I have been attending this establishment for almost a year just before they changed owners and was skeptical whether the experience would change and it hasn’t. I get the Nu-genesis application for my nails and love the look and durability and of course great work-womanship

BC Nails & Spa can be considered the best in town I got a fancier set than normal and the prices are always reasonable. The salon has a great loyalty program for returning customers. The quality is very good and they easily last for 3-4 weeks without chipping or breaking. They were gentle and professional

I've always had a wonderful experience at BC Nails & Spa in Brampton. They do what's best for my nails and the shape is perfect and consistent. I would 100% recommend if you haven’t come before, you won’t be disappointed.

This is a great nail salon. All the techs are very friendly and do an excellent job. Very pleased with the service as they always manage to fit me in really quickly even without an appointment. If you work or live around Brampton then it’s definitely worth a visit.

Lyn did my pedicure was so nice and offered to stay late to do my nails for me. These are honestly some of the best, most consistent acrylics I’ve had done, they look amazing and I’m super happy with them!

The ladies here are always a pleasure to talk to. I went in for a shellac manicure and a regular pedicure and I feel revived! Definitely will have to go for some art next time but look how good.

I was insecure about getting my feet fixed. After all I’ve been in construction for over 20 years. But they were very nice professional and didn’t make me feel embarrassed at all. Thank you very much BC Nails.

I choose this nails and spa place and was highly disappointed with the services. No doubt people are nice but the quality wasn’t. I took manicure and didnt even dipped my whole hands in water just finger tips in cold water.
Plus they didnot remove my gel nails from last time and painted as such. And even on 3 day just the nail paint is chipping off.
So it wad satisfactory experience as per price. These are double nails. Not good

My favorite nail salon in Brampton. I get acrylics done and they last for 3 weeks plus and I enjoyed pedicures too. The owner and the team always pay attention to the little details. Won’t go anywhere else.

Never going back here not happy with the work they did spent so much and nails are not satisfactory it's rough at the top looks horrible you know fake nails don't need to look fake I've had them done before at other places looked so much better anyways never going here again

Horrible. Never going back. The lady who did my pedicure is inexperienced. She cut my nails horribly, nail polish was bumpy and worst of all she cut the sole of my foot. When I felt the blade cut and asked her if it was bleeding, she lied and said no. Then when I looked at my foot, I saw a good amount of blood. She tried to act like nothing happened. I asked her for alcohol to disinfect the cut and she then put some solution on the cut. I shouldn't have to ask, it should have been done immediately. I understand it wasn't intentional, but trying to act like nothing happened is not right!

Ladies and gents, please don't let them use the blade on you, they are inexperienced.

This is the only salon I've been to where my shellac stays on more than a week. My last shellac manicure lasted an entire month with minor chips!

Upon first entry, you are treated like Royalty by Emily and her wonderful staff! You are greated and well attended too. This place is clean and well organized. All of your service needs are taken care of. The experience you may have will leave you feeling satisfied every time. If you are in need of quality services for a good price this Spa give you exactly what you are looking for. They offer all services such as eyelashes, waxing, massages, nail beauty and much more! You deserve it! My day spa is my first choice I would pick if I was looking for a spa in Brampton.

I have been going here for over 10 years and they the owner Emily and Tara are the only ones who I trust with my eyebrows.

My nail tech was the worst I have ever had. She made up her mind that I was going to be a problem and in doing so she made many errors. That business did not need my money they made that clear in her poor customer service skills.

Went as soon as they opened and half of nails are different lengths. This lady rushed my nails and i only tipped because of the girl that painted them. Will be returning to MAKE SURE my nails are not rushed. 40$ for a refill? And this is how they look? DONT GO HERE.

This place is the absolute worst nail salon in brampton. I went in to get a nail change for my both my cousins. Emily-the manager said that her nails were dry. We went home and less than an hour later her nail chipped off and then Emily blamed my cousins because they are young. I don’t know about most people but when I get my nails done I expect the color to last for about 10 days. This was unacceptable. I paid for a service then I was blamed for ruining her nail. This place will not give you a refund and does not care about their customers, they are money hungry. Do not come to this salon. Come if you want chopped off nails and a dirty floor and unsanitary tools.

I have only been there twice. The first time was good experience. I went to do shellac and they did a good job. But the reason for the low score is that the second time I have to wait an hour for someone to see me. They only had two people work and there were only four customers inside the salon. They told me I would have to wait 15 minutes but to have to wait a full hour for only two people is a bit ridiculous. They didn't even apologize for the long wait. I appreciate if they take their time but they should be able to tell how long a wait would be. I wasted so much time waiting in addition to them doing my nails. Left me a little irritated.

Didn't leave a tip!
