Leslie and the entire family at Multi Tirecraft Scarborough are such professional and pleasant people to deal with. They're very knowledgeable and patient with everyone, also very honest and helpful when we couldn't find our wheel lock tool. It's really nice to see a family business doing well in this tough economy. I will 100% be coming back here to get all my tires done on all my vehicles in the future!

In my opinion, Tirecraft is an exceptional tire service! The team is incredibly professional and detail-oriented. My interaction with Leslie was fantastic; she assisted me in finding the perfect winter tires for my car and seamlessly arranged everything. The tire installation was quick, and entire staff was friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this place to everyone in search of top-notch service.

Zero ownership of their work. A couple of months ago, I brought in the vehicle to put off-rim, all-seasons on the rims currently on my vehicle. That interaction went fine.

When I tried to change to my winter tires last week, I was impossible to remove the the wheel lock bolt off my car, because they had torqued all the wheel bolts with their air gun, instead of torquing the wheels to spec. Removing even the regular wheel bolts was extremely difficult with my breaker bar.

I brought the vehicle back to them to have them remove the wheel lock bolts, and they ended up breaking the wheel lock key on one of the bolts. They put their hands up, said they couldn't fix it, and now I'm facing a steep bill at the dealership to fix their "handiwork".

If there is ever an example of why you should always double check work, this is it.

Here prices for tires are very good (quite effordable) i baught used tire which has 90% thread life and cost me only $50 each with balanced and everything

I called and he said, ya! Didn't introduce his company. He gave me a price and I said oh wow that's not what you charged last time. He hung up on me. Ignorant attitude. Unprofessional I thought I called someone's home.

Very friendly owner and receptionist and prices are very fair. Mechanics were making pretty rude comments about the customers though. At least keep it to when other customers aren't around to hear it, just makes the whole experience a bit better.

Fantastic service. I work down the street and was in need of new all season tires; just wanted ‘el cheapos’ as car is leased and it didn’t come with good tires to begin with. Was quoted very fair price and when I brought car in the next day to get them installed it was found that the supplier made an error and only shipped two, rather than all four. So, rather than tell me to come back another day when the tires came in, they put on MUCH better tires that they happened to have in stock, for the original quoted price.absolutely made my day! And this entire process took all of 20 minutes. Highly recommend!

Been there a couple of times excellent service. I called earlier and got a female on the phone that put me on hold then asked me the size I wanted then told me the price and hung up the phone in my face before I was finished speaking. She was extremely rude and I will be going somewhere else for my tires from now on.

Great place to get tires. Our "go to" shop for most tires when we don't have the sizes our selves. Nice friendly staff makes the transactions pleasant.

Bought a few sets of tires here and would not hesitate to recommend them to others. Prices are good, workers are friendly and the install is done quickly. If you are in need of tires give them a call.

My tire blew in the middle of snow tire season and during our first snow storm. NOT ONLY did they better advise me on my tire options but they secured the best price with the least wait. Also shared their work station with me so I could keep working while I waited. Thank you, very happy and overall impressed. Not just a tire shop!

Always good service. They give you different price options for your budget and let you know of any tire rebates you can qualify for. It's my go to tire place

Glen and his team were very friendly and efficient. Only took 20 minutes to remove my summer tires, install new snows on steel rims, balance and install on my car. They went far beyond the call of duty to make my purchase a pleasant one. Special thanks to Leslie for submitting my tire rebate on my behalf.

These guys are awesome. I had a slow tire leak that 3 other body shops couldn't find, but these guys found it and fixed it in 5 minutes! Great selection of used tires as well.

Used to work in the mechanic shop next to their building. The tire is good price and good quality. To bad I quite my job and went to dealer.
