The wine is exceptionally good and the cost is very low per bottle, even less if you bring your own. We got House Red and Raspberry wine made recently. The process was easy, and the staff was awesome, family run business. Little Italy at its best, get your wine made here!

The owners are rude and unprofessional. I witnessed them loudly arguing at the front desk and also getting into conflicts with customers. The lady pretends to be happy and friendly but she is just acting. I would rather shop somewhere that is more professional.
In response to your reply, I said you are rude and unprofessional and you say you are Italian and passionate? ? Really? You just validated my review. You imply I was offended, yet I never said that did I? More like disgusted.
You also say I am not in your system. Yeah so whats your point? You know darn well many of the people in your store are helping their elderly parents or in-laws.

It was our first time here, and we will definitely be back. I really appreciated how friendly they were, and how generous with information they were with what we bought.

My father and I went a couple weeks ago and loved our experience. Noella was so kind and knowledgeable about wine making, and it was such a warm experience bottling with her. The rest of the staff were just as kind and welcoming. The wine tastes delicious and service was top notch. Will visit again in the future!

We have been coming to muskas for several years. In the beginning we were newbies but since have become experienced wine makers with the advice and guidance of the muskas owners. Some real snafus have been figured out by them and we have lived and learned Thanks much from the Shays.

I received 3 batches of prepared wine (Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec) from them and I’m completely loyal. Carmen and Noelle are so sweet and welcoming. Their wine is way better than the concentrate I used to get somewhere else. It’s totally worth it and the wine tastes so good. I always offer it when I have guests and the wine always gets complimented. If you’re thinking about getting wine made and bottled, definitely consider Musca!

By far the best Pinot Grigio kit available. The staff are knowledgeable and will answer any questions you have, the store is easily accessable and they help to load your car. Go once and it will become your only wine making supplies store.

My absolute go to for wine making. The Chilean cabernet never fails! We started getting the grape juice at the beginning of the pandemic and the end result easily rivals $20-$30 bottles from the LCBO

So many businesses are struggling now with higher shipping/fuel costs. I am thankful that Musca has worked very hard to keep their prices very fair considering the high quality of their products. Everyone living in the National Capital Region should thank them for their commitment to excellence in service and product because many people I know in other cites are jealous that we have such a great place as this.

We just got back from our first bottling at Musca. My 19-year-old son and I had such fun doing this together, and the wine is very good. Will definitely be back when these 60 bottles are empty.

Very honest and helpful. I unknowingly lost my change purse in the store and they saved it and returned it to me the next time I went into the store a year later. Impressive customer service. And their wine making supplies and knowledge are A1. Great place!

The staff at Musca are absolutely fantastic to deal with. I placed an order for curbside pickup via email, and they not only got back to me very quickly, but suggested a few improvements (I was buying basically a full set of equipment as this is my first foray into wine- and mead-making) and an alternative for one thing that was out of stock. The order was ready for pickup within a couple of business hours, and the pickup went without a hitch. Great local shop for all your wine-making supplies!

Muskas is my go to store for wine supplies. The owners and staff are knowledgeable and helpful to the extreme. Love this store. My relatives in New Brunswick also love when I bring wine kits on my visits. Everyone loves Muskas!

Terrible. My daughter bought some wine. As she has in the passed and was happy with it. This patch that she just recently ordered was not up to its usual. On her behalf, I brought one bottle back for them to taste. Carmen was very rude with me regarding the quality of the wine. The wine was water down and tasted off, vinegary. Before I described the wine, I wanted her to taste it and give me her impression. After tasting it, she indicated there was nothing wrong with the wine. And insisted that I was wrong and did not know what I was talking about. I was trying to explain that it may have been a bad batch but no way was I able to make any valid comments without her interrupting and being extremely rude. Musca has been in business for many years. My dad used to buy grapes from them. I believe that they are a good place whose products meets the needs of many. But I also believe that once in awhile bad patches do happen. This is what happened to this Blush Chardonnay. Instead of admitting that wine was bad, she attacked my ability to recognize wine and refused to hear me out. I had various people taste the with general agreement that the wine was bad. My inexperienced daughter who has already bought from Musca and has no real concept of good wine (she could probably drink anything it would be fine) admitted that wine was GROSS. Carmentreally should be more watchful of how she reacts to clients. I know for a fact that I will never buy or use their product. And I will with no hesitation tells others of my experience. Let's hope her business can survive another 40 years with her attitude.

We are very lucky to have Musca in our region. It is the only place I go to for quality juice. The wines I produce from their juice are exceptional. After having tried two other Make Your Own Wine establishments and being totally dissatisfied with them, we have finally found the best place for us to make our own wine in Ottawa.
