I've been going to my care dental for over 30 years all the staff are amazing, Frank is my dentist and I think he's the best dentist I've ever had.

AMAZING job and AMAZING customer service! My husband had a horrible tooth problem, and he was not impressed with his own dentist putting him off for 2 weeks to suffer in pain. I called My Care Dental which is my dental office.they immediately booked him for the next morning! And they were awesome, did the necessary procedures, kind, gentle and completely caring! He is now a patient of theirs.would highly highly recommend them!

I am terrified of dentists, (childhood history). I visited My Care a couple of years ago and I was very impressed. I live many miles away but come to Niagara whenever I need dental care. I trust the people at My Care and highly recommend them.

Dentists and staff are fantastic! Always friendly and accommodating. I have dental anxiety so to have such caring and understanding staff is very important to me! They are open 7 days a week so have never had a problem getting an appointment when needed. Kids like going too! Would definitely recommend for the whole family!

Front Desk Receptionists were all extremely friendly and very helpful.

Polite kind hardworking employees are the backbone of My Care Dental. I was really anxious about my appointment. The Dentist and assistant quickly put me at ease and did a fantastic job!

The work done at my care dental is always amazing and the people are all excellent. I would love to see them not charge a $119 exam fee when they only look at and fix one tooth but other then that it's an amazing place for dental work.

I've been a patient at McLeod Dental Care since it first began. The staff is always courteous, informative, and very thorough. Cleanings with the dental hygienists involve the latest equipment and techniques and Dr. Frank Bojcic took his time to thoroughly address and explain a minor dental issue I had mentioned upon arriving. It's always top quality care. Couldn't ask for anything more.

After many years of negative dental experience, my friend recommended my care dental. Entering with much anxiety, I was greeted very warmly and treated with upmost care. This greatly relieved my nerves. No animosity, no lecturing, just total care and concern. Thank you for easing my anxiety.

I been to a few dentist offices over the years due to moving. By far this group/office is the BEST! The staff are friendly and very accommodating. Their hours of operation are great and serve everyone’s work schedules. “My Teams” are the Greatest. My Hygienist - Shawna is excellent! Very attentive and friendly!
My Dental Team - Dr Frank and Kim (we refer to her as Frank’s Boss) are by far the Best Dental Team! Friendly, humorous and most of all caring! Dr Frank explains everything that needs to be done and why! He recently “caught” a “matter of time “ issue that would have cost me so much money and so much pain! It was an old root canal with a hidden cavity in between the tooth beside it. I can’t praise or Thank them enough!

Dr. Joe and staff always ensure first class service in all respects. Particular attention to personal comfort is addressed throughout all procedures.

We feel that My Dental Care not only has the best and friendly dentists and hygienist but they supper friendly and understanding.
So we we choose them when we moved to Niagara Falls

I had an Emergency Dental issue and they had me in a chair same day. I have since had the procedure done immediately after a course of Antibiotics to get the swelling down. I am now looking forward to my maintenance program with My Care Dental. Two thumbs up

I had not been to the dentist in quite a few years since being off a plan. Mycare's cleaning and examination special pulled me in and I completely believe in dental health maintenance, but i'd got off track.what can I say? The special pulled me in and the service and quality of care kept me coming and will keep me coming back. From my first call to the clinic to the end of my last dental visit, the service has been superb. The smiles have been ever-present. I have felt completely safe there during the pandemic. I have been seeing mainly Dr. Frank and Celtie? Keltie? Not sure on the spelling, for hygiene. Everything people say about Dr. Frank is true but he also has a great sense of humour and he genuinely cares. My Care Dental is my forever dental clinic.

I had not been able to get dental work done that I had wanted. I just had my first visit here and I can honestly say I have never felt so comfortable. From reception to the technician, I was made to feel welcome and comfortable. I saw Dr. Frank, and he was amazing! He walked me through the procedures and time frames which left me feeling excited to have a new smile and new confidence. I will be a patient here from now on. So so happy with the customer service here every time I've went for a cleaning or called for an appointment change everyone here is very friendly and accommodating. All the hygienists and dentists I have seen take their time and always make me feel welcomed.

I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but I have to for this business. Overall amazing from Dr Ian who I normally see, all the hygienists that have helped me out, and Sarah behind the front desk. She has always gone above and beyond to answer my questions and adress my concerns. Always amazing customer service.

I had a consult with dr frank Bojcic as a second opinion from my regular dentist. My regular dentist informed me that I would need a gum graft for some sensitive teeth. After a consult with DR Bojcic he has informed me that all I need is a filling and a night guard. This has saved me a lot of money and pain.

Before going here, I had had some experiences which made me very nervous to go to the dentist. Dr. Frank is so professional, calm and good at what he does that I'm completely at ease when I go there and I trust that he will do a perfect job every time and make sure that I'm comfortable. I'm so happy with the care that I recieve and I highly recommend.

Thank goodness for Dr. Frank, Stefania, and all the staff I met at My Dental Care, McLeod Road Niagara Falls! After having an implant crown placed at another practice in Fonthill I found myself in a jack pot. Days later I called saying I was in distress. Since the dentist who placed it had sold the practice and simply was finishing up jobs I had to see the guy who bought a great practice. His skill and ability left much to be desired, he pulled into the parking lot ten minutes late for my appointment (total disrespect) and started off justifying to me how safe the room they constantly placed me in was. All the other rooms but mine flapped. The new guy was all thumbs, took an x-ray and couldn't read it. I told him what was wrong which he confirmed after looking at the film a second time. I was sent packing in the same pain I entered in, being told to come back and that the root canal crown should fall off on it's own but it was actually crammed between two implants. I left crying actually. What kind of a dentist does that? So I had a friend arrange for me to see their dentist. He was kind, and could see the issue but didn't have the tools to take the implant crown off. So; he referred me to a prosthodontist. After submitting all the information, including x-rays, chart and particulars for the Hiossen implant I was assured I'd get relief. I waited almost three lousy weeks for that appointment but was reassured if they got a cancellation they'd call. When I showed up the assistant commented "you're here for a consult". I said, "hopefully she can help me I gave her all my particulars". Well after having to repeat the story now a third time I was sent home 183 dollars poorer and in the same jack pot I walked in with. All that nonsense and the secretary who knew why I was referred only booked an assessment. The prosthodontist ALSO didn't have the tools for the job. A waste of two hours and 183 bucks I will never get back. I called My Dental Care. I explained to Stefania the entire issue. I emailed the documents and conveyed to her that someone needed to take that new tooth off, enlarge the margins and make sure I didn't now have a vertical fracture in my painful root canal tooth. Believe me I looked at the CV of Dr. Frank, and his associates. Stefania conveyed to Dr. Frank exactly what my issue and expectations were. Dr. Franks clinic is set up for Covid, it was clean, and all of the staff were not only friendly but knew what their role and responsibility were. Dr. Frank quoted the job before I showed up. He did his assessment, and concurred with my laymen diagnosis. He clearly knows what he is doing. I've seen so many dentists and know someone who has the knowledge and dexterity to perform competently. He actually found that what was documented in my chart in Fonthill didn't match what was in my mouth. Yet he managed to get that tooth off without ruining any of my porcelain crowns. Dr. Frank is amazing. Skilled, direct, competent, and compassionate. The guy actually cared. Well I am happy to say that I'm improving in the pain department, though the root canal tooth is still sore the improved margins are giving it room to breathe and hopefully resettle. The clinic thank goodness made good on their word. Finally a practice who does what they say they will do. First impressions matter, and the front desk staff set the tone. I was lucky to have a good dentist in Fonthill but like all good things that too came to an end. Dr. Frank and Stefania, thank you from the bottom of my heart. I left your practice a happy patient. I believe I've found a new dentist who has a practice with hours like I've never heard of! And I reviewed the CV of your fellow dentists and think even if you are not available in a pinch one of them will be able to help me.

Dr. Frank is the best, most caring and compassionate dentist I have ever had. My previous experiences brought me to a point 5 to 6 years ago to stop visiting a dentist altogether. I was recommended by my son to Dr. Frank. I have been to see him, for various procedures, 7 times in the past 4 months. That says a lot. His assistants and receptionist staff are also very friendly and helpful. I will never hesitate to go to the dentist again. Thank you for all of your patience Dr. Frank.

I was embarrased to go to see the dentist because it had been many years. I knew I had cracked my tooth and I needed fillings. Dr. Frank was absolutely amazing. He was welcoming, kind, funny and professional. He made me feel so comfortable.
I called and I was able to see Dr. Frank within an hour of making my appointment. The receptionist was very pleasant and answered all the questions and concerns I had.

I will being using this dentist from now on.

Today I nervously went to have my 2 wisdom teeth pulled out by Dr. Joseph (Joe) Rogers and his assistant Jen! I have to say I am absolutely against having any needles in my mouth (my own phobia) and had always thought, having teeth pulled was terrifyingly painful!
To my SURPRISE, the procedure was very fast and I amazingly did not feel a thing! Nothing I always believed would happen, happened at all! This was the most AMAZING procedure (and my first dental extraction) I have experienced. Dr. Joe was "God-like". When he gave me the needle to numb my gums I was totally unaware! I felt nothing! I couldnt believe it! And when he extracted both my teeth, again, I felt nothing! I was AMAZED and in SHOCK that it was that simple.in the right hands of course!
I would absolutely, positively and most definitely recommend Dr. Joe to anyone!
I can not THANK him enough (and Jen) for making this entire process painless and so overwhelmingly comfortable! God Bless!
