This is Derek's wife Angie sending in this review (since I'm the one who got the new grill) thanks to Mr Pratt and his team. Spoke with Amanda on the initial call and she told me how it would work and I would have my very 1st set of dentures in 2-4 weeks. Went into to meet Murray and on the initial visit I felt very comfortable and this man has an amazing chairside manner. He's very well spoken and explained everything in depth, how they (dentures) are made and what to expect. He was exact to a T. He also told me my denture is the samllest one he's very made! (I guess all those people that told me I had a big mouth ARE WRONG) LOL. I would recommend this man 1,000% without hesitation. Amanda is very knowledgable and polite and friendly. No question went unanswered. Thanks both very much from the bottom on my heart to my shiny perfect teeth! I got them in 3 weeks even with the Easter holiday during that time.

I was nervous to get new dentures because I thought I couldn’t get a great fit like the 26yr old ones I was replacing.

My father is 81 years old and suddenly had an issue with his dentures not fitting properly over the Christmas Holidays. Not only was Dr. Pratt's clinic one of the very few that were open, but they were able to fit my dad into their schedule on the day I called. Amanda, the secretary, was attentive and caring. Dr. Pratt was also fantastic. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and kind. My dad was able to pick up his realigned dentures just a few days later at a reasonable price. Many thanks for running such a wonderful clinic!

I have been a patient of Dr. Pratts for 3-4 yrs now. Unfortunately, due to my mother in law having Brain and Lung Cancer and given 3 months to live I had missed an appointment with the previous secretary whom mind you was a wonderful woman and very caring. Next, I had a Brain injury that had almost taken my life. I went into Cardiac Arrest and fell into a coma for 5 days then had dilirium for 37 days. I was restrained to my bed the entire time and was down to 73lbs. When I finally awoke back to reality I had lost 3 years of memory, and was traumatized by the fact that I did not recognize my own 11 yr old son, husband, mother, sister, or anyone. I lost 3 quarters of my hair. Due to malnourishment my dentures no longer and needed to be realigned. Thankfully I had $300 out of the $570 I was told it would cost and I would have to pay the rest out of pocket. Now where this new secretary got her numbers I'm not sure but they were off by quite a bit compared to other denturist. Now I am home slowly recuperating and unfortunately had to cancel 2 apts last mins due to not being strong enough to leave my home. The secretary was the most rude and most inconsiderate human being I have ever met. She threatened to have me tossed as a patient. So a year goes by I'm now out of therapy, back on feet, back to driving, and ready to have my teeth fixed. So I had an appt for this morning, but called Friday at lunch left a msg to verify when my appointment was. She called back at end of day to tell me it was today at 10am. So I called back to cancel but they were closed for the labour day weekend till today. But since my son was starting at a new school I had to be there to register him, and due to my husband owning his own business he couldn't do it. But he was kind enough to call and explain to her that I can't make it and tried to reach her Friday after I got her msg but they were already closed. She then went on to say I missed some magical number of 8 appts and that I am not welcome back. He went on to explain that it was out of my hands and was actually his fault because he could not leave the shop due to a customer and as he went on to apologize she cut him off very rudely and kept saying over top of him speaking, "Nope, Nope, Nope, don't care and hung up on him. He sat there staring at the phone thinking "I wonder if Dr. Pratt who is a great man, really knows how his ignorant, belijerant, loud mouth piece of disrespectful un-humane secretary speaks to people who aren't even his patients and how much business her incompetence, and un-classy ignorance she has lost him. She has also spoken to me like that many times and I will tell you this, that when I am done speaking with him one on one and replaying back the recorded conversation she had with my husband, she may be owing us one hell of an apology. Right, wrong or indifferent, you work in a professional environment and you are to never speak to any human being that way. Completely uncalled for. No matter who is right or who is wrong!
