Muskoka Falls Trailer Park & Campground

We were contracted to do work on the driveway as we were doing it he stood at are backs the full time watching owner was rude from the start being a bully to a senior who’s near 70 about every little detail of the job as we were working he kept drinking more n more and smoking in are faces he was using foul language to then urinated right in front of the house well we we’re working made us feel very uncomfortable when we wear all finished the work he refused pay full amount owing and also refused to pay gst and take a receipt we found it strange as it’s a business and would think he write it off. He then throw are equipment in the back off are brand new truck that was 2 days old because we were not fast enough packing up. Didn’t feel safe around this guy. I would not recommend this park to anyone after what happened to us. From the start of working on the driveway to the end the owner was being rude and has very bad. Anyone else get a call to work on his park should make sure are paid in full first!

Welcome to muskoka falls trailer park, “Relax, enjoy your summer with your family” is what they said. We quickly realized this wasn’t the case. The lack of professionalism became very apparent, no customer service skills, Facebook rants, and gossip from Mary about other customers in the park. Despite this we have made some great friends as did our kids. Nothing hurt my husband more then knowing that me and my kids would no longer visit the park without him, in fear of the constant harassment from Mary, My husband even asked Amir to speak to him directly instead of my wife and the very next time I was up, Mary was on our site yelling at me. I couldn’t be more disappointed with the lack of respect that we were shown. We planned to stay at this park for years and spent lots of time and money making our spot a home away from home. We also spent a lot of time and money making improvements to the park going above and beyond for Mary and Amir, laying sod for other customers, giving Mary soil for her gardens, spreading sand at the park, bringing trees in exchange for our guests, this was a huge mistake on our part, the time and money spent far exceeded what it would have cost if we had just paid for our visitors, many times we tried to pay, and because of all the work we did Mary would say “don’t worry about it” but now we are being told we never paid for our guests! We finally had enough when I got a phone call minutes after leaving the park, Mary accusing me of writing 4 fake reviews (this IS NOT the case) she started to go off on a huge rant saying we were trying to ruin her business, calling us and our friends a “Gang” I once again voiced my concerns about the park (as I have many times) and Mary literally laughed at me! My husband and I decided in that moment that we would not return to the park next season. I decided to write a 1 star review, as I felt it was the only way to be heard, and wanted others to be aware of what is really going on (Mary has continued to gossip about us to others in the park and play the victim) The next day we received an email from there lawyer stating we were being evicted from the park and had 14 days to remove our trailer and if we went on the property we would be charged with trespassing, the reasons listed were bogus, and completely untrue, we were offered a partial refund if we agreed not to speak negatively in regards to the park, in any forum and remove my one star review. Mary even went as far to search up our business on Facebook and send a screen shot to me as a threat. We are a kind and respectful family of 5 and have always followed the rules (even when they would change on a daily basis) The unnecessary stress Mary and Amir has cause me and my family speaks volumes of there true character.
Although not at the park anymore, the stress and sadness of seeing others come forward and give muskoka falls 5 star reviews, leaves us still feeling like the lies and stories being told to others by Mary are being entertained as true.
As you can clearly see (as I am writing this review) we choose not to take there offer of money in exchange for our freedom of speech in regards to our horrible experience at this park. Morally we feel telling others our experience is far more important then money. If I can prevent this from happening to another family, another husband, daughter or son that is all I want from this experience.
I am very doubtful anything will change, as Mary’s unwillingness to listen to customers concerns and the way she response to them (with anger and frustration) is something I haven’t experienced before.

Beautiful trail park plus amazingly friendly personnel. I love the place and I will definitely visit there another time.

I recently visited Mosaka Trail Fall Park, and it was an amazing experience. The park has beautiful paths that take you through a lush forest. The best part is the waterfall – it's like a real-life painting! The sound of the water made me feel so happy.

What's great is that the trails are good for everyone – whether you're a beginner or an expert hiker.

In short, if you're looking for a wonderful nature adventure, go to Mosaka Trail Fall Park. You won't regret it!

I don't recommend this park. Owners are rude. Do not waste your money! Park is not well maintained.

Beautiful site for relaxing, taking that moment to breathe and be one with nature.

We stayed in the motel for the night as we visited family. The room was a perfect size for my husband and I. It had a fridge/freezer which is bigger than your standard bar fridge, a microwave and tv. We went down to the water area which was absolutely stunning. The sounds of the waterfall was so calming. The owner Mary is very personable and goes out of her way to make you feel welcomed. I definitely would recommend staying at this place. I will be returning!
