Mulberry Hair Extensions

The hair pieces were nice but the person working at the store has a bad attitude. She would get annoyed when I ask questions. She also has a temper. On the day of collection, she was rushing us and pretty much asked us to leave the place quickly as soon as the service was over. We were insulted. If I were to return to this business, I would prefer to deal with any other employee. There’s other businesses in Toronto that do wigs/extensions/etc and that’s another option too.

Additional info: To clarify, we have been to this store 3 times. The first time, we walked in and the employee was new but nice. We had booked appointments for our second and third visits and dealt with a different employee than our first visit. During these SCHEDULED visits, this second employee was not professional- she behaved in an annoyed fashion when I ask her questions about the hair choices or styling, and upon collection (which was a scheduled appointment), she was very rude in the end and asked us to leave the store so she can see her next client. There were other chairs and I had a baby so I needed a chair for a couple of minutes to organize myself to leave. She then noticed we were upset and back tracked on her comment. It’s not necessary and left a bad taste on what should have been a very fun day. You owe me an apology.

Had a wonderful experience with Lidia at Mulberry Yorkville today! This was my first ever experience with extensions, and I went with the halo style. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and made a perfect match to my natural hair colour! Highly recommend for a little boost of confidence!

I can't recommend this place enough. It was my first time with extensions and they were so helpful. So kind and informative. They matched my extensions (halo and clip-ins) EXACTLY to my hair colour with a custom dye job. I'm still shocked by how perfect they match!

I’ve been going back and fourth about trying on a Topper. I’m 40 and have had alopecia since my teens. Yesterday I made the step and went to Mulberry! I was warmly greeted and felt at ease regarding my hair condition. It’s nice to hear that it’s common to have. I was fitted with a topper and the color matches very well! The technician even styled my hair and made sure I was comfortable taking it on/off during our consultation. Highly recommend! May return for a pony tail

I purchased a topper from Mulberry. The quality of the hair is amazing but the topper is very heavy and is definitely full coverage. Due to the weight, it ended up looking very wig like. I have had it thinned out now 3 times. I was under the impression this was medium coverage. Customer service has been helpful in trying to resolve but I can't say I would purchase another

I ordered a halo hair piece from their online store and I love it! I have curly hair, and I was having such a hard time finding a halo hair piece that was for super curly hair (I can't wear clip ins, they are very uncomfortable for me). When I came across their store I was so excited. The hair matches my hair texture PERFECTLY, and I LOVE the fact that it also has two clips on it if you want the extra security! Other halos I've tried from other brands didn't have the clips on it as well, so I was pleasantly surprised. The hair is amazing quality. They also shipped my order out super fast and the customer service is fantastic. I will definitely be returning for future halo purchases! Thank you!

I JUST GOT MY BEAUTIFUL EXTENSIONS and I'm ecstatic! All the amazing women at the shop were so helpful and wow what a beautiful clean space! I thought my hair was black, but thank god for Sorina, she matched my hair in natural black instead. She is such a sweet human and turned me into a queen. These extensions feel so natural to my hair and gives me that perfect volume and length. I would HIGHLY recommend mulberry to anyone.

The location is clean and bright with beautiful decor. The staff is lovely and helpful - Sorina will provide excellent customer service with laughs along with way.
