Sometimes you find a company that goes out of the way to help. Purchased a new DJ Table that was on back order. Took a while to get here so I wrote saying, pretty please, we are travelling to the ECMAs and we're hoping to have it for then. No guarantees we'd get it, but. Once it came to the store they sent it as an expedited package, no extra cost and I got it.

Ive been a customer for many years and spent more than a few dollars here and what always keeps me coming back are the people that make this place the go to destination for all my music junkie needs, From Boris and Stan to Derek and everyone else in between, a great group of people, anyways I am writing to review work I had done on a Stratocaster, its a 95' I am the 2nd owner and the original frets were worn to beyond proper playability so I took in and talked to the new Luthier Jovan Salacanin (sorry my keyboard won't let me do the proper punctuation for his last name) Regardless, the care and attention to detail were superb, he is an extremely knowledgeable and gifted Luthier, he answered any questions and described exactly what was done to my guitar, the price was more than fair and I feel that it was excellent value for work performed. I would highly recommend you consider any work you need done by this gentleman. Thanks again!

Forget Long and Mcquade, this is the hands down best music shop in London

Great selection of used electric and some gorgeous vintage acoustic guitars.

The drum shop is super well stocked and all the staff are knowledgeable

Bought a few crown amps and a rack and some cables there last week. Had some payment processing issues both times which delayed the sale. But they made good on it and happy with both the service and the products!

This store is unreal. Amazing inventory, and the store has a cool layout with different rooms for different instruments. Very knowledgeable staff, who are passionate for music and very helpful. Great customer service, they helped me load up my car and did not complain once that it was past closing time. This is THE music shop in london ontario. Will be back!

This is a very cool, off-the-beaten-path shop in East London. I've had great experiences with online orders but only recently started browsing the showroom in person. Shopping for guitars here is like shopping in your friend/cool uncle's attic, in the best possible way. It's fun to explore and it feels like there's a surprise around ever corner. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly (shout out to Chandler and Alex) but also makes an effort not to hover. If you know what you're after and you've seen it in-stock on the website but don't see it on the shelf - ask! The guys were happy to pull a new Telecaster straight out of the box for me because it was the finish I was after.

Darcy did a fantastic job with my guitars and Stan provided excellent customer service. This shop is great.

Visited the store twice on the weekend. It was my first time there. Nice large location with a ton of stuff.

I saw a guitar listed online that I really wanted to buy. I emailed a question concerning a discrepancy in the listing. I received a response stating they would get back to me. So, I foolishly interpreted this as it was "in stock" and decided to drive in from out of town and deal with it in person. Upon my arrival the guitar was nowhere to be found.

I received some help from a kind person in the guitar area but no luck locating. It was disappointing, I left my number just in case it was found. I never did hear back via email from my original question or by phone confirming either way. The listing is also still up on another classified site. I think it is safe to say, it is gone. These things happen.

I did however end up making a different non guitar purchase on my second visit that day. The person I dealt with was helpful and answered all of my questions. I would return in the future.

Knocking one star cause of inventory confusion and never did hear anything back. I guess it is safe to just assume there really is no point in stating the obvious and telling me a missing guitar is indeed still missing.

Ordered both a Shure Beta 52A and a Audio-Technica AT2035 microphone during their Boxing Week sale. Best price around and purchase through the website was very quick and easy. You simply won't find a better music store in London. The level of customer service and musical knowledge excels above and beyond anyone else. Highly recommend.

PA Shop puts on some amazing festivals and shows throughout London and the GTA. I have always had a pleasure working with them. The management really takes care of their crew and clients alike. The company culture is phenomenal and cohesive.

I find it too intimidating to go in-store to any music shop as the music-hack that I am (I just like to play around, not a musician by any means) and am glad to have found Music City.

Online shopping was a breeze. My in-stock item order arrived quickly and very well packaged. The product was also brand new as described, fresh out-of-the-box

I'm also happy to say that Music City customer service folks answer the phone and are well versed on their products. I misread what "included" meant in the product description and as the gentleman explained it to me I realised what it actually meant and excused myself with a quick thank you (and flushed face, hence why I don't ever go in person lol).

So, although I can't speak for the in-store experience, I can say I'm totally happy with my online order and phone support. I'm happy to have become a Music City family member Five stars from me!

I walked in and the place is huge, two storeys of show room with lots of variety. The staff are experienced musicians with years of knowledge who are all friendly and really great to talk to. They helped me with my Pearl drumset and I learned so much! Best prices around!

I did allot of research for the right acoustic guitar (Takamine GD51CE-NAT), I ended up buying from we despite being in BC. Matt was honest, told me the days it would take to get from factory as well as said he would personally make sure the transition to send it out to me was done promptly and correct. It actually took no time and came in two layers of boxes and lots of cushioning. Plays great and I was nervous buying online and what a great customer service experience!

I ordered a pedal for my Bass guitar online during their Black Friday sale. My local big box music store did not have one in stock and they said it could take weeks if not a month to order one in even though they are authorized retailers.
All it took was a couple clicks on Music City's Website and it was ordered. It was shipped very quickly and arrived sooner (Alberta) than what was estimated!
Music City Canada is very easy to do business with and a very reasonable price. I will be bookmarking their website!

I ordered a Shure MV5C home office mic. The price was incredibly reasonable, and shipping was much quicker than expected (I ordered on Friday and it arrived Monday morning). Wonderful service, excellent prices.

Awesome little shop, and when I say little, i dont mean selection. They have everything you need, from acoustic, to electric, pianos, and recording. Great spot for the music lover, and they encourage you to try out the instruments before purchase.

Hands down some of the best customer service I've experienced! Guitar was delayed with Canada Post, which music City is not at fault for, Guitar arrived carefully packed, in perfect condition and sounds absolutely amazing,

Never responded to my email when I asked them to price match and beat the difference by 30% on a product (as they advertise on their site) if it is sold in Canada by another official authorized retailer for cheaper. Chat function on the site doesn't work either. Ended up buying the item from another shop. If you don't want to price match, don't advertise it on your site since you won't respond to emails and your live chat function doesn't even work

London Guitars - Upstairs. Parking can be a real pain, nor sure how it could be improved at this location. They have several rooms setup with a wide variety of guitars, amps, effects and accessories. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly but a little sparse. Pricing to OK is nothing special. I think this is the only surviving independent guitar shop left in town, thus I feel fortunate it is close by.
