Reasonably priced. Friendly gentleman helped me through the process reg what to buy. I visited them for clarinet parts but I was quite impressed with the wide variety of music instruments I saw there.

I had an amazing experience here buying my cello. She was extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful! The store is very organized and easy to find what you need. I definitely recommend this music store to buy your instrument and accessories.

Bought a used tenor sax and is out of tune and can’t even play basic notes. Try to get someone to fix it but even they can’t get it to play right. Disappointing…

Such a wonderful store! A HUGE selection of instruments and all very high quality. Mary was very helpful and sweet. 10/10 would return!

Visited the shop to buy violin rosin and really like the place. The shop is located in the plaza near Ontario Khalsa Darbar.
You can find all type of musical instruments, including Indian classical. The store has very good website.

I just bought a bass guitar there and was very happy with the purchase. Mary was very welcoming and kind and made shopping there very enjoyable. This will be my first stop if I need anything else. Thank you so much Mary!

Fantastic service. The rep who handled my order was nothing but kind, patient and courteous, even offering a free item to make the shipping costs a little less painful. Was a bit surprised at the shipping fees, as for my location and order, I had to pay an extra $50 on top of the amount I had already paid for the completed order, but that's likely an issue with the ordering platform, and not the store itself.
Although the packing box said that the contents were fragile, the box was delivered damaged, but again, this was an issue with the delivery service and not the store itself. The package actually got here in record time, with my instrument intact. The price was incredibly reasonable - the most I'd ever seen, which is why I jumped on the deal.
All in all, any difficulties I experienced were completely outside the control of the store, and they did their best to make the experience as pleasant as possible.
