My ByWard Office Ottawa / MBO Coworking

What a beautiful, quiet and inspiring space. We were rendered both comfortable, and energized by the exposed brick, beautiful view of Byward market and high ceilings. The room was well equipped for our annual planning session and Eric is a fantastic host.

I have booked rooms at MBO Coworking a few times now and each time it's been great. Rooms are well-equipped for working with teams and small groups, and the light is great. Can't beat the location and the team there is very helpful. Definitely recommend!

I spent a morning here recently and it's a pleasant surprise: attractive and airy space, lots of natural light, set up with consideration for comfort and attention to detail (down to the mobile footrest I had beneath my desk!). Eric is helpful and personable and I like most of all that he offers so much booking flexibility. Very nice to know this space is an option if I have to be in town for a day or two.

Highly recommend Eric and MBO Coworking as a space to work, host meetings and gatherings! He is well organized and always willing to assist when needed. The Ottawa space is very nice and well located downtown.

I rented a room from MBO Co-working so I could do some filming for a few hours. It was easy, the space was clean, the communication was consistent and clear! Really.enjoyed my experience and will use their services again soon!

This place is fantastic. Staying in Ottawa for a few days and my Airbnb really let me down with no workspace and renovation noise starting at 8am. Eric and MBO really came to my rescue. This space is quiet, clean, well laid out and inclusive.

Dropped in here on the spur of the moment, and was pleasantly surprised at the intimate space with character of this building. Tech tools were readily available, and easily accessed. 3 minutes to be setup and down to work. Coffee was on and fresh. Excellent location next to LRT station and in the Byward Market.

I was fortunate to discover the MBO Coworking office. This is by far the best office space I have ever worked in; relaxed, comfortable, great office (and kitchen) technologies, terrific location, and terrific 'co-workers' as well. Highly recommended for any professional looking for a space to focus and produce!

I was looking for somewhere to work for the day between landing in Ottawa early in the morning and waiting for my late afternoon Airbnb ccheck-in. I found MBO Coworking through a search of coworking spaces in Ottawa, and I liked that I was able to book a day pass for a reasonable price without signing up for a membership. The booking system was easy, and I was able to find the location without any issues. The desk was exactly what I needed for the day, and although the office is open-floor, there is a phone booth available to reserve for calls if needed. Since the office is also located in ByWard, there were plenty of options for coffee and lunch, but the office also has coffee and tea available for guests.

Eric, the owner, was friendly and welcoming, and made sure I had everything I needed to be productive for the day. If I ever find myself in need of a space to work in Ottawa again, I will definitely be returning to MBO Coworking.

I've been exploring coworking spaces in Ottawa, and this one has been the best one so far. Great location, beautiful space - lots of thought put into it. Eric is very hospitable and welcoming as well, very much enjoyed chatting with him. Will definitely be back!

A comfortable and well-equipped coworking space! It was a quick walk from my hotel and came in handy when I needed a space to work remotely from. The website makes booking easy, and each hotspot desk has a picture on the website, so you know exactly what your working conditions will be like. The workspace was also quiet and easy to focus from.

The WiFi was solid, and there is also plenty of complimentary coffee to fuel your workday. My favorite addition was a phone booth room that is available to book, so you can have a dedicated space to take calls or pop in for a video meeting if needed. The staff member I spoke to, Eric, was also very accommodating. He kindly let me stay on for extra time.

I looked at other coworking spaces in the area, and this was the best option in terms of amenities, price, and location. This was also the only one I saw online that offered a separate room, with no additional cost, to take phone calls. Will be using again when I’m back in Ottawa!

So grateful for this perfectly located workspace in the market. Always quiet, organized, easy going. Eric who runs the place is very kind and helpful. Would highly recommend stopping by if you need a desk! Their same day online booking is my best friend.

My experience with eric was really amazing! He was super productive in 1h. He really knows what he is talking about. He brought a lot of clarity to the questions i had for having better marketing strategies. His tips will let me save so much time that i was waisting before. I cant wait try all the suggestions he told me. He went over time and went out of his way to give me his 120%. He is clear, trustworthy and punctual. He even followed up with lots of emails of what we have discussed. He will motivate you and push you to attain your goals. He is really firm and a beleiver that anyone can have a buisness even though it seems overwelming before you meet him. Now i feel grounded and determined to meet all my goals.
