They do not put right amount of food in the bowl not going on this location again happened twice now

The food was wrapped improperly, one of the staff members was quite rude, and I found a hair in my food. It was incredibly disappointing. I don’t know if there is new management because I’ve never had issues here before, needless to say I won’t be coming back.

Great food; full bowls & healthy! Workers are welcoming and fast. This has been my go to spot for a while!

Good food, but i struggled to find a clean table to sit at. 90% of tables need to be wiped down.not impressed.no lettuce or onions avaliable.dec 26 2022.

As a regular fan of Mucho Burrito, I can tell you the food quality and quantity will surpass your expectations no doubt however I really wanted to leave a review to compliment the customer service of your employee, Sachin! He provided incredible knowledge of all products and options and made our experience entertaining and enjoyable! We’ll definitely be back to this location!

Love this place and especially this location. The manager is friendly. The food is fresh and delicious with good portions. One of my favourite places to eat. Try the pork burrito, it is very good.

The best burritos i’ve ever had by far.the burritos from here are definitely something you have to try.from the first bite to the last you will never be disappointed or dissatisfied.the place is clean and looks very well maintained and organized.the staff were a pleasure to talk to and the drinks were nice and cold. Will definitely be back!

Tasty burritos. I recommend getting both types of beans, multiple salsas and sauces, and go half and half with two kinds of meat. And don't forget the guac - it's worth it.

I have a very bitter experience as instead listening the complaints and trying to find a way out, the owner is really stubborn and keeps arguing with the customers
Because of language barrier he can't explain himself and can't comprehend others.
I'm wondering if Mucho Burrito ever tried to train the management of this Upper James location.

Always a good place to grab a quick nutritious meal. Top it up with some ghost pepper sauce.really good.

I usually love coming here for food. I came to grab lunch and spent 40$. They forgot my combo in my bag as well as my partners combo so I had to drive all the way back to ask for my chips and I actually had to pry a sorry out of them. Very rude.people on staff weren't very people friendly and made me feel rushed when no one else was in the store. (both while I was ordering and while I was getting my missing items.) Not too thrilled.

I order through Uber or Skip and the service exceeds expectation every time. Keep up the good job!

Worst quality food. Rice uncooked, quantity and quality way under the mark. Not recommended at all.

I have been going to this place almost every week since last 2 years. I like this place because of their customer service. All the employees here go above and beyond to best serve their customers. Also, they have lots of healthy and vegetarian option due to which I like to eat here often!

I love Shrimp Tacos with Honeylime Sauce. It’s yum! Great place! They do have good vegetarian options too.

Keto Heaven! I've been here before when I was more concerned with quantity over quality. Since changing my diet, I have developed a new appreciation for restaurants that naturally cater to my dietary requirements. Much burrito delivers in the form of their burrito bowls. Plenty of options for meat and toppings. The food is of a good enough quality for the price. Definitely recommend if you are trying to eat less carbs.

We have been regulars here since they opened and really enjoy the food but today we noticed they really don’t care about sanitary protocols due to covid. Witnessed one of the workers touch their mask multiple times to lift it above their nose because it kept slipping. Then he proceeded to work with preparing the food. He then left it under his nose while preparing an order, defeating the purpose of wearing a mask. He eventually changed his gloves but when it came to our turn, he did the same thing and touched his mask and then our tortillas. I asked him to please not touch his mask then our food. He rolled his eyes, groaned at his coworkers, then changed his gloves and acted rude while asking what we wanted on our order. We just left in disgust and rather disappointed. I hope they can be a little more diligent with others moving forward.

I go once week here from 3 yrs and every time gets friendly service. Staff is very welcoming and food is awesome. Chicken bowl my personal favorite! Must try!

Ordered a burrito bowl in store at 1130am today. I asked for roasted cauliflower as one of my 4 toppings, it was not roasted at all. When I asked for the roasted cauliflower the girl went back to get it off a tray which I''m assuming was prepped for the oven. Raw cauliflower took away from the overall taste experience. I wish she would have let me know it was raw so I could have ordered another topping instead.

This is personal preference for burrito and they consistent across locations. As good as it gets.

I ordered a mucho veggie burrito and chips and salsa (order 59) for curbside pick up on May 28th at around 6: 30 PM. It was completely tasteless and just full of rice with everything that I added in just insignificant amount. I will give them a benefit of doubt due to current pandemic situation and tough operation, but my last order was made really bad.

Standoffish covid 19 experience, a ghost of a burrito, nice, not too hot, didn't get extra sauce this time, was hungry, not no more.

This place is the best! Always a very clean place, the food is always fresh. The staff is usually very friendly, as long as it isn't busy. Even then, they do a good job. Never gotten a ripped tortilla here. Definitely recommend.

Regular guest at this restaurant. Consistently good service. It isn’t the best Mexican place in town, but it’s convenient, quick, and the staff are friendly with an obvious focus on satisfying customers (willingness to customize orders to give you what you want, what you really, really want). The music makes you feel like you have walked into a resort on the Mexican Riviera. There are some surprising menu items, even accommodating vegans and those with dietary restrictions. Always happy and full when I leave.

This was hands down the most disgusting meal I’ve ever ordered from Skip the Dishes.
First off, it took 1.5 hours to arrive after giving a 32 min time estimation.
It arrived cold. Every single topping on the tacos were wrong. The soft shells were chewy and stale. The bowl we ordered also had wrong toppings and the rice was crunchy.
Then to end the entire terrible experience they didn’t include the dessert we paid for and ordered.
Total cost for this meal that we threw out was $37.03
We sent a complaint to Skip and was refunded for the gross tacos and the missed dessert but still paid for the rest.

Will never be back, would never recommend this place and hopefully this also saves you a $37 meal that’s now sitting in the trash.

I believe all the Frenchies servings size is standard but the upper James location charge you the same price but the servings is very small not happy at all I love mucho burrito but not going to this location.

I go with my wife to this nice place often! This is my favorite spot to have a bite. I go there at least once a month. The food is excellent, the team is welcoming and the cost is decent. I enjoy going in this spot over a nice supper.

Excellent customer service. Staff were so friendly. Food was fresh and amazing. Veggies were freshly tossed up in pan. Over all good experience. Highly recommend for Mexican food lover.

Rushed me to order, then rushed me at till so didnt hear my whole order plus had a hair in our chips! Not happy with their service

We have always received great service and awesome burritos here. If I may give some feedback. I think the veggie mixture (peppers, etc) is oversalted. Sometimes the same for the barbacoa. The food tastes fantastic, so please don't make it too salty!

What kind a burrito place charges extra for guacamole? This is just wrong. Guacamole is a main ingredient and should be standard unless you don't want it. Not impressed.

The attender there, wont even smile and greet,
Moreover their main motto is to charge you EXTRA for anything you ask.

I ordered from this location through SkipTheDishes. I ordered a burrito without veggies but they put in fajita mixed vegetables, which I cannot have due to an allergy. When I called the store the first person to answer the phone did not speak English very well and he passed me off to another employee. The second employee asked what the issue was and when I explained it she said "oh, well if you give me your name we can give you a credit for the next time you are in" but that did not help me at the time and given the service, I was not inclined to visit again anytime soon. My wife was able to eat her food but I was not. No effort was made to remake the burrito that was wrong and I was just told I could get my money back, which while nice, did not help me at the time. The employee then told me I had to contact SkipTheDishes and ask for a refund because they could not help me further. I asked to speak to a manager and was told they would not be in until Tuesday, I called on the Tuesday and was told there would be no manager there until Thursday. Not pleased at all with the service. No apology or attempt to fix the issue at the time apart from a potential credit for later from SkipTheDishes.

Perfect.went to the one in Burlington. It was poorly lower quality but THIS PLACE is the Mucho BUrrito I remember. WAAAAY more authentic than Burrito Boyz!

You Have to try this location. Professional Curtious and well trained Staff that truley cares about theire customers. Exellent Food choices at good prices. I love this place and you will TOO.

Amazing food! We had a Pollo Mucho Burrito and a Pollo bowl! The items were all fresh and the staff were very helpful in making food selections. It's cool watching them make the food right in front of you! Tasted great! Highly recommend this place! We will definitely be going back!

I recently just tried out this place for burrito. And let me just say u enjoy their food as well as the place.right when you walk in you here music playing outside and it's cool. There also good combos whether its kids or adults. They have a really good selection. Highly recommend
