Absolutely the best! Very professional! Explained the whole process of getting a new furnace and all the different options in a very understandable and informative manner. Not an ounce of high pressure. The installers did a fantastic job, were very polite and the cleanup was amazing. In very stressful circumstances this was an amazing and non- stressful outcome. They even liked my dog.

We were incredibly impressed with the response time of service pro. We had a furnace malfunction during the middle of the night. We called My Green Smart Home first thing in the morning, and they arrived within a couple of hours.the tech was curteous and friendly upon arrival. He was able to diagnose and fix the furnace the same day and didn’t even charge me extra for emergency service!

BEWARE! Just recently this company contacted my father in law a 85 year old senior suffering with Alzheimer’s disease, and offered to do a free consultation for home insulation, once they visited the home made him signed a contract in which he is now in debt of close to $9000.00 dollars, they should be ashamed for taking advantage of an elderly person. This poor men is not able to pay for this, we have made many attempts to contact the company and no one is calling us back, they are thief!

My Green Smart Home team did a superb job with designing and installing a complete HVAC system that performs as intended, with a “single touch” control philosophy.

A pleasure to work with from start to finish! Our furnace went out and they had someone over within hours. They gave us the option to fix or replace it. We chose to replace it and they gave us space heaters for the time being. 2 days later they sent a crew to replace the furnace. They were finished in less than 4 hours and did a great job. They replaced our thermostat with a Wifi one and showed me how to set it up. I highly recommend My Green Smart Home

Buyer beware! This company will come and do an audit on your home with the intention of recommending upgrades that they will sell you and finance for you. They tried to take advantage of a senior couple. The $4700 furnace financed over 10 years would have cost them $18,000. They tried to rush the installation before the couple could figure out they were being taken advantage of. Read your contracts before signing and know what you are getting into!

I contacted My Green Smart Home to service my furnace, 2 days later I had a technician in my house doing the job, he was very knowledgeable and professional, and gave me great advice to keep my furnace running efficiently. He did a great job! I would recommend them 100%. Great customer service, satisfaction guarantee.

I woke up to a cold house. I called My Green Smart Home at about 7: 30 in the morning not expecting to reach someone right away but I did. The person was very helpful and had someone at my door very soon. The repair guy was really good and had my furnace up and running in no time. I had some questions after he was gone and called back and he called back right away. Service was great.
