I visited today to eat Amritsari Kulcha with my friend here, and Jagdeep served us. It was such a wonderful experience to visit there and food is amazing. He really care about his customers.
I would recommend others to visit and ask for Jagdeep.

Never like amritsari kulcha before I had them here and now i understand why they are so hyped…. Also your server Fateh is really generous…. Will order from you often.

This is a great place for Indian food and the atmosphere and the interior is great too! Vimal was our server and she really gave us a great service!

A nice relaxing spot to grab a meal is Mughal Mehal. The dinner I had there, we had very friendly service by VIMAL she was very nice and friendly and the meal was extremely good.

This place is highly recommended. The food, Ambiance and the staff especially Divyansh was so good.

We’ve only ever had takeout from here. Both the thali and kulcha chhole have been great - spicy, buttery, and full of flavour.

I must say, they serve the best Amritsari Kulcha in the entire North America. I love the taste and great dining service as well with musical atmosphere.
However, they can do better in the cleanliness. I saw many Housefly, and the table wes also not quite clean and was sticky.

Food was very good but the wait time to take order and to get food to your table is too much and it the service was terrible

It was recommended by one of our friends to try their Amritsari kulche. The restaurant was busy and it took about 15-20 minutes for someone to come and take our order. Food came pretty quick. It was an average food. Nothing special about it. Prices are not too high I guess you get what you pay for.

Very very poor customer service. They don't even ask you whether to sit or not. Very disgusting and slow service.we waited from around 1 hour after giving order. They don't even served us our complete order and asked in between whether we gave you that or not.very Bad experience

Tea is amazing so if you are a tea lover You must try here it's good and the restaurant is decent not much crowded

The food was not very good quality and has dust particles in Chana bhatura. On top of that, chef tasted the Chana and admitted that there’s a problem but still didn’t compensate for it.
When we went to the counter to pay, they offered just 10 percent discount which we refused to the cashier, he laughed at us and took that back to.
Overall a bad experience with zero courtesy of the owner.

Super delicious food with fast service provided the restaurant is fully packed (for dine in and take out).

The worst customer service experience, waited 30 minutes to be seated, another 40 minutes for food. I asked my server that we will order drink and snacks later, nobody took rest of the order.
Simply worst experience, doesn’t count how the food is, terrible customer service is only thing I will remember about this place.

This place is heaven for Indian cuisine lovers. The staff is very friendly. The only thing is that they have a huge waiting list plus once you are on the table, it’s take a while to order and the food to arrive.
But it’s worth the taste you get.

For so much of a hype it does not do justice. I was visiting Toronto and went to Mughal Mahal. Ordered Amritsari kulcha, Pav Bhaji, Faludas, Chaat Papdi and Paneer Tikka Sizzler for the table. The service was not good at all as for atleast 15 mins no one attended our table. The food/drinks did not taste that good too. I liked the menu though it had different kind of funny names and thats all.

Amazingly good. Specially the amritsari kulchas. Must try. We've found our cheat day place for brunch

Waited 25 mins to get the table and then they took 1 hour to get us the food even if it was a simple 2 Amritsari kulcha order.

These guys gave us wrong order, we ordered our food at night time and even they didn’t care about quality and quantity. In addition to, they didn’t gave cutlery too.

It was a great experience with family. We tried Fish tikka, paneer tikka and malai chicken tikka. Food was very good in taste, hot and fresh. All items came with a small portion of salad and chatni. Later we tried chhole bature and thali (don't have pictures tho) however it was good as well. I personally wanted to try chhole bhature, it was good but still missing that Indian flavours and taste. Bhature were soft but missing that crispy texture.

Overall it was a good experience, the ambiance, service, cleanliness everything was great.

Worst service ever.they say to wait for 30 when you placed your order. They don't even bother themselves to pick a phone so that no one can place order over the phone. Even though, no one knows what is going on. They come to you in intervals to ask about your order. Worst service and the worst experience ever. Giving zero star for wasting my precious time. Moreover, they are rude to everyone. These fake people needs to learn how to respect other people time and money.

They have the best Amritsari Kulcha in town. Bt it gets crazy busy on weekends and in the evening. So keep in mind to wait for an hour for your order to get ready. Bt they are best

We just went to this place today.worst service ever.we waited for over 1 hour and 20 minutes for our food. And it was not huge order. We asked almost 5 employees about our order every person said it’s almost ready and it’s coming.after an hour they said there was a technical issue and kitchen never got our order. Seriously we were starving at that point.even we ask them to cancel it. But they said its gonna take 5 mins.people who came after us and order after we ordered literally left when we get our food. Such a disappointment. Will never go back there again.

Food is decent but waiting time after you get table is notoriously bad 30 mins before they took my order and another 40 45 mins before they could get me my food. Servers were polite but time it takes to get food is not worth

Worst experience, they only provide 1 kulcha. Bland chole, kulcha is a mini paratha and smelled like made weeks ago. Over hyped. I am so disappointed by wasting money on such food. Only packaging is ok. I am never ordering again. I don’t why people reviewed it so good.

Poor service takes an hour to deliver food on your table, really disappointed with service. So if you are hungry and need food quickly, try somewhere else. Three star for Delicious Amritsari Kulcha. Don’t ever try Main Course, tried two times and it was very bad experience.

Worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant so far. To start off, their wait list system is horrible and they spent 25 min calling a party that wasn’t there instead of moving to the next party waiting. Then upon being seated, we waited 20 min for water and had to usher the waiters for it. The food came out equally as slow with about 2-3 items missing which we didn’t bother to ask for at this point. The service wasn’t just slow but the attitude of the workers was horrible. When complaining, the manager didn’t acknowledge any faults. The worst part was they made the senior worker do all the running around while the younger workers sat in the booths on their phones. Apart from service, the food was very oily and came in very small servings. We’ve come here for many years but won’t be coming back at how bad the service and food has gotten.

Very slow service. First you have to wait for line to dine in almost for 30 minutes and then for food for 30-40 minutes. Really very slow.

I have been a loyal Mughal Mahal restaurant customer for many years, dating back to when my parents came to Canada and they even came here. Today was the first time ever I received such disgusting service and attitude.
1. Waiting system - we were number 2 on the list and they were waiting for 30 minutes for someone to come. We were asked to wait outside while they allowed others to wait inside. Let alone one of the individuals weren’t even wearing a mask. Then one of us had to go in after an hour for them to tell them they were going to seat us but were waiting for another group for 30 minutes. Why would you wait if they aren’t even here?
2. They seat us and didn’t give us water and when we asked she took the empty jug and sat down and was texting for 20 minutes until we went to talk to the manager
3. Asked for Coke didn’t come
4. Asked for jeera rice, then gave plain rice
5. Forgot to give us food and then realized after when they came to ask us for SECONDS
6. Not sure if the management has changed but food is so garbage now. They used to have an elderly server who gave such good service but now have ushered him to the back and put useless girls at the front
7. Addressed this to the owner and he looked at me like I’m an idiot and had the audacity to just stare at me.

HE DIDN’T APOLOGIZE AND CALLS HIMSELF A MANAGER. Useless staff useless manager

Never coming here again! Such a shame as this was a popular place to come for our family. On a side note the manager is such a coward he sends the elderly server to apologize but can’t do it himself. I wish they’d treat him better.

I ordered the butter chicken with Naan. The naans were so soft and the butter chicken gravy was so creamy. Loved it so much.

Today I visited mughal mahal and it was worse experience with them. We ordered maharaja thali and after 35 minutes a girl came and told us we don’t have veg maharaja thali. I wanna ask you one thing, after 35 minutes she realised they hadn’t veg maharaja thali. Please don’t waste your time over here. Poor customer service

I don't eat much Indian food but this one was decent. Samosa's were clearly double fried though to "warm" them up again. Chicken Biryani was delicious, Butter Chicken was just ok. Would come back again. Phone lines were not in service, took 30 minutes to get our food after placing a walk in order.

I ordered their Chicken Saag. It is well Cooked With Indian Spices giving it a perfect desi taste.

Good restaurant, excellent customer service- kudos to all the staff. Neat and clean. Best dish was the amritsari kulcha (highly recommended) as the chick peas were as what taste you would actually get in India. Did not enjoy butter chicken (could be a lilltle bit more spicy) and goat chilli, but satisfied overall.

I ordered food yesterday through Uber Eats all the items were citrus and was not worth to eat spent alot of money but everything was waste.

Their Mughlaai chicken. Has An Aroma Unlike Any Other Dish. It is so appetizing. I would recommend everyone to have it?

Initially i came to this place and they told me its an hour wait for dine in. I somehow waited. When got my turn to get in. I was made seated. After being seated, i waited for 15 minutes just for someone to take my order. Then after 15 minutes, i called someone to atleast take my order. After placing order, i waited again for an hour for the order to come into my table. I am surprised how are you able to run this business with such a waiting time. Not at all happy with their service. Very bad

I think people who have 4 star ratings are relatives of the owner or been paid to give high ratings or really lack taste for food or never ever step out of the Malton. I had a horrible experience in this restaurant. It was like my patience test.as soon as I enter the restaurant. I saw a old man sitting on the right hand side stairs talking loudly like he is in college. I was seated by one of the employee and from no where another employee asks us to get up and sit somewhere else it was really bad experience.no coordination among employees. I order biryani. Omg that was the horrible food I ever had in my life. Boiled chicken dipped in a sauce and poured on the rice. It was like can’t even describe. Later on found a hair in the food. My god I will never ever go to this restaurant.

Disappointed today.by the size of the Amritsari kulchas today. I specially went from Niagara falls to pick up their special Amritsari Kulchas and came back home to such reduced Small size. Thank god I ordered extras. If you are giving only 1 kulcha per plate, it should at least be of a good-decent size. No doubt their food is superb and the amritsari kulchas are one of the best in GTA but really disappointed today.

Come here only if you have 2-3 hours extra in life and can wait. Even after getting the table, you will have to wait gor at least and hour for food. The kitchen is very very very very slow. Extremely slow service

NO doubt, they got best Amritsar naan.but keep in mind you'll have to wait for an hour to get it. It's almost like killing your day for one Naan. They need to hire more people at front to make process quick.

Today we visit the food was very gud especially amritsari kulcha and kulfi falooda and one most important thing which we observed their the staff was friendly and (owner especially very good and down to earth person i loved his honesty he is working himself to help their staff it was surprising us very good

Over rated place - I never ever gave such a negative review to anyplace but this is my first time I am writing to something. The taste of the food is not good if possible I have given them 0 star as per quality and quantity of food. Totally wastage of money and time. I don’t recommend this place at all

Absolutely loved this place when I went about 3-4 years ago! Went again yesterday afternoonsucculent and delicious. The tandoori was cooked to perfection, the other chicken dish was excellent as well! The veg peckoras were fresh and moist. Cannot wait to go back again in two weeks!

However some of the plates, and cups were not entirely clean, so this is an area of needed improvement. Otherwise, excellent. Had to wait 30 mins bc it’s so busy and delicious. It was worth the wait! I highly recommend.

DISAPPOINTMENT
Decent butter chicken compares to another restaurant. However, AVOID MALAI KOFTA it's full of sugar/honey/ketchup, I hope the owner or lead chief can taste the dish before serving it to customers.

Worst worst worst service ever! We waited an hour long for the table and more than an hour for the food! Drinks we ordered, they forgot to bring but didn’t forget to add them in the bill! No management, they couldn’t even handle 50% capacity. We heard server telling the other customers after we complained, that the food is going to take long and we don’t want any “chik chik”, I can’t believe she said that to the customer on their face! We honestly like their A kulcha…just for that sake 1 star. We need your comments @muhalmahal

Very poor food quality. Felt like I was having oil for the meal, as if oil was the main dish. Taste is good but they really need to go easy on oil.

I absolutely love this restaurant. They make the best nan outside of India. The rice is fresh and delicately perfumed with spices. The lunch platters are a good economical way to have a meal in the afternoon so long as you get there before 3pm.
They have done a complete reno on the restaurant with nice lighting and fun murals. The washrooms finally look great.

Tried their Amritsari Kulcha. I would say they are really close to what the actual Amritsari Kulcha is and obviously one of the best one's here in GTA region. The place is clean & tidy. The staff is welcoming as well. If they can add a salad similar to what Kulwant's Amritsari Kulcha give that would be a great addition to already amazing taste.

Very poor food quality! Degrading each day! And they have now started decreasing quantity as well! Maybe they realized people can’t finish pathetic food, so just lessened the quantity of food! Worst guys!

I bought veg samosa and veg pakodas from the store. The samosas were not fresh and the pakoda was not cooked properly. The pakoda was not even taste like pakoda. Very overpriced for the food (which is not even fresh). Very Very disappointed with the resturant. Will not suggest to anyone.

Very rude person managing the orders! We placed the order on their website, they missed it. So when we went they were so rude to us saying that it's not their fault and took 30 mins more to prepare the food!

Wont even give one star. My wife had surgury and ordered a sweet after a long.althought they gave the milk good but the halwa was terrified.shame on the restaurant.

Not a lot different from other Indian restaurants. Prices are hire for no good reason. Staff is good.

I have been going here for as long as I can remember. The food is always perfect! I definitely recommend trying the Chana bhatura and the fresh lime soda!

The food quality and quantity has degraded a lot. I had kulcha and chhole with sweet lassi. The kulcha was cold and was too thick. Chhole was way too oily and all I could taste was the spices, thats all. I mean food was really bad. The food quantity is a Joke as well! Will never visit again for sure!

Lately, I have ordered a masala dosa (takeout) which was packed in this styrofoam plate. Its very handy to eat dosa but look the plate melted cuz of hot dosa.this is hazardous to health.please improve your packaging

We took amritsari kulche for take out and warmed the kulche in the oven for a couple minutes. Tasted as good as when you eat there. Heat it for only 2-3 minutes at high heat (we did 400 at 1 mins)

The best Amritsari kulcha’s I ever had. What great filling in the kulchas with amazing chole meal in Itself. Five out of five for the service and food.
