Great site, but you cannot use a different shipping address than your billing address! That's an inconvenience for me!

Getting close to 2 months, parts came damaged and missing some items. On hold for hours. Pretty sure this is operating out of there mothers basement.

Good Canadian prices on a lot of parts and very decent on freight costs.
People are very helpful and friendly.

Called about repair panel because the website would not let me create a account so i did old school and called very helpfull the part got ordered very happy i would use this company

I received damaged parts i ordered from CLASSIC NOVA, and the company only gives you 72 hours to report damages. Since I was away when the parts were delivered, I opened the package to find them damaged. Box had no labels to declare the contents of the package Fragile (Trim pieces). I phoned five (5) times with no answer, left a voicemail, and sent an email. When someone finally answered the customer service was horrible.
All in I paid around $396.00 and was offered $100.00 in store credit and they will cover the oversized shipping fee when I re-order and re-pay for new parts. Basically, their offer was to profit twice off me. This company is trying to scam people with their return policy. They also charge you shipping insurance but apparently it does not cover damages?
I sent them multiple pictures of the product, not only was the trim bent or dented but the chrome was delaminated. I offered to send the damaged trim back in exchange for non-damaged parts and because of their 72-hour return policy (which is ridiculous). I was issued a partial refund of $200.00 as "courtesy" but I still paid $196.00 for parts I cannot use. When the return was put through it stated the reason for return to be “did not want/need” which is simply untrue.
I will be very vocal to my friends and family within the car community that actively restore cars to NEVER order parts from this organization (Muscle Cars & Classics, Camaro Depot, Mustang Depot Etc.). There are other more responsive companies (such as Old Car Centre) that back-up the products they sell by not having ridiculous timelines for returns and great customer service.
I am not disappointed by the damage as I know these things happen, I am disappointed by the lack of customer service and care. Again, I encourage you to stay away from this company and its affiliate companies

I appreciate the availability of parts I need. Compared to other vendors I like that parts are priced in Canadian dollars and my orders shipsfrom Canada.

Great company to deal with for classic Chevrolet parts in Canada. They keep you well informed if anything is backordered and ship promptly when they have the item in stock. Not having to deal with Canada Customs is a real bonus!
