Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill

I've tried to give them multiple chances and everytime the food has no flavor and is a waste of money. Sour cream is watery, the other sauce is watery, the spicy salsa has no favour and isn't the tad bit spicy. Barbacoa beef literally tastes like unflavored beef. Not recommended to anyone

I went there today evening and staff was so good and welcoming. Restaurant was looking clean also Mexican rice were so delicious which was having Mexican flavour in it. Will definitely go there till I finish my studies from Algonquin College. Also plus point is there are open till late night. 12PM

We got food catered for our wedding reception. The food was amazing and all of the guests were raving about how good the Tacos were. I cannot recommend more highly.

Delivery and pick up were a breeze and everything was good.

I got myself a burrito bowl pork. For take a way they serve in a big bowl and I don't think they can fill it up and it's alright. It tastes alright and the staff working here are really good and nice. Compared to other burrito bowl options it's not that good but it's a nice place for a good quick meal. The rice in the bowl was a little too dry to be honest, I think this is because it wards the end of the night.
Love the fact that they offer beer too.

Karpreet is giving me half the bowl empty. Go to other locations or competitors better. This bowl is $17 which is ridiculous for half the size

The worst Mucho Burrito I have ever been to. There was no line up when My family and I had walked in. We were discussing what each of us were getting for a minute and then we stated our individual orders accordingly. My sister got a shredded beef bowl, I got a regular whole wheat chicken burrito. I had noticed that I received only about 3-4 very small chicken pieces in my burrito as the server only quarter spoon scooped the chicken. Not only that but they were extremely stingy about every single ingredient and when the order was concluded I had received the tiniest burrito of all time.it was an extra small with almost zero meat. I mean talk about a disappointment.not only did they give me a tiny burrito with only a bite of meat.but they seemed to purposefully disregard of the actual portion as many of my friends have stated that this specific Mucho Burrito is extremely stingy with their ingredients and will cheat you of what you have paid for every single time. Highly do not recommend buying from this location. As there are many great locations like South Keys and Baseline where they actually give you the quality and quantity that you rightfully paid for. This location has good staff and great quality items. Would recommend for a quick burrito or some of their taco trios as well!

Had an employee roll their eyes at me because I asked to order a churro and they take time to make. Not to mention they are very stingy with their toppings as other reviewers said. I tip 0 and won’t be coming back for their poor customer service.

Of the 10 or so burritos places in Ottawa I have tried, this is the lowest among them.

From the “no outside food” sign when you walk in, to missing soap in the bathrooms, this was not a great start.

The burrito itself was fine (not great), but the chips were clearly burnt. When I mentioned this to the person working there, they were super polite and showed me other bags of chips, but they were all burnt and unseasoned. Go to any other mucho burrito and you’ll see a dramatic upgrade in chip quality.

People who were working were polite and hardworking, but they look understaffed compare to other locations with similar traffic.

Really good customer service, completed my order while impatient uber eats person was present. Lots of toppings and friendly server. Restaurant was clean.

16$ burrito bowl weighed so light. Employee was cheap on portions like he was giving out food from his own pay cheque. Even after asking for more beans instead of rice, he only gave regular amount of beans and was extra cheap on other toppings. At this point I myself was shy and embarrassed to ask for a little extra as he was cheap on every single thing. Have been going to this location for like 5 years but will not be returning back and will ask at least 7 other people to do the same as they also experienced the same issue.

No vegan cheese available (again) and no sign posted. They start making your food before you get to the cheese selection, so you either go without or throw away food. Not very impressed.

Such an amazing experience I have ever. Bansal is always nice and serve always with a great smile. I come there daily and I really appreciate his service. It is always a great experience when he is there.

Now I understand why this store has such bad customer service reviews.

Pathetic service. Don’t know how to talk with customers. I am honestly a big fan of mucho burrito but it is really sad to say i had horrible experience. The guy who worked sunday evening on 10th july should really learn how to talk with customers. I wish i could give a minus rating for the service. Who so ever is the owner needs to watch their employees for their behaviour for sure. Would never recommend anyone to visit this store. You lost a customer today.

Zero customer service. They like doing the whole order within 10 seconds also it looks like it hurts them so bad to put just a lil amount of ingredients. Will never go there.

Have tried many burrito places in Ottawa, this one is by far our favourite! Fresh and friendly!

Kenil who always seems to be working there is the most helpful, hardest working guy I've seen. He's always so pleasant. The ingredients are always so fresh and he always makes me and my friends the best Burrito bowls ever. Highly recommend this location of Mucho Burrito.

The owner or the person in charge was rude and cheap, tried to argue with me not take the ingredients I wanted. I mean, I know what I want so don't come and argue with my choices!

Then goes on to say after 2 toppings, it's 0.25 extra (which every other mexican places don't charge you for it). If you're going to be cheap, you're not going to get repeat customers.

Then my food turned out to be kind of cold. Felt like eating a leftover honestly. Zero stars if I could.

Today I had Mucho Burrito for the first time ever. I’ve had all the other popular burritos places in the area and this specific order was extremely delicious. This was the best burrito bowl I’ve had in Ottawa. Kenil was extremely helpful and crafted a beautiful burrito bowl. Next time I get food from this location I can only hope that Kenil is in and can once again bless me with another work of art.

Food is always good, but I will never order from them again…Their delivery through Skip the Dishes is completely unreliable. I’ve ordered from this location four times in October 2021 and on two of those occasions my food never arrived without any type of explanation. I now have to wait 10 days for a refund.

It was mostly ok, but I think they put meat in my burrito when I asked for the plant-based crumble. Tasted a little off and I’m feeling pretty ill right now.

The owner was extremely rude to the staff/young lady who was serving me due to the care she was attempting to give me. Little did he know that she was trying to cater to an individual who has celiac. My food was rushed and was not great (hopefully I don't get glutened). I don't recommend anyone eating here who has dietary issues.

I had a trio of tacos! And they were more than delicious. The attention was awesome e! The ladies were extremely kind and helpful giving it was my first time at Mucho burrito.

If I could give it ZERO stars I would. 1st time going into the restaurant and will not be returning. Prices are outrageous for the amount of food given in a burrito bowl. The worker was ignorant and unhelpful. Do NOT recommend it!

I was intentionally delayed when I came to pick up an order and neither was the restaurant busy during the period. A staff who appears to be a supervisor was very preferential giving service to non people of color & tactically delayed people of color. He was also rude when I enquired reasons for delaying me
