Awful, awful, awful customer service. When purchasing a car insurance policy I told the agent we would probably be moving back to the States before the term ended. Was told, “no problem we can credit you back in your credit card for remaining months on policy”. Fast forward to me trying to get the credit once my policy was canceled. All of a sudden there is a “cancellation fee” of 1 month for cancelling the policy. Was never informed of this. (I’m sure it’s in the fine print somewhere) And of course a check was sent to an address I no longer live at, after being VERY specific about the refund needing to go to my CC. So still trying to get my refund 3-4 weeks later. Funny how fast these companies take our money, yet make you spend hours on the phone trying to get it back.

Spoke to broker whos name is Tom.regarding adding my granddaughter who is a new driver G2 licence to my car policy, He went out of his way explaining pros and cons of adding.i am very grateful that i was speaking to someone that knew what they were speaking about. TKU. TOM

We have 3 cars insured via MIB and I have always had the best service and attention to details. My only challenge has been getting through to them! Always waiting on the line, BUT once I do my problem always gets solved with the beat possible rate and professionalism.
Good company and good people. Been with them for many many years

Don’t trust My insurance broker! If you are newcomer, immigrant etc you are on target! They know how to scam you. You will get charge again even after cancelation request. Representatives are very rude and not helping at all. Once they got you they start run their shady business.

Very competitive rates, Erick is very informed and helpful - I felt, as a senior, he was extra attentive to make sure I had the best auto insurance and followed up with the dealership - he's an asset to CAA and should be recognized.

After having a hard time with this company I was very surprised that I got a call back to discuss my concern. It was good that they were able to address my concern and it was reassuring that they were working on improving there scheduling. I can't think of any other fault with them and would definitely recommend them as they do offer by far some of the best rates out there

Very happy with the service we received. Arun was fantastic to deal with and answered all of our questions promptly. We saved quite a bit by changing our home & auto insurance. I would highly recommend dealing with Arun for any insurance needs.

Super shady business. As a newcomer to Canada needed help with insurance in 2 vehicles and my house. They charge you ridiculous amounts for horrible policies. Unfortunately after signing for the insurances I had better advise and decided to pay all the cancelation fees and move on to something 2 times better and half the price. After having all the cancelation completed hoping i was done with this shady business. They call me left a message in a Friday 16: 50 pm saying I haven't paid the cancelation fee even tho I have the bank statements since a month with all payments posted, call me back we close at 5pm all payments need to be paid by tonight (what a joke). Called back immediately broker has left for the day. How convenient. They left the poor receptionist to take the heat while all the cowards hide. STAY AWAY

If there are no complications in your driving history, MIB will be just fine for you. However, with any claims or infractions be prepared to spend. MIB made no effort with our policy despite very clean driving records and even accident forgiveness that was overlooked. Reached out to Marisa at Billyard Insurance Group who dug deep and found us a policy with 60% savings. MIB made no effort despite multiple inquiries into cheaper policies.
