Updates were professional and I really appreciated the prompt response to all of my emails by a human being. My only reason for not giving a 10/10 rating was that the time to destination was not clearly stated and it took a month. MVS was prompt in response to providing me with a quote. As a first time user of the company I would use them again and recommend them. The shipment date to receive the vehicle was provided and was met on the first day of the date range. I recommend following the instruction to take the appropriate photos of your vehicle before and after shipment and ensure (for yourself) they are clear photos. Your vehicle will return to you quite dirty (dusty) on the outside.

This is a great way to ship your car. Both offices I felt with (Toronto and Vancouver) were really normal and friendly. I did a great deal of research and most brokers/companies felt really scammy. MVS was so easy to deal with and had checks and balances in place that made me feel safe shipping a car.

The journey of getting my car from BC to Ontario involved several specific events eg, quotes, drop off, ongoing updates, delivery to my home etc. I felt that staff in each of these events were communicating well with each other. My car arrived looking just as I had dropped it off in Delta, BC. Updates were frequent and Robyn was very prompt in replying to any questions I had. Excellent service.

Delayed service. Customer service is only good until they take money. Then the talking nicely part goes away. My car sat 20 days before started moving. Better to go with someone else.

Dave/Nick are brilliant wonderful people. They answered over 20 questions I had for them since it was my first time using any shipping car company. I'm shipping my car from ONTARIO TO ALBERTA. Out of all shipping companies in Canada, MVS is the only one with a respectable track record and excellent response time. Also they are the only one with a BBB (Better Business Bureau Certificate) & always uphold there reputation. I'm very happy I did my research and found them. Also Brenda at Caledon location is super helpful and was extremely amazing and fast at replying to me. She guided me exactly what to do & how to do it even during a snow storm going on. MVS is excellent and I'll definitely be using them in the future again and will be recommending them to all my friends and families worldwide! Update 1- Reply to the owners response.

1. I prefer keeping my identity anonymous. Plus the issue here is for everyone using your service, especially at Caledon location. May be your other locations are good, I don't know.

2. Not sure what is false when the pictures posted here are of the drop off location. As you can see there is no proper spot to leave the car and its covered in heaps of snow. Just some placards and a grey drop box. I am thinking if I am really an exception to be worrying about my brand new car? Are people okay with leaving their cars in an open area with just the security cameras that nobody is sure if being monitored or not. And yes, I spoke with the security company and they said they don't operate in the day time. Not sure who does but the number posted by the entry dial pad (right outside that big gate you see) is not for the guards on premises.

All I am asking is for you to address this issue with your team. May be have the area cleaned up, or atleast allow people leave their cars inside the fence. Customers need to go home thinking their car is parked in a secured place (which based on the photos this is not) until shipped. Just by telling me everyone leaves their car like that won't help. If you can fix and give an update on this, I will most certainly increase my rating.

We were asked to drop the car off before noon at their Caledon location. Upon arriving at the place, it looked sketchy. We tried calling Brenda and the customer care, but nobody would answer.

20mins later, Brenda called back asking us to drop the car by the fence, with snow covering the parking area, where their placards were attached. Now, their online photo uploading is fair but we wouldn't trust this particular place one bit to leave our 45k brand new car. Owners! Look for yourself at the condition of that parking spot. No proper parking spot, no fence, nothing!

We offered to leave the car 'inside' the fence where there were other cars parked. But Brenda confirmed that's not possible due to security reasons. The irony is that these guys won't trust us with our own car, yet expect to leave the car just because of some security cameras around, which I personally find are to no use if nobody is monitoring. And even if they are, I don't believe these guys especially after noticing some comments here stating damages.

I called the security company just to ensure someone is watching this and the guard confirmed they don't operate in the morning (I called the number attached above the entry code dial pad by the entrance).

You may be an old and experienced company, but it's important your business is presentable. Unless you guys take some action (*which I trust you will based on your responses to some customers) with how this place looks, my review won't change.

I was told a 7 day wait and 10 days transit time for shipping my car from ON to BC. I am 18 days here already with the dull drag. My car is standing a few KMs apart in Agincourt and has not moved at all. I am not sure what is its fate, or if they or their delivery partner J Simons are even working. The updates from the customer service are robotic and even he does not know what is happening with the transit. Nobody at the company seems to know what is happening with their operations.

Still waiting for vehicle.if you are going to use MVS just double all the days estimates that they say and you might be closer to the date of arrival guess.
If it says 8 days at train station that means 16 days, if it says 10 days travel, that is translated to 20. If they would just say that in the beginning then all these people wouldn't be stranded and disappointed. The state of the art "tracking" system they use consists of a person calling the rail yard and asking Dave when he thinks the train will get loaded, He doesn't know, so they will call back In a couple days

I used MVS to ship my mom's car that I had been using for a couple of months in Edmonton back to Toronto. Any questions or concerns I had, they provided every detail to me and were very helpful.

When it got to time of dropping my car off, there was someone to inspect your car in the condition its in prior to departure. A couple days after I got an email giving me a link to the tracking for the car, and it said it would take up to 9 days before the car would start moving from the terminal but luckily I was able to get my car in hand in a total of 8 days!

Apparently they don't ship "old cars" because they are a safety concern. So take your classic cars worth $500k somewhere else.

Do not use MVS. They have had my car for 6 weeks now. No one is calling me to give me an update. I have to chase after them. They say they can't find a driver for their truck. But they've had my car for 6 weeks now. Tried to call but no one answer. Possible scam. Will have to report car as stolen.
