Zack and the team at Monroe’s did an amazing job refinishing my table and 6 chairs. He went above and beyond my expectations on the quality of refinishing my items. He takes real pride in his work. We purchased this dining room set almost 30 years ago from Monroe’s and still enjoy it every day.

Our table and chairs look beautiful and the customer service was excellent from start to finish.

This is the only place to buy all your furniture needs! The owner, the staff and the sales team are all amazing and that's just an added bonus next to quality and amazing prices. The quality will surpass all your expectations and more. I have had some of my pieces for over 10 years and they are like new. The prices are comparable to retail stores but high end and don't fall apart. If you want beautiful quality pieces that will last a lifetime, Munro's is hands down the only place to go.

Great experience! We got a bedroom set here and I can’t describe how beautiful it is! Highly recommend. The delivery guys were also wonderful, really friendly and gentle taking the furniture upstairs to our bedroom.
The only bad thing I’d say is the mattress smells like chemicals, really hard to get the smell out of the house and it has been two days. Can’t sleep in the bedroom yet as it smells so potent.

Just had a new bed delivered. It is amazing! Very well built, couldn’t be happier with it. They customized it for us and it was just the way we wanted it. The customer service was great, as was the delivery/assembly team. Would highly recommend their furniture.

I ordered my new bed in July. I was given an estimated time of delivery but materials were back ordered so Monroe’s sent me a text immediately. My bed arrived today and it’s beautiful. Their craftsmanship is at the highest standards. I’m thrilled and will be returning for mor pieces.

We ordered 4 custom wormy maple living room pieces and I couldn’t be happier with the finished product! It took 17 weeks but was well worth the wait. The workmanship is amazing. Just beautiful - Thank you Munro’s!

Our bedroom set was delivered this morning, I have no complaints about the look or quality. It looks amazing and is well built. However, my only issue is unfortunately it came with an incredibly strong stain/varnish smell. We have had every window in the house open all day and fans going and it is not making a difference. Its strong enough to make you ill, lightheaded, and give an instant headache. We will not be able to sleep in our own bedroom for at least a few days due to it. I am also 8 months pregnant so it's a bit of an inconvenience and I of course worry about breathing in such strong chemical smells. Other then this the product looks great!

From start to finish, Munro's was amazing! This is the third set of furniture we have purchased from Munro's, however, this time it was all done virtually. I first emailed asking about pricing, changed my mind several times, found a model I liked, and finally settled on a design. The whole time, Martin was super helpful and SUPER patient. He was always prompt with email replies and pricing, no matter how many times I changed my mind. We ended up going with a custom design and it is FABULOUS! When it came time to choose a stain, Christine sent pictures to show the different stain possibilities and was also patient while we tried to figure out the best option.
When the table and chairs were delivered the two men were great! They helped us put felt pads on the bottom (at our request), and even engaged my son who wanted to help (They let him help carry a chair!)
The quality and craftsmanship is unparallelled. My table and chairs are beautiful and are the showpiece of my newly renovated main floor!
All in all, as I said, from start to finish, Munro's went above and beyond! I would recommend them to anyone who wants beautiful wood pieces in their home!

Imagine being in the right time in your life you can finally own the big fancy table set, only to place an order for the table set and waiting 3+ months for it. An upon delivery find that the table has major blemishes on the table top surface. I called and spoke with Ken the plant manufacturer who proceeded to say it's not covered and was bought through an affiliate (Martin's Furniture) who recently closed and there will be no warranty given for the table. This is the table we were planning on using for the next years of our life. Unfortunately every time we look at it its pure regret in our purchase. We also found 1 our chairs damaged and at a mere cost of $500 for shipping back to the manufacturer and back again we can have it fixed. This set cost $3500. Absolutely regret everything about this purchase. Wouldn't recommend. If i missed anything Ken let me know.

Very happy with my experience at Munro's. Christine was so helpful in helping me to
make a final decision on the size, shape and colour of my tables.
There was good communication about the arrival date and time, and the delivery went smoothly.
The coffee table and end tables look lovely. I'm really impressed with the quality and workmanship
of the furniture.

Munro's Furnishings custom made a maple queen bed for us to match an existing antique vanity in both design and stain. Jill and Jesse supported by Ken were very diligent, patient, and gracious from beginning to the end, and did a masterful job for us. We are very pleased with the outcome, and recommend Munro's Furnishings unreservedly.

We ordered a custom size desk and got to choose the wood, hardware & stain. It is absolutely perfect, we are very happy with our purchase. Munro's did a fantastic job and would highly recommend them. It will be a heirloom for my family. Thank you for your great service Munro's!

I ordered a custom stereo/entertainment unit from Munro's. Ken was a great help in putting what I wanted on paper and when the unit arrived it was exactly what I wanted. Looks great and very well built.

Munro’s did a wonderful job with our custom island and shelves.
Although there was a miscommunication on both our parts, Munro’s was helpful and make some alterations to the island that worked out perfectly!
We went with wormy maple in “carbon” stain. Added our own quartz top and brackets for shelves and installed ourselves.
The quality of the product is wonderful.
We will be back to purchase more custom items.

I recently moved to Barrie and had the pleasure of dealing with Munro's furnishings. We order a beautiful bedroom set and kitchen set.
The service I received was exceptional.
Christine assisted us in choosing our furnishings and was very professional and knowledgeable.
The timeline for delivery was 10-12 weeks (due to COVID situation) however all our furniture arrived within that timeframe.
The gentlemen who delivered our furniture were professional, courteous and efficient. I am completely satisfied with all aspects of Munro's Furnishings. We needed some minor adjustments on one piece of furniture and spoke with Ken who was extremely helpful and service was done in a timely manner.
I will certainly deal with this Great Team in the near future.

One of many pieces of furniture done by Munroe’s for us. Finish is second to none and always finished when promised. The latest is a single bunk over a queen done perpendicular. It turned out better than expected.

The quality of the furnishings was evident upon first entering the store and the sales staff were warm and welcoming. All questions were answered immediately and it was evident the staff were very knowledgeable and truly believed in the product. We were made aware of sales options and other choices with economy in mind, to fit our budget.

Overall, an excellent experience!

Visited Munro's Furnishings on Friday. Went looking for a harvest table and chairs. We had a great experience with their staff. Explained the difference in the wood selections and how the stain looks like on each type of wood. Showed us different styles and we told them what we were looking for and yes there are able to create our vision. Very knowledgeable and helpful, We ordered our forever table and chairs at a very great price. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for excellent quality and Canadian made pieces. So much to choose from whether it's a dining room, living room, bedroom or those little extra's you may be looking for. We will definitely choose Munro's again for any future purchases. Staff was friendly and products are amazing! We have other living room pieces from Munros we purchased several years ago and they were our first option when upgrading other furniture because of the quality of our previous products.

Over the past three years, I have purchased most of my furnishings from Monro's for my new residences. Specifically, 4 bedrooms sets (one king bed custom designed with 12 drawers underneath for extra storage and 2 double over queen bunk beds with under bed storage also), a lovely dining room table and 8 chairs with matching side board and 4 bar stools. In addition, they have worked with me to design a stunning custom entrance way sideboard, a unique hall stand and 3 very specific wall units for a formal living room. Jill, Ken and Christine are accommodating, friendly, patient and knowledgable. The quality is outstanding and it is built to last. If you have a very specific requirement they will work with you to bring your vision to life. And a major consideration - it is made right here in Ontario! I highly recommend them.

Started at bad boys and ended up here! Custom built and stained gorgeous furniture. We are soo excited to get our family table that will last. It’s pricey but sooo worth it. Christine was sooo helpful and explained everything thoroughly
We were even able to go into the back and see all the different styles of wood / stain. Definitely treated us like family.
