Great selection. Love MUJI product. Store size and selection is almost same as the store in Japan. I hope I can come back again when I visit on Toronto

Great service! Cut holes on the side of a giant box so I hold it better, and held doors open for me.

I don't know why of all the stores in Ontario, they have to choose this store as the only one that offers pick up services. Had to park illegally and wait for half an hour and they can't even tell you what's the easiest way to walk from the store to the back alley which is where they recommend you to park on the website.

Ordered the aroma diffuser for pick up a couple days ago. Really needed it today for a gift. I called the store to follow up and hoping maybe they could assist me. They refused to help and said that my order would take "multiple more days" to be ready and that I should just cancel it. Really expected more in terms of customer service.

I have tried twice to reach them over the phone, just to know their location near or in Eaton Center, no one picks up.

Great product. Staff do a great job at maintaining the tidiness of the store. Cashier well-dressed my purchase and was informative regarding furniture/larger product.

Definitely not my thing. Expensive, plastic and plain. Only plus side is the customization options for bags at the embroidery desk.

Wow the aesthetic of this minimalist Japanese Inspired store is Amazing. In particular it is an excellent store to purchase stationary, notebooks, Japanese Cotton, and more. Reminds me some of the stores I experienced in Kyoto, Tokyo, and Matsusaka!

Wow. All I can say is wow. Justin was an awesome assistant and served me well. Also, same day Alteration for jeans? Amazing.

It's always a treat going to Muji, and whenever they have a deal on candies, best believe I will grab about 5 bags. Otherwise, household wares are great quality, and the cotton on the clothes is on a whole other level. Love love love. I forget the female Manager's name but she was such a wonderful person when I was there last. So accommodating and caring.

I was trying to buy LOOSE-LEAF PAPER 5MM GRID B5.
It said it was on HIGH stock, I visited Muji at Atrium twice to get it and it was NEVER on stock even though it says it’s on HIGH stock on the website. This misinformation on the website wasted my precious time and money to go there only to check that it’s not on stock.
It’s strongly disappointing and irresponsible to keep false information on your website. You shouldn’t even try providing stock information if you can’t provide real or even close to real information.

Great place to shop. Wide selection of items from textiles to furniture to stationary. Store is well organized and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful!

I went to this Muji Toronto Atrium last Sunday around 5pm and there was a lineup. The store manager came out at 5: 30 and let the last group in. I didn't even know that he had locked the door at 5: 30 because I was at tail. Some of us kept waiting and hoped that he would let us in because it was still half hour away from the official closing time. But NO, no warning, no entrance and nothing!

To the store management especially the store manager, if you decide 5: 30 is the last entry time, please Advertise it. The sign on your door Monday - Sunday 11 am - 6 pm is a joke. Why do you want to waste people's time!

I love muji! I wish their stuff was cheaper because I'm thrifty, but it's all so well made that I wouldn't mind spending for it but I can only afford so much!

The MUJI products are always good quality and have an understated style. I don't buy a lot of them, but the one thing I can't do without any more is the. 38 mm pens. They make my handwriting almost legible.

Great selection and you'll find some interesting things in the store from clothing to household items.

The sales associate was nice at the beginning but he turned to a terrible guy, he was kinda rude. As I was shopping, I was asked if I needed assistance with anything. I requested an item only to be told with a hostile and quite rude tone that they did not carry/were out of stock of the item I was looking for - with no effort to look into this whatsoever. If you work at customer service jobs you have to have a great attitude. If you don't, go and get another job. Customers don't have the fault if you are having a bad day or you not liking your job.

Wow - they seems to have all of the kitchen utensils, dishes, and trinkets that I could ever need. Prices are reasonable too. I might become addicted to shopping here. Simply amazing.

Do you LOVE stationary? It seems ppl who go here are OBSESSED with the stationary station. It's straight up weird. Everything is overpriced and the clothes seem plain and awkward in style and comfort.

MUJI pens are the absolute best, tons of stuff for organizing, nice snacks and with the expansion, like what seems like actual food?

I visited both the outlet and flagship stores. The outlet has great markdowns, I saw a couple of 70% off tags! The flagship store had lovely cotton clothes, at higher prices. They have a cool aroma bar where you can sniff scents. Check out, it's worth a visit.

Please have a garbage bin beside the skin care area. Had to ask someone at the cashier to throw out the cotton pads I used to try the toner. She was very grossed out about it.

Love this store! It's like a Japanese version of IKEA, but with clothes and stationery! The selection of pens and paper products is pretty good and are very reasonably priced. I also love that they have their own little cafe with plenty of seating.

Beautiful and organized store with a good staff. Coffee is really good here. However, I would like to see some more exclusive products since this is supposed to be the largest Muji in Canada. For example, I'm kind of disappointed that there are no matcha covered strawberries that I could find in the Muji I visited in China.

I am writing to complain about one of your staff, Kelsey, in the embroidery department in the downtown location. My experience was one of unorganized/ irresponsible customer service that left me still trying to solve problems after your store was closed to the public.

My previous experiences at Muji in Asia were always pleasant, so I walked into your store in Toronto with high expectations. I was intrigued by your embroidery booth as I was looking for a birthday gift for my niece and all the beautiful samples at a reasonable price caught my attention. When I approached Kelsey (who was working at the booth) I was hoping that she would guide me to the right direction that works best for the gift ideas I had in mind. Instead she barely answered my questions-it was like pulling teeth, When I asked her which tank tops work best for the embroidery she just told me that every top is different, depending on which style I picked out, but didn't elaborate on how.

I had to pick out 3 white tops and brought them to Kelsey to start the order. She was finally interested in helping me as I had paid for the tops upstairs and gave the impression of wanting to get the job done as soon as possible for the next day pick up.

We were choosing graphics and fonts when she began assisting another customer who interrupted our conversation. I found that very odd, but since I was no longer receiving attention I assumed we were done and I left the store. After 10 mins, I received a voice message on my phone asking me to call back because we had not gone through the fonts for the back of the tops. When I called back, she was already gone on her break so another staff member (Jennifer?) took all the notes for her.

The next day, I showed up around 8pm to pick up the order, expecting to be in and out quickly. Kelsey was not there, and my order was "missing. " I was very upset that no one seemed to be able to figure out where it was. David, the staff member on duty, was left with no messages or notes on whether my order was even placed. No manager offered to help. It took David 30mins to find the order which had been kept upstairs somewhere in an office (in the meantime, I had to call my family at the restaurant to tell them I would not be coming to dinner).

Unfortunately, when I checked the embroidery on the tops it was far from what I had in mind.
1) The embroidery was done without any fabric backing to protect the skin from rubbing when you wear it. I was not informed it would be like this
2) The letter "J" looked like an “H”
I was not satisfied with the order at all. I had no choice but to insist David re-do the entire project the same day.

The whole experience was unacceptable. How can Kelsey be the one in charge of the department and not even mention that there is no fabric behind the embroidery on children's tops to be worn in the heat? How could she not make the order easy to find when she wasn't there the next day at pick up? There was no communication between staff.

Overall, Kelsey's customer service left a sour taste in my mouth. I was not impressed as a first-time shopper in the embroidery department.

That said, I David really stood out and I strongly recommend him to be fully trained to be in the management team. He was extremely professional and friendly and dealt with my situation very well. He was able to find my order, and resolve my issues with the embroidery recommending printing on the tops instead of embroidery. He was calm, apologetic and collected. I was happier by then as he managed to get an approval from his manager to take care of one of the charges on the printing. At the end he assisted me on the packaging.

I feel that Muji needs to know about this incident and consider this case with regards to employee training. As an individual who worked in retail for over 12 years, I strongly believe in providing the best customer service at all times reflects the company standard and goals.

I would NEVER go back to the store again!

Fun to shop here! They have mostly clothes and household items, along with some random little trinkets and snacks. A bit pricy but it is good quality and has many unique items.

Made a visit to Muji on Thursday. Received great service when I looked for a camisole, payment was smooth and efficient. Would come again!

Tons of cute and practical items! Love the selection of pens and notebooks. You can customize your notebooks with an array of stamps which are available for use.

MUJI Atrium displays variety in a beautifully simplistic way. A colleague recommended their pens and that was supposed to be the entire purpose of my visit — I ended up savouring the entire experience — from their stylish household furniture, organic skincare products, selective display of essential oil fragrances and the spring fashion collection.
I deserve another visit and you should consider going too if you’re abstemious or have minimalistic tendencies.
High-priced clothing for rather regular fabric, everything else was worth the cost.

The atrium location was good however the outlet was very uncomfortable. While shopping with our little one and the Mrs a security guard basically hovered over us for a good 10 minutes which made us feel very uncomfortable.

Definitely needs some training on customer service.

Impeccably merchandised. On two levels. They offer custom embroidery while you wait. Be sure to check out the coffee shop on the top floor. That's where you will also find homewares.

The cafe section is really cute and fun. They have paper and markers laid out so you can sit and draw after ordering coffee. Otherwise it's just like other mujis with great service and products

I love MUJI shirts, sweaters, mechanical pencils, pens and stationary. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Prices are fair and design is eloquent.

I love Muji and their products but I don't care for this location. They do not have ANY of their coloured gel pens available for months. Only black ones are present. They told me it was because they sold out on their coloured pens but it makes no sense that not a single pen of their 12+ different colours is present. Even their gel pen sets are gone. I prefer uptown locations better.

Cool place. Occasionally bizarre music. Good selection of storage stuff.

This Muji store is massive. If you’ve visited the one in Yorkdale, this one has twice (if not more) the amount of things. It has a huge housewares section and a lot of clothes and shoes as well. Unfortunately it’s not really in the Eaton Centre but you can get to it if you take the tunnel to the Atrium on Bay.

I bought a glass case last week, and I found there’s extra case at home so I went back to store to return it, NEVER OPENED the sealed package.the customer service was suck, they never told me it’s final sale, and the cashier put half of the stamp of “final sale”, and they said it’s impossible for refunddon’t want to go back anymore

I come here for the pens and stationary. I love the. 25 mm gel pens and office supplies. Cool aesthetic and high-quality products at reasonable prices. Like IKEA for clothes. One downside is they don’t restock stationary regularly at all or even according to their actual inventory. They’ve been sold out of transparent sticky notes (the kind with tabs) for several weeks and staff shrugged helplessly when asked when the product would be restocked. “We don’t know when. ” Odd. Apparently they don’t track their stationary inventory that way.

Service was good, but their stationary was far below my expectations. I payed $18 CAD for a mechanical pencil with two 2B refills. At that midrange price, I expected the pencil to last longer than a week before it stoped working properly. I can get a much better pencil that includes refills for $10 at my local art store.

Great place with nice sustainable goods. Accessible entrance is available through the office next door. The store is 2 storeys, to access the second floor speak with a store associate. Aisles are a little narrow.

Products are pretty pricey and the quality seems to be on par with other less expensive stores. I didn't buy anything though. Just browsed. Similar items to what you would find elsewhere. Large selection of stationery and housewares.

I entered the atrium to be shocked at the Muji store not being where it used to be. After contemplating whether or not I should destroy the atrium, I decided to take a detour to my hotel only to find.

An UPGRADED MUJI!

And thus, I fell into the rabbit hole that is MUJI. The staff are kind and welcoming and the product amazing.

Love MUJI and everything about it. After renovation, the place is huge and has a lot more stock! The staff are friendly and there is a second floor

Sprained my ankle exiting the store onto Dundas Street because their "accessibility" ramp doesn't cover the entire doorway. Then I had the pleasure of being told by a clueless security guard who popped his head out of the door that "the ramp is slippery in winter, be careful" without bothering to check to see if I was actually okay. I yelled at him to say that it wasn't a matter of me slipping on the ramp, it was me stepping on it wrongly because of its poor placement. His response was "Oh be careful" and walked away. Instead of hiring security guards in bulk to stand aimlessly around and chit chat in your store, do a little pre-screening of your staff so that when incidents like this happen again your guards don't just sweep it under the rug because the injured person was hurt exiting the store. And fix your ramps so that they're not so dangerous to navigate.

It was very busy I stopped by there on boxing day and left very satisfied with the help of a man named Dustin. I believe he was a manager if not I should be they need more employees like that thanks for the help Dustin the world needs more people like you

Staff is friendly.

Nonexistent customer service. Purchased a humidifier from this location, it broke within ten days. Emailed for a replacement (as I was instructed to do) and never received a reply. Do not purchase from this company.
