The pizza was pretty good, but their famous lasagna was underwhelming. My kids didn't eat it. It has a REALLY nice atmosphere though! Unfortunately I didn't take any pictures to share.

Service was very good, polite and interactive. Was not busy for our lunch, but everything was prompt, hot and tasted good.

It really is the best food in Niagara Falls, I haven't tried anything that was better than what they sell here, it was delicious, the service is very good, the service is fast and it is very welcoming

Food was phenomenal. Only saw one waitress, she had 8 or 9 tables when I counted as we left and I didn't see any one waiting on refills or their meals. She was always taking care of someone and on top of everything. Highly recommend stopping here if you want great service and even better food.

It is a very memorable place that highlights racial discrimination that I have never experienced even in the United States.

We lined up behind the white couple, and when it was our turn, we asked for a moment, talked to someone who was unknown whether it was the manager or another server, and asked if we could have an empty table where we could see the musicians playing outside.said no to that place, and guided us to a table attached to the wall at the far end of the dining room behind the pillars, as if it were natural.

When we asked why we had to sit at a table in the far corner, as if we were puppies at home, passing the empty tables in front of us, he said it was divided into 4 sections. When I asked what standard we were dividing based on your standards, we said naturally, saying, “The Chinese section is Hear. ”

I didn't want to fight any more, so I just left. I refused without a word and left, but
If Asians are discriminated against and made to sit in section 4, I would like to ask if section 1 is for white people.

Terrible tourist trap. Don't fall for it. The food is garbage and the people are rude. We were just hungry and it looked fun. Nope. I thought Canadians were supposed to be really nice. These must have been angry Canadians who are sick of tourists. Maybe they should just work at a bank or something. A rube kitchen worker out back smoking started with the rudeness before we even got inside. Maitre' D continued the rudeness. Then the server sealed the deal. Fine if the food was at least good, but it wasn't. And not cheap either. Skip it.

Leaving this review on behalf of my parents who said everything was everything at this restaurant.

The service/ server was professional & helpful when they had questions about a menu item.

There was no wait to be seated

Food was fresh & did not taste like it was store bought.
Highly recommend if you want a quick bite.

Atmosphere was cute but waitress was nice at the end of our meal BUT only had 4 tables (you can clearly see it was empty in pics) and took a bit to do anything our whole visit. Food was good but imagine it as Olive Garden / Fazolis quality with HIGH tourist trap prices. Our order was a simple and unspecialized order (spaghetti and pizza) but took an overly long time to come out

We had a great experience here! Super reasonable prices for the portions especially compared to surrounding restaurants. Our waitress was amazing and so sweet. We were a large party and we didn’t wait long at all for our food. We would definitely come back!

My Fiancés burger was so salty and dry it was inedible. He only ate 1/3rd of it and the waitress never asked if there was anything wrong with it before taking it away. We both decided not to tip. The waitress berated us for not tipping. After complaining to my fiancé that he never told her there was anything wrong with the food, she called me out and when I said my food was just ok, she said I should have still tipped her because if I didn’t she “still has to pay it out to the kitchen”. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I have never met a waitress more rude and entitled. It’s not my responsibility to pay your salary, especially when you have such a poor attitude.

The worst Italian food I ever had, absolutely no taste and nothing to do with real Italian food.

Great food, generous portions, super friendly staff! This last-minute choice was a good one.

With so many reasturants to choose from in the area, last night we decided to try My cousin Vinnys. *Free parking* I was pleasantly surprised by all the beautiful flowers that lined the outside dining area. As well as the modern Italian decor inside! Food was great! Shrimp arribiata with penne was spicy the way I like it! I tried adding broccoli to one of the pizzas but they do not allow substitutions. Which ended up being fine pizza was yummy! I was surprised by the dessert menu. They serve a selection of Cheesecake factory cheesecakes. This reasturant gets italian food right. They should serve their own Italian desserts. I was hoping for tiramisu! We will definitely be back when we visit Niagra again!

Wait staff was extremely friendly and courteous. We were serviced quickly with drinks and our appetizer, but had to send the calamari back (found a red beard hair in it). The server was quick to rectify the issue but we had to wait about 40 minutes for the corrected appetizer and about 10 minutes more for our entrees. The food was meh. Way to expensive for the quality. Can't recommend this place to anyone unfortunately.

Nice place, good service…Rachel was outstanding.overpriced, terrible food…. Four of us…. None of us finished our dinner. Veal parmigiana was not a cutlet, it was some kind of patty. Fish was just gross, stinky. Ravioli was over cooked mush. Some of the worst Italian food I’ve ever had. Stay away. Terrible.

Loved eating here!
We came as a family with a 9 & 11 year old.
We were dressed casually and didn't feel out of place at all. Our server was great Bovo, I think was his name (apologies if I spelled that wrong).

We ordered the calamari as an appetizer, and for entrees two in the party had pizzas, one had junior spaghetti with meatball and the other had penne with vegetables. Everyone liked their food. The pizzas are big, they say serves one, but really could serve two people especially if ordering appetizers.

We ate inside but the patio looked amazing and had live music.

I would recommend coming here.

My Cousin Vinny's is an alright italian place. We came here since we we stayed at the Comfort Inn. And gave us a discount. We ate there pretty late at around 10: 00PM on 8 July 2023.

The waitress was good and she had a great sense of politeness and kindness when we were there.

We were three and ordered the Pizza BBQ chicken and the spicy pepperoni which she recommended to us for spicy and Calamari.

All in all it was an okay experience. It was a little bit pricey for me and I feel okay to comeback but maybe try their pasta and other specialites. Or even the pizzas. It was alright for me.

Try for yourself and rate it if you can.

We loved this restaurant so much we went back twice. We had lasagna and a tortellini dish the first night and both were delicious. The 2nd time we had Chicken Parm, Lasagna and a pepperoni pizza- again, the food was amazing. Service was quick and the outside of the restaurant was decorated with beautiful flower gardens. We will definitely go back here again!

LOVE the place and love their food! They didn’t have pop on tap that was fresh but besides that the food is great!

We were attracted to the restaurant by the beautiful outdoor scenery and live music on this July 4th weekend. The food and service was very good, and it’s a short walk from the Marriot at Niagara Falls. My Lamb Shank was delicious, and the pizzas were good.

This place has changed alot. We got to the restaurant but called prior due to me having a severe egg allergy. We inquired about the pizza to which the guy on the phone with no hesitation said "no eggs" we thought it was sketchy so decided to ask again while we got seated and a fairly new worker says "yes there is eggs" which already turned me off the restaurant. I decided to go with the 8oz steak with mash potatoes and vegetables and my father went with the 2 pc fish and chips. We've been coming here for years and always received complimentary bread but we got none this time. Waiter seemed nice and started conversations but when we got the food my dad's plate comes with one fish. The waiter follows up with "well the 2nd fish was alot of money so I took it off and didn't charge u for the 2nd fish. Thoughtful but not what he asked for. Steak was tough but flavorful but mash potatoes were gross. It's a shame seeing one of our favorite restaurants deteriorate so much. Will not be coming back.

The food and service was great. I ordered two pasta dishes (one penne primavera and wild mushroom pasta) both tasted amazing and the bread was tasty and fresh. Will definitely come here again on my next visit to Niagara Falls.

Edit: since the last time I came here they don't have the same options for vegetarians. The bread feels like a hot dog bun with garlic butter and the food is sub par. Unfortunately, i will not come back again.

Worst Customer service and désastre Service frome Serveur even Manager Dan he has no experience and no notion of professionalism.
Honestly I’m shocked how Restaurant like this one hiring unprofessional people like those!

Food was acceptable. My pasta was way overcooked (penne was falling apart) but the sauce was ok even if there was too much of it. The waiter didn't really know what had lactose but was good enough to go ask. He still brought a garlic bread with my meal though (with butter).

No one loved their meal but they said it was ok. I wouldn't go back.

We came by a few days ago and our waiter Denise was lovely. Fantastic service. She should get a raise.

The waitress was very rough and impatient. She wasn’t in a proper shape to do the job, her voice, her tone, her attitude. She wasn’t listening to the order and just dealt with us like we don’t matter she said (okay I’ll just bring it as it’s described in the menu) with a careless tone. No Wi-Fi, my mom asked for wet wipes after the meal she denied it and never even offered any sort of service.

It was really a waste of time and money too racist and stressful for a place like Niagara Falls city.
