Avoid this place. They have someone standing at the door. And if you’re not Indian they ask why you’re there and then tell you there is a 4 hour wait while only brown people may pass. If you’re white or black, you get the 4 hour wait speech. Also if you don’t wear a mask they refuse you healthcare. The minister of health really needs to look into this practice.

Came to this clinic with Christmas fever. I didn't have to wait a few minutes to see the doctor. It’s a big holiday but you still have to work hard, thank you!

Yes it's a walk-in clinic but you can pre-book your appointment online and they will either call or text you. If you don't need immediate care then I would come here. They have specialists too. I have a family doctor but he never picks up a call and late when I see him, so if I need to be checked or get prescription, I come here. You wait a bit but this depends on the day/night you walk in. They do ask you to wear a mask. So bring one if you have or you'd have to buy at the pharmacy which is also inside the building.

Very poor service. Both the receptionists and some doctors have attituded. They have the online check-in service which is not everyone is friendly with but then the receptionist are very rude and unwilling to help patience. They are not here with a service mind.

Confusing booking with specialists.no help with people who are not tech savy.after so many tests done: blood work, X ray, ultasound and bone density requested by clinic's general practitioner the specialist did not bother to go over the results althouh I reminded him that I already did them.

Don’t go if you are not familiar with technology to check in. My elderly mom was lost through the check in process. Long wait on the weekend

The doctors may be ok. However, I had test done at the lab in this clinic in June of 2023 and saw a resident doctor for the results. Then in July if 2023 I had a follow up test done, as suggested by the clinic. The automated system notified me that the results were ready and I should come and discuss results with a doctor. The original doctor actually called me (to my surprise) to let me know results were favourable, but asked me to come in (of course). When I went back, he started reading my old test results. I had to remind him that he had called me himself with the new results. He could not find it on the system. He sent me to reception, where the lady who does the lab tests went looking for the new results. Nowhere to be found. They claimed that no follow up was done. When I showed them the text I had received regarding the results of the second test, they would not listen to me. They insisted that it never took place. SHAME on these people! Own upto your mistake and offer an alternative. Last word: Will never visit this place unless it is truly urgent. Even then I’ll think twice!

Recently got a call from one of the doctors here "Dr Nadya Mehdi" all around bad experience. Firstly I am very Ill and trying to explain myself but she doesn't want to listen, constantly interjecting in my speech in a rude manner. Throughout the whole call I was very calm and respectful but she is very stubborn person and I left feeling more disrespected then anything. I am calling for your professional help so please act like one.

Worst experience and service. Went to the clinic 8am on a Sunday. Was told to text back at 2pm when the peds doctor would be in the office to discuss my toddlers ear infection. Texted at 2pm and did not get a call till 11: 00pm! I kept asking for an update and I received poor communication via text. I was asleep when they called at 11: 00pm so I didn’t even get the consult. Avoid going to this clinic. This was the only place open on a Sunday so I had no choice.

Literally the worst place. Protocol has changed but noone explains it to you. The guy in the booth is useless. Just says text the number but doesn't tell you the process. Alot of angry people stuck outside in the cold. Need to have clear, concise instructions for people to understand. Got a antibiotic without even seeing a doctor. Just spoke to them and he went on about a bunch of irrelevant information. Will never, ever go back or refer anyone here. Used to go here as needed and not going close. (And I do understand that the new process is due to Covid BUT patients need to know the process.)

Doctor is busy on phone not even bother to look. Long wait not many people inside i was alone but still he is on phone. I waited time. Useless place and worst doctor

Every time I come to this walk in clinic the service gets worse and worse. The wait time is ridiculous and they hardly have any staff on board. They may as well shut down at this point because its just ridiculous now.

My grandfather came in and was disrespected by a south Asian staff member. He was called crazy and told to leave. My grandfather doesn’t raise his voice and my grandmother who was with him, cannot speak English fluently. If you are worried about your health, another place will be much better to go to. Atleast you won’t be disrespected. It’s sad we go to doctors for help, and here in this clinic you return with feeling belittled

It was quick and efficient service. I was talking to a doctor within 30 min using their virtual appointments. For quick issues I would definitely recommend.

This clinic addresses the issues and helps you get to a specialist fast. Our family has benefited greatly from attending this facility.

Worst service ever! We were told by Dr Ang to come in at 730pm so she could see my daughter for earache. Once we got into the building we were told to go home because there were no doctors available. Staff is extremely, unhelpful
rude and have no compassion. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

By far the worst walk-in clinic in the World. It took them the whole day to prescribe a medication to my 11 months old baby. Both my baby and I needed a prescription and we came around 10am in the morning to the clinic. I got my prescription at 7pm, my daughter never got a call from the doctor, although I registered her first and asked so many times for them to take care of her prescription first. The support people speak no proper English, there is no system and no prioritizing. It is a baby or older person they don’t prioritize they just work like robots and answer with standard bs responses. Im beyond disappointed. At the end of the day, if you are not a good enough professional, can you be a compassionate human being and ensure babies get the medical attention first? Dr. Sun, who promised to call me within 30 minutes to provide a prescription for my daughter, its been 2 hours and Im still waiting for your call. Shame!

I would give 0 stars if I could, all the 5 star reviews are FAKE, the most unprofessional clinic in Mississauga, they want your hole medical history over the internet, Don't go there!

Worst medical Service. They kept us waiting for 2 hours in parking. We were asked to wait all the time for a doctor’s call which we never received. And just before the time when clinic was about to close we were advised via text message that no doctor is available and we can visit emergency. Ridiculous!

It use to be good walk-in clinic back 5 / 6 years ago. Now the waiting time is almost like you go to ER at hospital. Forget about all of that, recently like 3 weeks ago, I went, I found a blocked gate you need to register before. You are note allowed to enter a walk-in clinic! Here’s the interesting part you register through text message, you’re not allowed to call or speak to any agent. If a document is missing a note or anything (like X-ray or ultrasound) you have to go through the text messaging system and they tell a doctor will call (of course it’s Random DR that you have to repeat yourself and hopefully he is familiar with your situation and probably can help!) the Dr will call one and that’s it.if you missed the call of that Dr you’re doomed! You need to register again so weak system! I don’t recommend this clinic anymore don’t waste your time.

The absolute worst. Their system/process is pathetic along with their staff. Deserves a zero star.

If this clinic is representing Canada’s universal healthcare, it does not represent basic values of fairness and equity.hopefully my review will help someone out there to be wary of this establishment.

Been coming to this clinic for years, and yes I am well aware of its reputation but ive excused it for its late hour convenience and how they seem to attend to most. The doctors are fine.

I needed a sick note as well as a doctor to assess me for any chest infections and possible need for antibiotics, i was in so much flu pain and it took a lot out of me to travel to the clinic.
I first called the clinic in the parking lot (for a walk in clinic you can’t walk in) and I was called back by a “virtual doctor” who told me i needed to see a doctor in the clinic. Yes, that is obvious i knew that.
I go up to the entrance where this male gentlemen wearing glasses in a box asks me whats up, told him my situation, and then the burning question,
“Is the note for school or for work? ”
I replied “both. ”
He asks again, “Is the note for school or for work? ”
I replied again, “both”.
He asks me again approximately TEN MORE TIMES, “Is the note for school or for work? ” I replied and replied and at this point i am upset and in tears and i say “BOTH BOTH DO YOU KNOW WHAT BOTH MEANS”
I even asked him to please stop asking as I am sick, in pain, and stressed. He should’ve got the point by now.
He then types something into the computer, i wait in the car, and I recieved a text message saying noone can see me even though its 8 at night and that place closes at 11pm.

Never again will I go to this clinic, and I very much warn all of you to just find somewhere respectful and better.

Absolutely horrible! The amount of people of waiting to see a doctor (line up out side). You have to wait in your car. To see a doctor. What about those other people who don’t drive and take the bus? What will happen when is a snowstorm coming and people need help. Who takes care of this? Who is in charge? Absolutely Terrified to go get help here!

Ridicilous text message system that does not allow for any modification. Untrained and irresponsible staff.
Not even an alevator.my wife had to jump up and down the stairs to the second floor.
No one picks up the phone.but once you are inside no patients.it is empty.
Do not waist your time. Call other clinics

This place is very unhelpful! The Asian old woman at the front is very rude and ignores you when you try to voice your concern! Do not go to this place! They don’t care! You have to wait hours for a doctor to call you

This clinic is very weird. The doctors here are not that great. I had my stitches here which were loose and then when I went to take them out, the doctor gave up on taking them out and asked me to see the nurse.

I had a phone appointment with Dr. Ananthan he was very nice, kind and well-spoken he diagnosed my symptoms right away after a few questions.
