Brunch was great, lots of food. We were just under 20 people, and the coffee and water was flowing.

My place bar and grill We came here for the buffet breakfast and I've been to many buffets.this is one of the best I've been to for a breakfast buffet.the food is fresh.it's always full.there is a professional omelette maker.he's amazing.makes great omelettes the service was great.the atmosphere is very calm and the owner comes out and speaks to you on a personal level. I found my experience here to be very good and would come again. I suggest to anybody if you're in the Pelham region to come visit my place bar and grill

Brunch. Food was ok. It was cold even in buffet table. Best dish was eggs Benedict on muffin. Omelettes weren’t properly cooked. Selection was good. Missing homemade patatoes. Would not return or recommend.

Food and servers were excellent. I was here for my dads birthday event and the servers were 10/10. Everything was super organized, on time, and food was great. Drinks weren’t scammed out on alcohol and then atmosphere was great! Would definitely plan another event here! Thank you for the great time!

Extremely disappointing experience. Order was incorrect. Charged for the incorrect order. Did not finish meals and asked for it to go but did not receive it to go.

I implore you to carefully consider how valuable your time and money is prior to choosing My Place as your dining destination. Incredibly tardy service and lack of attentiveness. Many other reviews confirm our experience.

We were excited to take advantage of some rare free-time with friends and chose My Place as a trusted, local establishment. Started by waiting some time before being acknowledged at the entrance. Arrived at 2 pm with a party of 4 on a seemingly slow Saturday as there was only one other party in the dining area. Waited >1 hr for our food (1. California Avocado Salad 2. Chicken Souvlaki 3. Gyro Souvlaki 4. Prime Rib Sandwich) and had to ask our waitress for refills on our water and pop on an unusually warm April afternoon. Did not even see her to "flag her down" the entire hour. Waitress seemed less than enthusiastic when interacting and did not check on us to verify quality and accuracy of order. Most likely would have recieved more consideration from a fast-food restaurant employee.

Upon observation, a party at the front of the restaurant received prompt service and began boxing up their food before our menu selections even arrived. Read other reviews commenting on preferential treatment towards parties of 6+. Very pricey as our total came to over $50 for the salad and chicken souvlaki with a pop.

Regretful to write this review and admit that this isn't the first time we've had to wait an unacceptable amount of time for such terrible service. 2-stars awarded simply for ambiance and taste of food.

Good food but a little over priced in my opinion. We go for a beer and dinner for 2 and we hit an $80 bill easily.

We were there Feb 27 and Feb 28. The place was empty and very comfortable for our group, we had a group of 16 ppl. Feb 27 was a great experience. We came back on Feb 28 and there was a really rude staff that reprimanded for us to return. The restaurant was also empty but this staff member was extremely rude, complaining we didn't call. We tried to call but no one answered. It diminished our great experience from the 1st because this person complained for us coming the day before. What type of restaurant that has capacity of over 100ppl cannot be prepared to serve 16 people?

The pre-ordered Christmas dinner was perfect. Moist turkey, fresh salad and more. Thank you for a hot delicious family meal.

Oh my! A brunch true to its name. Omelette maker on the ready, steaming pans full of French toast, Belgium waffles, pancakes, ham, sausage, bacon and home fries, and don’t forget the bagels and pastries, cereal, fruits and so much more. Oh ya, the staff… friendly quick and true professionals.

Sadly this was a xmas with my grandchildren dinner, the waitress Erin didn't seem like she wanted to be at work, or serving young people.my order was totally screwed up and then I said I am not paying for that, her attitude was well why didn't you send it back, my response was a bourbon steak dinner and burger are completely different.needless to say this was not a positive dinner, fortunately my grandchildren got what they ordered so I give them a 3.star. Biggest was no desert was not even offered.

A wonderful atmosphere, great food and attentive staff. We had a function of 25 people and the event went smoothly. The area allocated for us was away from the other restaurant patrons, allowing us to have a good time without worrying about disturbing others. The food was delicious and plentiful. Ashley and Jevan took great care of us, I can’t compliment them enough. Looking forward to having more functions in the future.

The unfortunate thing is I can't really review the food or the atmosphere, as I stood at the door for over 5 minutes without a hi or hello or I'll be right back. Even though several service staff saw me standing there. I get it your busy but you're in customer service. It takes 5 seconds to walk by saying hi I'll get back to you in a minute.

I don’t know if I’ve ever left a restaurant review before, but our short experience here was one of the worst restaurant experiences my partner and I have ever had, I saw no other choice.

For reference, we went on a Friday night around 6pm. We were at the front door for a few minutes, it was quite busy, and were told 10 minute wait. No problem, we had plenty of time. After around that time, we were seated and given menus.

It took over 15 minutes of sitting there and we didn’t get a hello, or “I’ll be right with you”. Nothing. Not even a drink order, not a visit. I wonder how long it took for them to even notice we left.

I wish I could say we had any kind of experience at this restaurant, but as far as I can tell, unless you’re a table or 6 or more they won’t even bother saying hi, let alone take a drink order in 15 minutes or less. Unforgivable. We will not be giving this place a second chance.

I ordered the chicken tacos the other evening. There was a bone in my chicken which I chomped in to. I advised the waitress who apologized and advised she'd take the item off my bill. When it was time to pay, the tacos were still listed on my bill. When I inquired as to why, the waitress replied that the manager "Tom" said to her "it happens" and refused to compensate the item in any way. Ridiculous. (If this is a known issue, fix it or remove the item.duh!) Not to mention the tacos were bland, the avocado topping wasn't even close to ripe, no salsa or sides to accompany. 1 star because the waitress was lovely. Do better Myplace.

I’ve been to a few restaurants in Fonthill and My Place is one of my favourites. Server was great, and the food was so flavourful, well presented, good portions and overall delicious!

Great dining experience. Waiting staff was very attentive to our requests (gluten-free). Cozy atmosphere, will def come again.

Spent 4 hours vomitting my brains out after having their shrimp alfredo. Still feeling rough the next morning.

Basically paid $100 to get food poisoning and ruined my vacation.

Skip this place. The server brought me my frozen drink and didnt bother coming back to get my food order for another 40 minutes after, my drink was melted. The crab stuffed mushrooms i got were ok. The mushrooms were rubber though. I was debating just leaving and leaving a note to improve their service. Go to mcdonalds instead

The beer was cold that's all I can say. Fries cold and had to be hanging in the basket for hours, hamburg was saltie. Got there at 5.20 left at 7 for a burger. I should of asked for the manager but I messed up. The young server was great. Just not a good place for quality AND 19.99 for a burger and a HAND full of fries. Will never go back.

Our reservation for party size was incorrect.
Middle finger to your guests. Food and servers were great and friendly but failing to acknowledge guests is inferior follow through in customer service; far below our expectations and was still a poor experience.

We came as a group of 6 for breakfast. Buffet had pancakes, French toast, waffles etc all needing syrup. I’m diabetic so like all other restaurants I asked for low sugar syrup so I could eat most of the food that was available. First restaurant I’ve ever been to that didn’t have it. So I had to pay full price and I could only eat half of the items. Will not return to this establishment as they don’t cater to all customers. Queens coach for the win.

This was my first visit and the restaurant had just opened an hour earlier due to a power outage.

My burger was thick and juicy. The fries where cut in quarter inch squares which is the way I like them. Unfortunately, most of the fries I was served were small side and end pieces with just a few of the full size longer square pieces.

The other members of my group split the 3 taco appetizer and a couple of other items. They were pleased with their choices and the tacos looked good from where I was sitting.

Second time here and this time was definitely the best time. I got the blue cheese steak and it was cooked exactly as I had requested. My husband, the wings, and said they were excellent. Our server Polo, was right there for our drinks whenever they were in need of being refilled; he was quick, efficient and friendly. Happy to leave him a generous tip for his excellent service!

Got the Asian beef salad and it tasted amazing. The steak was perfectly cooked. Just wish it was a bit cheaper than $25

My wife and I have been to My Place twice while visiting Niagara. It's a great place for a bunch on the patio. Staff are friendly and food is fresh and tasty. Order the pizza i highly recommend it.

My spouse and I went for dinner to My Place bar and Grill last night and were pleasantly surprised right from the start. When we first walked in there was a group of 5 people standing at the front, that were rude and obnoxious, waiting to be seated. They took issue with being told after they got seated there would be about a 10 minute wait for a server. The hostess handled herself with such grace and still treated them with respect. First impression was good on service. The atmosphere was nice and casual with a good vibe throughout.

We ordered drinks, an extra dirty martini and a moscow mule. Both were excellent and served promptly. We ordered 3 apps to share.the fish tacos, the cheese and spinach dip, and the saganaki. The cheese and spinach dip was excellent. The fish tacos were good but the fish was too big for the tacos. Not a bad thing usually but its alot of deep fried batter on them. The saganaki was delicious. We ordered another round of drinks and again, they were excellent.

What really made this evening amazing was the service. We interacted with 4 different employees and all were polite, happy, well spoken, and knowledgeable. Our server Neil was fantastic and personable and one of the best waiters we have had at any restaurant. Thank you Neil for your honesty, communication and overall amazing service.

Took them an hour to bring our food out. Everyone around us was served first even tho we where there before them. Server didn't seem interested at all, no asking for refill either

We ordered the Mothers Day Family Brunch package and it was just excellent. Generous portions, top quality items, well packaged, friendly service, and a very reasonable price. Would order here again in a heartbeat.

I absolutely love this restaurant. It's become one of my main go-to's in Niagara. Amazing food at reasonable prices, tasty cocktails, and the service is always awesome.

We have purchased, on 3 different occasions, 3 different family bundles. All 3 were fantastic! We also purchased for another family, and they went out of their way to write a personal note to them on our behalf.
Reasonably priced, great food, and delivery on time, with every order.

Nick was our server last week and we had friendly timely service with more than enough checks for refills, extra napkins etc! Thanks Nick! I absolutely LOVE the chefs cooking! I ordered (as usual) the mushroom asiago chicken which was a huge piece of breaded seasoned chicken breast with caramelized shallots mushrooms and red peppers on top.mushrooms that burst with flavour! The sauce is a creamy garlicy cheesy sauce that's to die for! Always served on a bed of seasonal veg that varies.carrots, parsnip, asparagus.yum! First few times I got this dish was with a side of garlic mashed potatoes. SO GOOD! This time I got the baked potato, which was a huge russet baked perfectly, and the skin was seared in sea-salted seasoning and butter.like YUMMMMM! I can't say enough yummy things about this dish! Two thumbs up for the creamy cheesecake and the large freshly brewed coffee I had as well! Thanks My Place and Nick for an awesome reliably yummy dining experience!

We came for drinks and apps. There is plenty of seating and we didn't have to wait. Our server Carley was excellent and very attentive. The app prices are a bit pricey for smallish proportions. The 4 cheese garlic bread was a little "under cheesed", the lobster stuffed mushrooms are delicious and finish with a bit of a kick. The drinks are well priced. Cocktails come out with some flair. This place is definitely worth a trip.

Great restaurant. Come here with the family all the time. Staff are exceptional and friendly and the food is great!

Fried fish was not seasoned and tasted very bland. Didn't have ketchup with the fries, which might have improved the taste of the fish. Would have preferred to have a regular table than a high table. Waitress was friendly. It was way too loud which made conversations difficult. Take out meal was actually pretty good - I think it was Asian beef bowl with shrimps.

Always plenty of seating rarely need a reservation. Lots of TVs for your viewing pleasure. The music is a little loud on the bar side felt like we were in a night club but that may have just been due to sitting bar side. The food is always delicious and served in good sized, filling portions and they don't skimp on flavour. Plenty of options on the menu for every kind of palate or diet. Price is on point for the service and food quality.

Has gone downhill since last time I was there. French onion soup was delicious but was served at the same time as entrees. Mashed potatoes served with steak were cold and dry. 2 asparagus spears served as side doesnt really cut it. No bread served to table before dinner (other tables got some). And mac n cheese pasta was very rubbery. Used to be a great place to go in town. Was it just an off night?

My Place Bar & Grill has become "comfort food" for my family. Some visits may be a not so great experience, others are fabulous.
My friend and I went for lunch, we split a Caesar salad and the chicken and brie sandwich. Desserts were the best part of the meal! We shared the turtle cheese cake and cookies and creme cake. I would definitely order both again!

Decor is a bit cold or maybe just boring but who cares? It's a bar and you're there to talk and drink. Service has been quite good so far and the bar food menu is definitely above average. Sit at the bar and order a cocktail and a cold plate - lots for two.

The best wings in my opinion. $15 dollars for a pound of wings and a pint of innis and gun beer. That's a really good deal!

Had bad service, no one smiles there.not sure the people like working there. The chairs are metal, small and uncomfortable. The food was expensive and not up to par. Salmon was overcooked, mussels mushy with many not steamed open, the mashed potatoes were horrible. Food was very salty. Second time there. First was a staff xmas party where we had choice of chicken or beef dish.chicken was raw for many. This experience today was extremely disappointing. Management should rethink their strategy.

I liked this place as far as the quality of food is concerned but cost wise was way overpriced.about $50 for two sandwiches and a drink.nice place but too not so savvy for my eating budget.ill eat at home before i eat there again but i admit they are way better quality than Subway

Good Sunday buffet brunch. Fresh made omelettes. Good selection of sides. Service quick and pleasant. Reasonable price.

Love their breakfast buffet, really good food at an exceptional price, you can't beat $12.99 per person for breakfast

I was here last night with some friends last night for the first time and my dish, the grilled chicken and goat cheese wrap with Caesar salad. It was delicious! But what I particularly liked was the gas fireplace on the outdoor patio which we managed to snag a table right beside. Perfect for a cooler evening. The restaurant and patio was packed and the staff were a bit harried but always polite and friendly.

Food was amazing. Stafff went out of there way. Atmosphere was out of this world. Can’t wait to come back

40 Creek Burger was the best burger I have ever eaten. The Service was fantastic. Can't wait to go back. Well done My Place
