We had cheese bread, steak and fries, butter chicken. All was good.sunny afternoon on a patio with a superb view!

My sister & I went for lunch, waited over 15 minutes to get menus, we were there for over 45 minutes & never even received drinks.the server, I believe her name was Keara, was terribly rude & disrespectful to the both of us, ignored us the whole time we were there, ended up just getting up and leaving. Overall a terrible experience.

Food was good. Our wait staff was very good. We got a spot on the patio which is very nice. Great view of the river.
You can tell they are short staffed, as tables were not cleared and people who came out to snag a patio spot, left without ordering because of the delay in cleaning the tables.
There is only 1 patio open on Saturdays which is crazy in the summer. And they have planters along the railings which is nice, but obstructs the view.
I would without doubt go back. The place filled up very fast after the playhouse let out.
Parking is available along the side streets.

The food was mediocre, the atmosphere was the same, servers seemed to be RUNNING to get food out, yet there was a long wait. We weren't asked if we wanted another beverage, just overall not a great experience.

Absolutely horrible food the place was better even last year. The atlantic salmon and creamy alfredo is the worst. The fish was probably not washed for last 3months

Food took almost an hr with only 3 tables in the whole place seated. The food came out cold, clearly the chicken was not cooked on site. Never did the server check on us, had to wave them down for even water. Brutal. Didn’t eat more than one bite and still paid full price and wasn’t even asked if something was wrong.
Way over priced for the quality of food and service.

Plenty of great tasting good for the price. Had the roast beef on a bun with fries, delicious.

Clean, professional, chairs and tables were spread out and served well. The curry poutine was very tasty!

We have visited Muskie Jakes over the years and while the food is good and the service is great, the entire dining room/bar needs a complete overhaul including a complete cleaning. The old laminate floors were terribly dirty and cobwebs were very visible around electrical outlets & baseboards. They also need to be replaced. Please clean up.

When I went to this restaurant with my family. The food was not worth the price, we got one chicken burger and fries the fries were ice cold burger was like from a high school cafeterias. The server was trying her best. We waited for a server 20 mins after sitting down. They kept passing us didn’t care in the world. I think this restaurant needs staff who cares about costumer services. Very bad experience

I ate a complementary breakfast here while staying at the dirty motel in which it is located.
The breakfast was fine and the restaurant was clean enough. Surprising given the state of the motel.

On a beaucoup hésité avec mon mari avant d'y aller suite à certains avis pis on a décidé de faire notre propre opinion.
On a bien mangé c'était agréable en terrasse la serveuse était à nos petits soins et on a pas attendu notre repas très longtemps. Rapport qualité prix c'est raisonnable.

After a long day, we wanted to just order some take-out and relax in the hotel. At 8: 00 pm, the restaurant was mostly empty, and I ordered a club sandwich with fries and an order of sweet potato fries. The waitress said it would take about 15 minutes or so, which was fine with me. I waited for my food for an hour! When I finally got it, I should have checked it, but it was in sealed containers, and I thought it would be fine. The club sandwich wasn't toasted, there was no bacon and no french fries. The price for this rather plain white bread sandwich was $16.95 before tax. As I was leaving, I overheard several tables complaining about how long they'd been waiting for food, and they were turning people away at the door, even though the restaurant was still only half full.

Unacceptable.

This place is part of the Gananoque Inn and it's right on the water. They will always have customers, so they obviously don't care if you ever return.

Save yourself a headache and avoid this place if you can.

Service good.however food needs major improvement.and EXPENSIVE.ck out prices.and why would POWER WASHING adjacent deck during dinner make any sense.the only reason for our 2 rating was due to service by a tall blonde male server.rest was a 000.

Food tastes almost good enough to be from a bottom of the barrel fast food joint. Service is slow. All together just a horrible experience.

One of the most disappointing and infuriating dining experiences in a long time. Waited over an hour for apps, service was almost non existent (I get that they're busy and short staffed), food was mediocre at best and very expensive. Would never come back.

Stopped by today for a little lunch, the 5 of us. A complete waste of time. First time there and never said. We waited an hour for only 2 of the 5 meals to be sent out. Meanwhile other tables that arrived after us were being served. We questioned it and our server simply said ill get the manager. No apology at all. I warn a family coming in yhe dining room to turn back. What a shame, since place looks so nice from the outside. Don't waste your time or money at this place. We walked out after still waiting for final dish to arrive. Terrible Terrible Terrible.full of excuses after I questioned why such a poor experience.

Very long wait at 8 pm salmon was good but came with plain blah rice not lemon as described, butter chicken was awful like thawed rubber - supposed to be basmati rice but it was plain zero taste. Waitstaff was overworked but still nice. Manager needs to step up.

So much potential, did not deliver CX! Our server was great and did what she could do to manage the sub par kitchen - the following events are no reflection on our server…

Poor logistics/Extremely slow service - our app (1 order deep fried pickles), took 45 minutes while a family of 12 arrived 30 minutes after we ordered and received all of their mains before our app was served.

Troubling quality - frozen veggies advertised as “seasonal”; salmon dry and burnt (black) on one side and flipped over to hide the shameful grilling; steak over cooked and not seasoned; roast potatoes not served with steak later told they “were out of potatoes” and nothing was offered as a substitute nor was the missing item acknowledged when served; Moscow mule served with bar lime and lacking mint at $10; dips served in takeaway cups; generally lacked flavour requiring all items to be salted; etc.

ROI - waterfront location and front of house staff great, and suspect this is what’s draws patrons. The kitchen and dated facilities need significant improvement. This place charges far more than comparable establishments in the area. Serve great food and people return, serve food like we experienced and you will not gain repeat customers.

Please take this feedback as an opportunity to elevate your game.

2nd visit and we won’t return. Nachos are the worst example I’ve seen, very few chips and little cheese, it was a joke. The “forgot” the bacon on the Club house sandwich. Server couldn’t get a simple soda drink correct. We wasted over $100 on lunch but never again.
Overpriced and the food is substandard, to be avoided.

We were so happy with the food, the service, and the views today!
I ordered hamburger and fries and my husband got the club and sweet potato fries and they were amazing! We were very impressed with how quickly everything came.

The only issues were bees which unfortunately being on a patio are bound to happen. The waitresses acted quickly to try and draw them away and provided me a new drink when a bee went into mine.

Would most definitely return

Had the best experience here! It was too hot to eat on the patio, but we had a window seat, with a gorgeous view of the St Lawrence. The wait staff are quick on there feet, attentive, and friendly. The place was packed, but the kitchen is so well staffed, it wasn't a long wait for our food (20-25min). 10/10 would recommend.

Très mauvaise expérience! Nourriture très ordinaire, le prix est beaucoup trop dispendieux par rapport à la qualité et la quantité qui se retrouvent dans notre assiette. Dommage car nous avons reçu un bon service de la serveuse et la vue sur l’eau est belle.

Pire Service ever j'ai du aller voir dans la cuisine pour avoir un verre d'eau au bout d'une heure aucune excuse ni aucune explication apres avoir passe la commande au bout d'une heure et demi et ne rien avoir recu nous avons sacrer le camp ailleurs

Server was great. Food took quite a long time to arrive and it seems they used "chicken loaf" and not real chicken in their butter chicken. Also, who uses cheddar cheese on a pizza?

Une étoile pour le musicien. Mauvais service, sans sourire. Après 45 minutes nous n'avions pas reçu nos drinks. Nous avons dû aller les demander à l'interieur. Aucune explication, ni excuse, le serveurnous ignorait, il ne nous a pas demandé si on voulait boire autre chise en attendant. Les serveurs semblaient avoir entre 14 et 20 ans et aucune expérience avec la clientèle. Les assiettes qui passaient ne semblaient pas appétissantes. C'est dommage parce que le paysage est magnifique pour opérer un restaurant.

Previous visits were 4 maybe 5 stars though after todays Lunch it will be 2 star because of portion size, quality and costs (Staff were/are always friendly). Used to have AMAZING crispy fries and great portions but today we got a small handful of what appeared to be basic oven thick cuts. Hope they bring the old ones back to justify the prices.

Glasses came dirty to the table twice, we had to go in and ask for clean glasses. The server didn't know how to hold a wine glass properly and was a bit rude.

As usual horrible service with below mediocre food. 1.5 hours just to get our appetizer served that we asked to come before our meal. Meal came out 3 minutes later. Waited over 10 minutes to be asked if we wanted refills on our drinks.twice. I ordered the "Seafood Pasta", came with 2 cocktail shrimps and maybe a piece or two of mussels and the pasta was spaghetti noodles.lol The garlic bread wasn't even toasted. Sitting here for 2 hours. They said food would be an hour and it’s going onto two. One kitchen for two restaurants and this one is not even half full. Fish and chips and a salad… although Trevor Walsh is great to listen to. He is the Only reason I’d come back and next time eat somewhere else before he plays.
