I’ve been trying to cancel my policy for months, intact keeps forwarding my call to my insurance broker, and it goes to voicemail and I never get a call back, no response to emails either, now I’m getting registered letters asking for money for a policy that I did not want renewed. They are great until you don’t want what they offer you, and then it is really bad. **update** they got back to me today and hopefully my issue will be resolved shortly. It seems my agent was sick, and nobody took up the slack. Other than this issue they have been ok, so I’m changing my rating to a 2 star.
