I just wanted to take a moment to share my thoughts on Dr. Kevin Brown's dental practice. I have been a patient there for nearly two decades now, and I can confidently say that it is one of the best dental practices out there. From the moment you step into the office, you are greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Everyone who works there, from the receptionist to the dental assistants, is friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to make your experience as comfortable as possible.
One of the things that makes Dr. Brown's practice stand out is the perfect combination of historic charm and modern technology. However, inside, you will find all the latest dental equipment and technology, making for a truly unique and comfortable space for all patients.
Of course, the star of the show is Dr. Brown himself. He is an exceptional dentist who is always up-to-date on the latest advancements in dentistry. He takes the time to make sure that his patients are comfortable during their visits and that everything is being done with their best interests in mind. I have never had a painful experience at his office, which is a testament to his skill and expertise. Dr. Brown takes the time to explain everything involved in your treatment and is always happy to answer any questions you may have, making you feel at ease throughout the entire process.

Dr Wu is fantastic in the restoration of the old crowns that I had for years. He also helped my husband to remove that metal piece on his old filling that has been bothering him a lot. The former dentist had ignored it and my husband doesn’t know what to do until he told Dr Wu and Dr Wu fixed that for him. Now he feels so much better and happier with his teeth.

Excellent appointment. Made me feel comfortable and I felt the work was very good. Both are important.

Dr. Brown and his team are absolutely incredible! They are very attentive and understanding. My partner and I visited this clinic recently for the first time and we are extremely happy with the results and the way the team cares about their patients. Usually, my teeth bleed like in that scene from "Fight Club", when I get my teeth cleaned at clinic, and it feels like torture for me. But this time it wasn't the case - the doctor was so careful and thorough that I felt relaxed and stressless (looks like I need a few words with my previous doctors on that). Thank you very much to the entire team! Our family highly recommends this clinic!

I had an incredibly positive experience at Doctor Browns dental office. I was told during a routine check up that my wisdom tooth needed to be taken out. Doctor Brown and his nurse Jennifer cleared their schedule so I could have my tooth taken out immediately. I was very nervous. They explained everything to me and made the experience excellent. I cannot express how much I appreciated their care and understanding of how frightened I was. The tooth is out and I have no swelling and no pain. Doctor Brown phoned me that evening to check up on me.
This is a truly professional and caring dental clinic who put people’s needs first.
I would highly recommend this dentist and his wonderful team.

Dr. Brown is very professional and caring about his patients. In past years, I have done two dental implants and many dental cleanings, I have to say my experience have been wonderful! Each time after major surgery, he personally called me and asked about how did I feel, and made sure I was ok. I highly recommend Dr. Brown to anyone who needs dental care!

I have seen Dr. Alan Wu couple weeks ago. Dr. Wu and his assistant Kal provided excellent dental treatment of my teeth. Even the freezing was painless!
I feel that Dr. Wu is a very gifted dentist and Kal, dental assistant extraordinaire, gives emotional support to her patients. She calmed me down and made my visit pleasant. I can't say enough about the two of them.
I should also mention the administrative staff. Laura, Tahira and Heidi are very professional, nice and helpful. They knew who I was, recognised me on the spot and spend their valuable time talking to me putting me at ease and comfort. I booked my visits with Jean and Wanda. They are exceptional!
It goes without saying that Dr. Brown and Teena have built a beautiful dental practice.

Margit is excellent! Super thorough, yet gentle and great to talk to …. Even while in the chair. She has cleaned my teeth for many years.

I can’t let this review go by without a shout out to Ron. He is an awesome hygienist as well. He did restoration work on my teeth with Cerec many years ago on several of my molars. All my silver fillings were replaced with the Cerec porcelain onlays. It was the best decision I have ever made.

I have been a patient for almost 20 years. I do feel like I am part of the family. It’s also worth mentioning that I have a healthy, happy, confident smile and have not had a cavity since I became a patient.

Once again I would like to thank the staff at My Dental Home. The level of professionalism, kindness, warm friendly and welcoming attitude has exceeded my expectations again. Thank you to Dr. Brown, Valerie, Ron and please forgive me for not remembering the names of the other hygienists who treated me with dignity and the utmost professionalism, it was greatly appreciated and I won’t forget your names the next time as your contribution is just as important to me. The level of embarrassment I have from my dental health is big reason why I never had this all taken care of before but at My Dental Care most of that anxiety has been alleviated by the personalities and level of commitment to their jobs. Thank you again one and all and for any new patients reading this I cannot underestimate the amount of professionalism and excellent dental care Dr. Brown and his associates provide. I would highly recommend to one and all. Thank you from the top of my heart because the bottom is reserved for the day I walk out smiling which thank you you all will be very soon.

Just like the name, My dental home, I have a home experience in here.my three-year-old son had a small fish bone stuck between his teeth at dinner. I tried every way but can't get it out. At that time, other clinics had already Closed, their place was only 10 minutes away from closing, I called them immediately, and they were willing to wait for me, I received a very warm reception, the doctor took out the fish bones quickly. The little one got a prize and feel so happy.if you Looking for a professional and responsible dentist, this place is highly recommended.

I recently became a patient of My Dental Home. I find the staff very friendly, welcoming and professional. All the procedures were explained in detail. I had a very positive experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Dr. Brown has been my dentist for over 30 years. He and his staff are amazing and I have never considered going anywhere else for dental work. I live a 30 minute drive from his office but it's more-than-worth the drive given the quality dental work at "Dr. Kevin Brown & Associates".

Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They turned my daughter’s hatred of the dentist to a joyful experience. The dentist answered all my questions regarding our issues and had a clear plan forward for treatment. Would recommend anyone with young children to visit.

I felt very comfortable with the new protocols to help control the spread of the virus. I especially appreciate the installation of an air cleaner in each treatment room. My cleaning was done efficiently by Ron who as always is top notch in whatever procedure he does!

I have been going to Dr Kevin Brown & Associates for my whole life. Probably close to 30 years. Staff is very friendly and it feels like family when I'm there. I've even moved to Stouffville and I still come back as I have no interest in finding another dentist closer to home. Recently I have brought my husband and son to join me at this dental office and they're amazing with my toddler as well!

Highly recommend both Margaret and Dr. Brown. My daughter has sensory processing disorder and is really affected by the noise, feeling and overall process of having her teeth cleaned. Margaret was kind, understanding and gave her the space to pause and collect herself in order to continue the cleaning. The easiest cleaning ever.

Margit is a great hygienist The staff is friendly and efficient, as is Dr. Brown.
They also have very high standard for protection from Covid-19.

I was very pleased with the overall service for my fust visit. Staff was courteous and very knowledgeable.
They explained every step of the process and made me feel comfortable.

I din't have my usual hygienist but the young lady who did do the cleaning and x-rays was very professional and she made me feel very comfortable. She answered my questions about why or why not I needed certain procedures in a way that I could make an intelligent decision.

Makes going to the dentist easy!

Margit was, as always, excellent for my hygiene appointment. The office as a whole has adopted stringent COVID-19 protocols, and she was very clear to explain and demonstrate them.

This place has a billing problem. Check your invoice before you pay! They charged a "patient recall fee" in December 2020 because I didn't visit for over year. I was okay with that although it could have been waived. Then I was charged another patient recall fee in June 2021 for keeping my appointment, and I have yet to receive a response after sending two emails to inquire. When I switched to them in 2018, I was charged a fee to get my dental records from my previous dentist. I learned a few years later that they never got the old record. So why the charge? Avoid the scams of this clinic! Time to switch,

Always a great experience here. No k one really enjoys going to the dentist but Cathy the hygienist is top notch. Skill and personality to match. Appreciate all of the staff and how they treat each of us. My entire family drives from Whitby to this location since we trust Dr Brown, Dr Wu and all the other's. Thanks for the amazing service!

As a family we have been going to Dr. Kevin Brown & Associates for over 30 years. The staff is exceptional and professional, and truly make you feel like extended family, so much so our adult children (and their spouses) still go to them and now their children. With all the advanced and up to date equipment, a procedure can be done in their office. We moved to Port Perry 5 years ago and still travel to Markham for our dental needs.

We have had root canals, crowns, bonding, extractions and emergency visits- you name it we have it. More recently with Covid their attention to safety of their staff and us as patients is remarkable, I felt extremely comfortable in going to my appointment, they are taking all precautions. I have been with Dr. Brown for over 30 years. Today, I had my teeth cleaned by Margit. She is the best dental hygienist. I’ve been with Margit for at least 15 years.she is very thorough, calming, & simply.the BEST. I have anxiety issues with dentists, but I have to say Dr. Brown & his team always puts me @ ease. I feel very comfortable there. Equally to note.they follow ALL protocol according to Covid standards.everything is very clean & they have strict Covid measures to ensure the patient's safety!

Horrible experience at this dentist specifically Dr. Wu. Started with the hygienist telling me I have to take my mask off when we are just talking, and her not understanding it doesnt matter what you do to sanitize I can and will not take my mask off outside looking at my teeth etc. Dr Wu comes in hears this and treats me hostile for it.
He treated me before and it happened then and Dr Brown came in and there was no problem. For whatever reason this dentist likes to play the victim card a lot, treats people as hostile if they don't comply and genuinely doesn't know what he's doing. I said I have a broken tooth an you fix it and hes asking me 3-5 times what I want to do? Wow
Maybe he hates Canadians or is racist?
All I know is he ruined a good thing being associated with this the Dental Home.

I received a new crown. Dr. Brown has a lab onsite so I was able to get the entire procedure done in one visit. Staff were friendly and explained the process throughout.
