Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill

Just not worth it anymore. My family and I used to get Mucho Burrito from this location at least twice a month, always thought it was good value for the money (could usually save half the burrito for the next day, there was so much) but the last two times we've come we've been hit by shrinkflation. The amount of ingredients being placed in the burrito is less - less rice, less meat, less everything. It's just not worth the +$30 anymore. We're going to have to abandon this location and try another burrito place in Toronto, of which there are dozens.

It's sad because the service is still good, the employees are nice, but in this ecomony I can't justify spending +$30 to be cheated out of basic ingredients like rice.

I’ve been to many burrito restaurants, including several Mucho Burrito locations, and I find the burritos and the service at this location to be consistently tasty and friendly. Highly recommended!

Best experience ever. The guy named Dev Patel was too good he made a delicious burrito also served some nachos that were must try!

I was very disappointed it was my first time there my burrito toppings were so wet when I got to work my meal was disturbed by throwing out my burrito and eat the toppings only

Great place, great customer service. I have been coming to this location for many years. Rashmika is very kind.

I ordered via Doordash and was disappointed as the chicken burrito bowl had spoilt ancient grains mix. The bowl could not be had as the smell and taste of the spoilt food was all through. There should have been a quality check in place! This is not expected! I have ordered in the past and have always been happy with the quality of food. Not this time.

I come to this location once a week to buy my Son a burrito bowl

Got there 5 minutes before closing, and the person in front was still more than happy to serve us. Very friendly and professional

However, the Burrito was much more bland compared to that of other chains I've tried. All in all, I'd say it averages to a 3 with all factors considered.

I had a very lovely experience with a female employee on Feb 23 in the evening. She as very helpful and patient and even made a few jokes with me as she could see I was very upset and frantic as soon as I wakes in. I didn't catch her name but I definitely wanted to come on here and make sure the location/manager gave her the kudos she deserves. Good people are hard to find and she is a definite asset to this location.

Terrible service, disgusting attitude. Old ingredients. Off putting staff. Unlike the great location at humberlea. This location would be one of the worst.

We Got here for the May 5th, 2023 deal on small burrito. There were 2 women in the afternoon 2pm Friday time. The younger one very rude and insulting and was rushing us, not paying attention to what we were asking and the older woman was rushing us to billing. I get it, when you have a big line of customers waiting, but when we walked in the store had just 1 other gentleman who’s order had wrapped up. I dont get why this younger woman was rushing us, and demonstrating poor customer service? Note to the Owner please train ur employees to do their job well. Ive worked in food myself, its tough i get, but bad attitude is unacceptable. We were also trying to scan to register for rewards and no guidance provided whatsoever. If these employees claim that there were too many people in the store, that’s false. I am strongly considering not visiting this location again.

Visited this place on 8th feb 2023 at around 7: 00 pm.the food was fantastic and store was clean.the employees are customer friendly and served the food with smile.also gave a very good suggestions while selecting the food as i havent been to mucho barrito befr.my kid enjoyed a lot at this place.thanks to the employees five out of five stars for them and to your store.
