2023-March 1/5 - One of your drivers on the 400 was using the passing lane south of Barrie to hold up traffic for over 10 kilometres, with at least 20 cars behind him, he was lethargically crawling along at a slow rate of speed.finally the driver in late 2 moved over and a few of us tried to pass your driver who sped up until he reached the next car then he slowed down again and we had to follow him for another 10 kilometres approx. Your driver was incredibly selfish.no one was tailgating, no one was high beaming him, we followed him patiently as he hogged the passing lane and let no one pass.rather unwise to do that in a company truck. I WILL NEVER USE YOUR COMPANY EVER for my home or business. I do not care how many 5 stars you have.that sort of selfish behaviour makes me question how you treat your customers.how long term your products are, and makes me know whenever I need windows I will not consider your business ever.train your drivers properly in the rules of the road, and not to be so unkind in future.

The tech who fixed our patio door screen was punctual and professional.

After 14 years the rollers on my Anderson sliding patio door seemed to have worn out. No surprise as it's the main door in our home. It was a nice day to take a country back road drive from Huntsville to Bracebridge and when I arrived they were waiting for me to take home and install.
