Muti Kitchen & Bath Oakville

One person was very nice but other person is very rude and unprofessional. Had to deal with few issues, wrong bathing tub delivery, then faucet was damaged, and when took it back they accused us of damaging the faucet. Overall very unpleasant experience.

It was great dealing with Martina. Maria (I think that was her name) on the other hand was extremely rude. The prices aren't bad, but if you ever visit the store I'd request anyone besides Maria. A person with an attitude like that doesn't belong in sales / customer service. Because of her attitude I think we'll take our business elsewhere for our future projects. It looks like I'm not the only one who wasn't a fan of her attitude, other reviews suggest she's often rude.

Not impressed after being given as a recommendation. I was unfortunately disappointed, did not meet my expectations in quality and implausible service.

Absolutely amazing experience with Muti Kitchen and Bath Oakville. Maria was super knowledgeable and helpful all the way through. Highly recommended! Super excited for my sink!

Competitively priced but be an informed shopper to know what you're getting. Staff knowledge is questionable, purely pushing the preferred brand.

My wife and I were in here for an hour on the weekend. Not a single staff member greeted us. Naturally no one helped us or offered assistance in any way. After 1 hour we left.

There is no excuse. It takes basic customer service training to tell staff to greet all clients they see. Even mention that you're busy with another client and offer to help as soon as your free. That's customer service 101, a skill that not a single staff member in this place has.

Amazing service and selection. They were so helpful and their stuff was the most modern out of all the places we checked out. Very good quality as well. Highly highly recommend.

Do not use this company, full stop. They never finished our kitchen, mud room, walk in closet (s) and media built ins once they received our money in full. Very disappointment, as we spent a lot of $ for their sub-par services/products.

We've done several projects over the years with Muti KB; including my own personal residence with great success. Small panel deficiency was dealt with in a timely fashion at no cost to us. Clients also use their vanities in our home designs all the time, and love them.

These are only a few words to describe this "Boutique Italian Kitchen and Bath" cabinetry. I had a 40k Kitchen and 10k closets installed over a year ago with several defieiences that have not been fixed yet and been promised multiple times that the problems will be fixed and even got an excuse of "traveling distance" and "flu" multiple times.

When they delivered my closets all my stairwell walls were damaged and scratched and they denied all of it.
When my brand new kitchen was installed my "soft close" didn't work and they said its because my doors are too heavy? (Why install if you don't have proper hardware). Two doors don't even close!
My closets are installed and there's cracks on the base and the kick plate isn't even secured so when you vacuum the kick plate moves in.
The drawers of the walk in closet are out of level by 1/8" (which is even noticeable to the naked eye). Was this guy drunk who originally installed it?
I needed them to come back to fix everything and to install my panel ready dishwasher and fridge but, they insisted they will only come if they receive $300 for this. Anybody with common sense or with basic business sense would do this for a customer willingly.

They took my money with no problems though.yes paid in full:)

Jen Pignatelli designed cabinets for our new head office in Oakville. She has a great design sense which gave us a great feeling of confidence in everything she suggested and designed. We could not be happier with her work.

The Muti team then delivered with a diligent installation team. Some minor issues with the installation occurred and were quickly dealt with. The installers were very professional and made sure we were happy with the work and the final products.

I highly recommend the team at Muti.

Terrible terrible experience! Don’t shop here! Ordered a custom bathroom tap and told arrival in 2-4 weeks and it took four months. Paid a plumber twice to install a tap that never arrived. They said it was a final sale and would not credit me, allow me to pay a restocking fee, give a refund, switch item out in store! No options when they delivered a product that was promised three months prior. Stuck with a $600 tap that I had purchased from another store and came in two weeks. Poor customer service and very disappointed!
