNE, no answers from their accounting team. It has been 5 months, we are trying to get the payment from them but no reply at all.

The "accounting manager" Malik likes to play games and will not pay their invoice NOR verify if the assumed cheque they sent was cashed. We have an outstanding invoice from June. Courtesy note to not work with them.

These guys out of Business? MTS contracted a load we gave them to another carrier an did not pay them in return. We already paid MTS for the Job and now the carrier that did the load is trying to collect from our customer directly. No one answers the phones/emails.

Pathetic services by this trucking company, My load is delayed by 08 Days and still they are not worried about it, Whenever I call or send email every time they said Driver is on his way to delivery location. Because of trucker's unprofessionalism I lost my Client.
I suggest to never use this trucker for any of your load.

Transparency on rates and transit time is appreciated.they deliver on time and are quick to respond to inquiries via email and phone.

Got a quote, called back an hour later to book and my rate had gone up $2800. When asked about it they said they don't honor any quotes. Doubt they honor prices on booked load's after that conversation.

They double broker freight then don't pay the bills! Terrible don't take work from these bandits.

Picked up a shipment for them from NC, delivered on time!

their account payable told me will pay you in 60 days. Now it's over 90 days and I haven't gotten the money!

I would not deal with them again!

I just left MTS after my 1yr1mth full time stint. It's been the best experience of my trucking career with them. It was difficult decision to leave them - If not my personal issues at family front come up; I would have continued for many more years to come. This management is professional, involved, respectful and sincere. CEO, Fareed, Moe, Taru are involved 24/7 with the drivers and business. The drivers those work sincerely with them- they give back full support. It's been my first hand experience.

As a driver, I got my hours, respect, safety, money, safe truck & service all in time. What else one needs. Thanks to everyone at MTS. Farhad, Safety. I cant include everyone's name.but thanks to all. Keep up the great work.its been an honor to have worked with you all.

Do not haul any freight for them. You will not get paid for 6+ months no matter how small the amount. They have every excuse in the book. Unprofessional and immature dispatch. Don't even have Broker Authority. Beware!

These people do not pay there bills. Have every excuse not to pay and do not work for them unless you want to work for free. Never believe a word they tell you as it is all lies. The worst company I have ever dealt with in 30 years.really not sure how they survive and stay in business, excuses for human beings everyone that works there, and the owner is a true pile of garbage

I join this company in 2016 they hired me as a long haul truck driver. First they asked me to go with the city driver to do some city work for few days after then they again start sending me to city work with city driver and never send on long haul which they hired me for & i worked their for 1 month and they never paid me & i left the company

Fantastic company, I ship weekly with them and every load is picked up on time, they respect the appointments and the freight is delivered when they say it would be. 5 years that I've been shipping with this company and it always goes smooth.

A driver at this company in 2014 side swiped me in my new car. The owner Haider came on scene quickly and begged me to not go though insurance. He said he would cover everything himself. As he is the business owner I trusted Haider and agreed that we can look after everything directly. That turned out to be a huge mistake. After months and months of a run around, and after MTS moved from location to location and hid from me. I only had a portion of the repairs paid for.
About half a year later Haider finally decided to pay the outstanding amount in 3 posted dated checks.the last check did not clear and MTS still owes me over $2000.00. He apologized and said he would repay the last check, but never did and never returned my calls or fixed this issue.

To this date I still drive around with a damaged rim, as I could not afford to complete the repairs. I have everything documented in writing and lots of proof. I was just hoping MTS and Haider would fix this issue without having to go to small claims court. I would not trust using this company for any of their services.

ZERO IS what this company is. If you like to work for FREE work here. The company is Full of lies.

Most unprofessional and pathetic trucking company I have ever dealt with.
Called dispatch twice to request trailer drop off time, was put on hold and got disconnected. When asked why my calls are disconnected, guy said if you stay on hold longer than specific time, calls get disconnected. I mean really?
They have no credibility and takes no accountability of the loads. They screwed my loads twice in 2 weeks and reason was given reefer broke down. On the other hand, they said we bought new reefers. Knew someone in their company and she advised reefers have no problem, they are lying. There's no zero star, otherwise i would given it.

I have worked for this company for quite some time and it was a great experience to me. Nice working environment, friendly dispatchers and good team work.
One little advice to prospect new drivers joining MTS: have a deep detailed convo with the management during the hiring process. Other than this, it's a great company, nice people

If I am looking future, this company will going to be more massive and successful in transportation industries. Best work environment.

I would gave them negative rating if i would have an option.the owner haider he is very arrogant, liar. He is very rowdy, don't ever think to join this company.better to stay at home instead of working for them. I would expect reply from the owner if he has the guts.
