Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill

Prices are outrageous.my own fault as I already know this. 16 for a quesadilla that I can't add any if my own choice of toppings.thing is paper thin.

So first of all.its mexican burritos.how can you not give it 5 stars!

But it really is good food! And 7 choices of protien.not baddd!

Service: great funny and knowledgeable staff! Owner is such a great person as well.

Atmosphere.its a basic red and brown look! Clean and lots of seating.i come atleast once a month for food and have yet to leave upset or anything besides full and smiles!

Good healthy place to eat, limited seating some sections were closed off when we were there. Staff was super friendly and quick with preparing the food. I consider the prices to be middle of the road to just a little higher, expect to pay 30 to 40 dollars for two people with a drink (non alcoholic) we always get the bowls which are amazing. They used to have signature bowls which I liked, less decision making but you can build your own.

Used to go here all the time and get the same order all of a sudden I can’t and have to pay for extra meat when that’s not what I wanted. Terrible manager and terrible attitudes.

I was well taken care of once upon a time but those days are over. The person at the front was doing the job unwillingly and making me feel uncomfortable. Was very pushy and forced me to buy extra topping. No welcome nor a smile for a customer. Will not be visiting of course.

I have went twice in the past month. The first time they forgot half of my takeout order, the second time I was charged $30 on my card, they told me they did not get the money even after showing them the transaction when through and the money was taken out of my account. I was told this is not the first time this happened and they refused to give me my food despite me being charged for it. Not happy at all, if I could give 0 stars I would. Do not come here.

Always enjoyed Mucho Burrito until tonight. Ordered three regular burritos and it was 85% rice. I paid $60 and I couldn’t find the chicken, cheese or anything else’s for that matter. I don’t mind pay extra and I get cost have gone up but don’t give me a tortilla just stuff with rice. Very sad to say I will not be back anytime soon.

No napkins. No utensils. Had no idea this was a glorified wrap.: ($33 for 2 burritos is not my idea of a good time. Really disappointed and disgusted.

Worst meal I've had for a long time. Some Easter meal! Had the 3 hardshell toco, which fell apart, stuck to card board holder. Dry chicken, no flavor in anything.cold shredded cheese, 3 drips of sour cream, not even on the side. Ate with fork, gagged, fed to dog. Awful.

What a great way to ruin your meal, waste time and money.

No taste, poor preparation, tiny portions, will never go back and highly not recommend.

Not only is my meal always prepared beautifully, I recently lost my wallet in the store and the staff kept it safe in a drawer for me until I called in to inquire if I had dropped it there. Amazingly wonderful ladies who reassured me none of my information was lost. Will always be recommending Mucho Burrito.

Came here to grab a quick lunch. Felt a bit rush when ordering as I wasn't sure what I want as Ive never been here before. The girl helping me at the counter seem like she was in a rush. I ended up getting a wrap, it was decent nothing special. Probably wont go back anytime soon.

So many vegan options! Fresh food (the employee grilled up fresh veggies for us on the spot). Not littered in preservatives. The portions are HUGE! Top of my lunch places!

Has really went down hill two nights I came 15 mins before closing and the Employees closed and locked The door as well there’s no toppings to choose from except salads they removed the halves tomatoes and service is slow even with two customers in the store I used to enjoy coming here … not anymore

The new menu is not very good, the portions of their bowls has significantly changed. Even the taste and quality was terrible compared to before. Cold microwaved churo with no flavor. At least they tasted microwaved. A disappointment to say the least. Please do better.

I was very disappointed in the lack of ingredients in my wrap. The prices increase and the topping decreased. Rice and beans have a low food cost so you can give extra and still make money at the end of the day.

Not what you expect, I ordered a burrito bowl and the food is only a quarter of the bowl, and instead of just putting a fork in with the bag the cashier "asks" me if I would like a fork.what am I supposed to eat it with if not a fork? !? !? !

Terrible experience, ordered burrito salad they gave me no salad.
When they placed my order in the bag it was placed sideways.
Hard Tacos and salad were all over the place and bag leaking.first and last time I will order food from Mucho burrito.

Not so much this location but overall I don’t like coming to these chains.
$1.25 extra for guacamole, after 4 toppings it’s. 25 each. The burritos are already priced high so to charge extra for these things is greasy. Overall wouldn’t come back to this chain again.

My husband and I really like this place. Food is fresh and staff is very polite. Clean place with fast service. Also, they have gluten free options - open bowls which is a plus for us.

Very clean and hospitable staff. Always a go to spot for us when needing something on the go. Ingredients always fresh and get the orders right. I use online pick up quite a bit. Been to many mucho locations, by far this one is the standard they should follow

I have been to all the mucho burritos in barrie but they charged extra for more than 3 toppings that is just ridiculous no other mucho burrito store does that they give all the toppings for free

Always cone here on an empty tank and become fuller than full

Sept. 2020 update (Bryne/Mapleview location) : 3/5 - food was barely lukewarm. Tasty but when I order a burrito, pay $20 for it, and it is cold that makes me not want to return ever again.what a shame.

The better of the 2 Mucho Burritos in Barrie I have found though sometimes their servers are not the friendliest. They have increased their menu prices over the last few years though so we do not visit as often as we use to.

Don't bother coming here. The staff was extremely rude. When I said my order the staff lady rolled her eyes and left for 5 minutes. I was very confused and was about to leave. She ended up coming back and asked “what do you want? ” in an angry tone. I said my order as nicely as possible and she continued to give me an attitude. I get that we all have bad days but this was unacceptable. My food was also cold (the meat) and didn't bother eating it. Overall worst experience! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!

Could be a great place for people who like and enjoy meat. But for vegans not so good options. Infact only one option.

They used to make great burritos but I ordered a "mucho" sized burrito and it was awfully small compared to previous visits. For almost $15 it was a disappointment. I figured since GUAC has opened up they would get even better due to the competition but doesn't look like they have. In fact I think it's gotten worse. Soon they'll be gone if they don't smarten up.

Amazing. Highly Recommended by myself just a Mexican Guy who enjoys the Original Flavor of Mexican Food.
I have to say I never tried before thinking is hard to find Good Taste specially for a Franchise Restaurant however this guys at Barrie are friendly, quick and know what they do.

Usually it's pretty good.bit this time my meal was cold!

I ordered a burrito. The meat wasn't heated on the skillet (like the other places do) The only "heat" it got was when the used the toaster thing to seal it*

Burrito was amazing but I found that th churro was very bland and didn't have enough cinnamon and there also wasn't enough sauce to go with it other wise great experience!

My son took me here and said I would like it. We both ordered the Mucho Burrito, I had the steak and pulled pork and it came loaded with lots of trimmings. Rice, salsa, black beans, cheese, and that green stuff I cant spell. He had the chicken and sausage. We had a diet cola to wash it down. It was very filling and very good. Would I go again, Oh yeah but got to be hungry.you will not be disappointed, The place was clean and the restrooms as well were clean.

I came there 2 days ago around 9pm to get a regular burrito. I asked for extra black beans as I didn’t wanted any meat. The lady added just a little bit more which didn’t even look ‘extra’. I paid $10 for a baby size burrito, and was extremely horrible. Not worth to give 1 star. A total waste of money.

I ordered the regular size burrito. Added the multi grain rice. Noticed that the grains, lentils were not cooked properly. They were very hard to chew. I didn't enjoy my burrito. Wasted my money.

Mucho is always a good choice. They are fast, friendly and the food is pretty darn good. Plus, they have beer, nothing beats beer and burritos. Although the beer selection is limited.

The custom burrito wrap the we both had was excellent. I haven't had a burrito in a few years, this one was larger than they used to be and chalk full of healthy ingredients. It was a soft shell wrap which made it more delectable. Yum

Overall ok. Pricey for what you actually get. Same comment as another guide with regards to the salad. $12.50. Hardly any lettuce and very little more on the top up request. Restaurant is clean. Might go back but it's not on the top of the list. Cheers

Fresh toppings, lots of selection including plant-based protein, decent portion size. Overall a good value. Menu includes many gluten free options which was appreciated. The gluten free soft taco wraps were my choice and were good quality (didn't break and crumble)

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. However, I found that the burritos we ordered could have spent more time on the grill as they weren't very warm all the way through.

Love this place for a quick meal. Portions are huge! The food is good. But be careful what you ask for. When they say that they mean hot.

The food is fresh and the portions are a decent size and there are many healthy options to satisfy the pickiest eater.

It's.ok.they are a little to overbearing on the topping control.decent burrito.but relax.today I was told I couldn't have ancient grains because he had already put rice on it? I've been sternly reprimanded before for topping choice here.lol.

Service is bad, no help in visiting for first time. Food was okay, I think we got food poisoning, but would not confirm.

Have been going to this location for years. Quality used to be great but the last couple of visits have been sub par. The salad was a total disappointment - a sprinkling of lettuce and when I questioned it the staff member added a half-hearted pinch more. The salad also had next to no meat or grilled veggies, the topping options were unappetizing with all bits and pieces dropped into neighbouring containers. The salad ended up being more liquid than anything else. Left the location incredibly disappointed and still hungry.

Staff are always great. Food is always great. I feel like they are a little more stingy on meat/ cheese/ veggies than other mucho burritos outside of Barrie I have been too.
