Muti Kitchen & Bath Toronto

Renovated my house from top to bottom. Muti provided excellent design and installation of my new kitchen and I continue to get rave reviews on its looks and functionality. Recently started renovation on the master bath. After searching other stores we came back home to Muti and purchased all the fixtures and faucets etc from them. Not only was the price amazing in comparison but the quality and selection was outstanding. Shouldn’t have wasted my time looking elsewhere. Staff were wonderful to work with and very accommodating to our needs. Overall an 11 out of 10!
I would (and have) recommend (ed) Muti to all my friends family and neighbours.

Terrible place - never buy anything from these crooks! They don’t follow through with anything and blame the customer for everything. Read all the reviews from everyone that’s unfortunately dealt with this disgusting business and learn from all of our mistakes and stay away. And then they have the audacity to reply to every review that they will “learn” - fix the problems for all your customers and maybe we will respect you and review you better! Don’t buy anything here - Stay Away!

Edit after their reply: the owner is so gratious here to make me look like a Shakespeare Writer almost foreshadowing the tragedy about to happen. What a disaster this ownership/management is - so out of touch with reality - a little self-awareness could help you. Reflect on yourself pls - for your own good. I pray that for your own good you don’t have any further replies and just focus on being better at your business for your customers - if this helps you achieve that then it will be significantly appreciated by your future customers!

We did a home renovation and purchased a number of items from Muti. Do not be deceived by the slick showroom and reasonable prices for their products. This store has bar none the worst customer service we have ever experienced in Toronto. The staff are rude, condescending and dismissive. The staff misrepresent their products and do not support them when an issue arises. I would never recommend this store to anyone and would discourage people from shopping here. If you wants inexpensive, stylish products, visit IKEA where they provide excellent customer service and the quality is much higher than Muti.

Edit: the response from Muti relates to a vanity that they cut to fit into our bathroom years ago. It doesn’t refer to the mirror that had rust all along the bottom that they refused to take back (I was told I could purchase a new one for a discount). The rust on the mirror was due to a defect in the product since I have another one from them that is not rusted. And the response does not address the light we purchased that we were told by our electrician doesn’t comply with Canadian standards. I have no issue if a store tells you that when you make a purchase, you will require a retro fit to make the product work.
Overall, the poor treatment outweighs anything else. I think that based on the number of negative reviews, the proof is in the pudding.

Had a terrible experience with MUTI specifically, Francesca. Their sales associate ordered the wrong mirror for us and refused to take the product back because the box had been "tampered" with. HOW WOULD I HAVE KNOWN THE PRODUCT WAS WRONG WITHOUT OPENING THE BOX!? After requesting an exchange Francesca ignored me for a few weeks. Thanks for the giant useless mirror!

Always a great experience working with Francesca and Goran. We are an architectural consulting services firm and have sourced kitchen cabinetry, plumbing fixtures and accessories from Muti's extensive line of good quality products. The showroom is well organized and great for browsing and staff is at hand to help!

Muti has great products and a beautiful showroom. We love our vanity we purchased. The quality is excellent and it was reasonably priced. Carm was helpful throughout the entire process. Would definitely recommend for anything kitchen and bath related!

We recently renovated and we needed help picking everything from shower tiles to vanities. Carm, with her design background and knowledge, was incredibly helpful and had brilliant ideas and suggestions.

We bought a lot of our items during their 35% off and the quality is par none. I am incredibly fussy about quality and I am extremely happy with quality of our vanities and the spectacular Fiora shower bases and tiles etc.

The customer service was excellent and if I had any questions about new products, I just sent an email to Carm and she sent me back the answer in good time. I highly recommend MUTI and Carm, the experience almost makes me want to do another renovation. Maybe Yes, it went that smoothly.

Horrible place to do business with. My bathroom cabinets were poorly installed and delayed. Owner/manager did not listen to my concerns and was not responsive. Do not do business with them. Take your hard earn money and spend it somewhere else.

Receptionist at the front desk is so rude and unprofessional. She doesn’t know how to deal with customers. This store has poor customer service … Horrible experience!

I would just like to warn anyone who is thinking of buying anything from Francisca. I bought all my fixtures from her she was fine to deal withuntill ahe had my money. Then it all went to hell. The biggest issue I have is I am trying to get paperwork to say their products are certified to be used in Canada which she says they are but will not provide any paperwork like CSA OR UL at all to prove to me they are. I believe but am not 100% certain most of her in house line is from CHINA the tub we bought leaked all over out floor and ceiling damaging out hardwood floors and she knew there was a issue with the tub because she said there was a repair kit but they didn't have any in stock. As the damage was caused by their products they should be responsible for the repairs but that will be decided once we go infront of a judge. As far as I'm concerned I think Francisca should find a new profession something that doesn't involve customer service because in my case she only provided good service till my order was payed for. According to the building the tub drain provided by her does not meet Ontario building code I have to replace my shower heads as she will not provide what flow they are and seams like they are to high of a flow as the drain will not take all the water away. This cause water water which is bad for the environment but I'd have to guess she os not concerned about this as she will not answer my calls or emails. They have left me no choice but to contact CSA AND UL AND BBB and have them investigate if their products are legal for use in Ontario. So if you were planning to buy their products maybe ask first for this paperwork to save yourself the headache I am now goings through. If Francesca spent as much time and put as much effort in her customer service as she did in her wardrobe things wouldn't be the way there are and they wouldn't have so many negative reviews and have a hard time believing some.of the reviews are not fake
