Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill

Literally, best burrito bowl I have ever had. Food is amazing, staff is very friendly and we got excellent service. They also have board games to play so we can have fun time with friends.

They serve the best food especially the Burrito bowl was awesome! Highly recommended. I will definitely visit again.

One of the best Burrito restaurants. Staff was very polite & courteous and even came to our table to assure satisfaction. Very highly recommend this location as there is adequate seating me and my family love this place!

My boyfriend and i came here for a quick dinner and riya was amazing! She gave us generous portions for our bowl, and even cooked up our veggies on the spot for us! She was so kind and the bowls were great.best mucho i’ve ever been to.

These guys are still using protocols from the lckdwn. I can't see there food and I won't be doing business with them again.

The disability door doesn't open from the outside. With my back problems and walking with a cane, the weight of the door is very hard to open. Its humiliating trying to squeeze through the door.

The food is tasty and they work with meals for people with food sensitivity. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, they remember you and your order.

Edit: even after pandemic lockdowns and restrictions, they have maintained the same level of quality in their dishes, the service is amazing and they take pride in their work. I'm glad they're around.

I love getting burrito bowls on a salad base here. Eating low carb and dining out can be hard, but it's easy here with the different options!

Incompetent staff and Disha manager.
Steak was old and burnt. I took one bite and could not chew through the rest. See pic of burnt meat that fell out.

I asked for a refund but they almost had a heart attack like they’ve never heard such thing for being dissatisfied with burnt meat. Instead they told me it’s only burnt around the edges. Disha who made up some lie about needing to contact owner just for a refund and did not know the return or customer satisfaction policy cause it does not exist to them.
My guess is the “owner” would have had to contact the branch manager if we did get a hold of.

Thank you for your amazing customer service! They really go above and beyond for their customers, and I have appreciated the curbside pickup option during the pandemic. It's always a pleasure ordering from this location, especially for someone with dietary restrictions. Highly recommended.

The worst franchise of Mucho Burrito. Chicken burrito bowl hardly had any veggies and forget the proteins! The portion was less than half, imagine you are paying so much to get nothing.
I did bring this is up to the lady in the counter and she says we need to ask for anything extra when choosing it. Really? I am not asking for more, I am just asking enough for what I have paid.
Don’t they see it when preparing one? Is the standard size less than half a bowl? Pathetic!

My staff and I have been ordering from Mucho Burrito on Hespeler road for the past little while and I have to say they have never let us down for great burritos. They are always stacked full of yumminess and the site is really easy to use. My thanks for making my staff at Partsource very happy with the meals you provide.

I had a wonderful experience here. The service was excellent by the servers and I was impressed by the skills of Rahul Kaku who served me with my burrito. The taste of the food was good and I absolutely loved it. Keep it up guys

Great fresh food bowl. My server Pravneet was excellent at customer service she suggested me veggie options when I preferred not to take the black bean fritters in my bowl. The ingredients were fresh and food was awesome

Very slim on the portions… when you ask for a “mucho size burrito” you expect them to do full scoops with the protein/guacamole. Find the girl who is working most of the time is the worst with this. Kitcheners regular size is the same as Cambridge’s Mucho when she prepares it!

I've ate here a few times before and always had a great experience today was no difference, the lady working behind the counter was very busy and continued to appologize, I was in no hurry and enjoyed reading the menu, she even threw in free nachos for my wait but again not a problem but I appreciated the gesture. I enjoyed the plant protein bowl, the little fritters were so good, I want to go back tomorrow for an entire order of just them! We also ordered a burrito which was also yummy. Looking forward to next time. Nice healthier option.

Everything is good and the staff is Awsome. Beware the mucho can feed a family of 8 or like one fat dude. Impressed with the customer service and would love to visit again and recommend to every Burrito Lovers

Great atmosphere and staff. If you have any questions about that certain foods, they will explain everything to make sure what you want is what you get. They even will suggest some toppings to add if your looking for something different. Some of the toppings change and it adds variety by doing so.

The staff all working were wonderful! And very polite the moment I entered. THANKED ME for being patient but i didn't wait long and I think the guy making it was still new? But he was very good!

Lady charged me $15 for half empty bowl. Is this the service they are offering? Not complaining about pricing. But never had this much bad experience before.

Always enjoy burritos from here. Amazing service from Niharika every time, always leaves me feeling great! It’s a shame management does not provide option to tip by card like other locations.

Last week was our first time we went to this magnificent restaurant. But It is absolutely not the last time. We enjoyed the evening very much with the attentive service, with the excellent cooking and booze and with the friendly price. We will surely return there soon.

Amazing place, Customer service is unbeatable. I do not know the name of the girl but, if the owner can find out.we visited Oct 27,2020 tuesday around 4: 30-5ish. We have been there 4-6 times now and had an amazing experience every time. Cleanliness is great and Food is love. Kudos!

The service is marginally getting better. Most amazing thing is,
Chipotle 6.75 = 13.25 Mucho Burrito.

Now they include a WHOLE napkin with takeout. Still have to ask for fork/spoon.

This spot sure knows how to please their customers. Always with a kind demeanor. The food is reasonably priced, constantly fresh and clean.

Tried this today for the first time, the employees were very pleasant and the food was fresh and flavourful. Would definitely recommend!

I m not a fan of Burritos but when I was convinced by my friend to try MUCHO BURRITO’S meal we visited at Cambridge HESPELER road mucho burrito it changed my perception, I am now one of their fan & happy customer! I really enjoyed my first experience, I love their Healthy Crunchy Hard Tacos. You must try it with your friends! They have great customer service, the place is great & the food presentation is also great, its mouthwatering that I wanted to taste it already. I highly recommend this restaurant to my family & friends because of my memorable experience. I love it

Being a Vegetarian, it's one of the best places to sit and have good Mexican style Burrito bowl with spicy salsa n beans.

Food tasted good but quantity was poor. Paying $11 plus tax for a bowl of basically rice was disappointing. Should add more veggies etc. The bowl looked half full when I got it. I ordered the beyond meat bowl which states it has chick peas but there were none. Great customer service and music however I'm not sure I'd come again.

My extra queso was forgotten. The guacamole is bland, zero s+p. We made out meals combos and got chips as a side. Well I should have passed because the chips are stale. Not only do they taste like plastic, they smell like it too.

Both burritos were good thought. Probably stick to the hespeler location.

Wow this is Excellent place for Mexican food customer service excellent food was delicious and fresh. I tried out many burrito place including down the block burrito boys was disgusting just wasting money and time, honestly Muchho burrito is only authentic Mexican food we will definitely keep visiting this place fantastic job guys all staff was so nice they welcomed us with smiles I highly recommend to everyone those who loves Mexican food thanks guys.

Went in with my 1.5 year old tonight by myself and the staff were super friendly and accommodating and I really appreciated how welcome I felt and the food was really good as well.

They have awesome music inside. They also use skipthedishes and have a pretty big and unique menu give them a try, this location is clean and new.

They skimped out on everything, my mucho ended up looking like a small. I got half a scoop or the smallest pinch of toppings.

Every time we come to this location the staff is exceptional! They genuinely ask how we are and what we’ve been up to every single time. The staff here makes the experience ten times better. Food is delicious! So happy you have mango salsa now too.
