Poor Service. I have been dealing with them since last 3 years, my Insurance broker is Devendra Singh. Initially the service was very good but lately the service has been poor and they don't seem to care. Definitely not renewing with them when my Auto & Home Insurance policy is up for renewal.

I needed a copy of my auto insurance documents, so I emailed my broker outside of office hours. I received the information within 10 minutes of their office being open. Great service! 4/5 since the phone number posted was not working.

Fraud team no regards and no professionalism no manners to talk to customer have no regrets after messing up my profile and tries to hide the information even after long arguments they do not want to accept their mistake and take responsibility for it all the say is We understand your frustration well your sympathy doesn’t puts money in my pocket to deal with the things you messed you the insurance broker Saurabh Gairola didn’t disclosed important information about cancellation at the time of getting the policy; didnt included it in the paperwork I signed up for either and still claims that it’s our policy when It isnt made clear verbally or in written form same with the manager Dev claims he trust his team which is untrained clearly and which keeps changing statements one day the call in and say we will adjust it in next month and now your premium is lowered next day call in and say it didnt went through so I cant lower the premium and then completely go opposite saying they can never adjust the payments in next month

Turkan Sanlier is an excellent insurance broker who actually care about her clients. I've been with the agency for several years and I’m extremely happy with their service and rates they find for me. Thanks for all your help Turkan and all agents!

I have been dealing with Saurabh for my comercial policy, it has been great experience overall, they have realy improved their service in last few months. Saurabh has realy helped me and given his honest opinion in every aspect of my policy. Really appreciate him replying back ontime and providing best service.

I wish could give negative rating, person named Devendra Singh has no sense of public dealing, unfortunately got my insurance from this office but was never happy with their service, and when asked about the procedure to discontinue what a pathetic side of their attitude i had to face, totally unrespectful person he is, no sense of communication and was ready to fight over. Your duty is guide people not to fight and that is the reason you are losing business

Poor customer service.the guy named Devendra singh or Dev singh was terrible employee.so rude and doesnt even know about insurance.i won’t go to him never again.lack of knowledge or false information.

I don’t even leave reviews. This might be my first review I have ever made. Such an awful experience with this brokerage. No customer service whatsoever. The entire process was suspect. I would avoid.
