My Roti Place / My Dosa Place

This is my second time at this location. I love their “mom’s chicken” so good. The sauce and the way they prepare It is excellent both times. Very consistent in quality and flavor. We will be back again. I would have taken a picture, but I couldn’t help myself and ate it before I could take a picture. Haha.

The food is excellent and Navjot is always very welcoming and provides excellent service! She really makes the best Dosa and we always come all the way from Milton for having dosa here, even though there is a dosa place in Milton. Thank you Bavjot!

Great DOSA place, they serve halal meet. NavJout, sorry If I am misspelling names here and Melvin, extended great service. A little pricy for us but from what I've seen average price for Dosa.we visited from NYC & NJ, loved our time here, food was good.

Veg Biryani ordered. Got egg and lamb pieces in that. After the complaint, restaurant gave a complimentary replacement.

The quality of food has gone completely. We ordered matar paneer with rice, ghee idly and masala chai. First - matar paneer was watery. Rice not cooked properly. Coconut chutney was completely watery. Ghee idlys were ok but sambhar was too watery. Masala chai was machine dispensed chai and was gross! We used to come here a lot but quality is gone down a lot!

Stopped to pick up food on our way home, but was really disappointed. The food was not worth the price. The naan was hard like cardboard. The cost of one vegetable samosa (regular size) was $5.49 for one. We also ordered a lamb biryani and the lamb was dry and hard. I will never go there again.

Ordered chicken biriyani. Full of added colour. And chicken is not fresh. Very unhealthy. I don’t recommend.

Seems like everything is made to order based on the preparation time, but that's how it looks on the face. It took 20 minutes on my first visit for my food to be made for Butter Paneer poutine. Plus, they over charged me for the poutine, so I just asked for Mango Chutney instead of a refund of the difference, to save time.

My second visit, I was the only customer and my order took about 5-10 minutes. I ordered a Shrimp Korma bowl w/ Rice, but was given a bowl with Roti.then waited another 2 minutes for the adjustment.

The third time, I called for pick up since I'd rather wait from the comfort of my home, in case anything happened.

Each time though, the food was great! The problem is that every time, I now expect something to go wrong, so I keep my visits few and far between, and ask for a receipt when I can.

I visited for lunch with a friend. We were delighted by the authentic Indian main course at this restaurant. The spices and flavors were extremely impressive. Meal was served hot and excellent taste. We had a Excellent eating experience!

Bought Chicken Korma and Butter Chicken here based on owners reco. Also purchased an order of naan bread,
Butter chicken and Korma were nice flavours but far too little chicken in each in proportion to the sauce quantity.
Naan bread was hard and dry in spite of it being prepared in front of us. Too thin and burnt.inedible.
Overall, poor value for the $40 + that we paid for takeout!
Now we buy the sauce at grocery store, cook our own chicken breast and store bought garlic naan.far better.will not be back.

This was my first visit but it has been very disappointing. I ordered three items, the dosa was okay but the goat meat in the Biryani had turned black (never seen like this before) not fresh and looked more like pilau, had to return it back and the okra masala had no salt.would not recommend.

We tried Dosa and it was just a regular Masala dosa.we ordered Paneer Dosa it was just sweet kind of tomato ketch paneer dosa. Overall just an average.

If you are brown and know your desi food flavours, stay away from this place. The food looks good in pictures ONLY but the taste is a whole another story. Paid $63 for 3 dosas, 2 mysore masala and 1 chicken tikka (recommended by the person taking our order, worst thing I’ve ever tasted) no chicken to be found only large pieces of onion in a curry that tasted like ketchup. Dosa masala tasted like it was going bad, Samber was cold and watery, chutneys were mediocre. So if you want to save your marriage, money and taste buds stay clear of this place.

Its utter waste of money ordered sambhar rice. I received food with frozen carrots and cauliflower not cooked floating in ghee. I called the restaurant they were so lethargic.restaurants like this has to be fined by Food Safety Authorities providing very unsafe food and should be shut down

For the love of god though, please turn down the music 10dB or so and maybe you'll hear my order the first time.

A lovely little restaurant. Both stores associates were great. We had idli, vada, and Ghee masala dosa. Idlli was the same like Madurey idlli- super soft and fluffy. Ghee masala dosa was so impressive that I would say it's one of the best here. All the accompaniments were commendable as well. We also tried the bone-in chicken biriyani which was authentic and tastier. A must visit place. Portion sizes are huge and reasonably priced. Both store personnels were great and caring. For a neighbourhood spot the food is fresh and good. Hot and very flavourful. Easy takeout close to home. Will come back. I’m gluten free and dairy free so appreciated the options that let me eat within my dietary preferences.

Yesterday, i went to my roti place and I loved the Food and service was outstanding. I met a girl, Navjot, she was very nice, soft spoken and I loved the way she greeted and served us.

Went for the dine in last evening the girl in the front navjot was soo welcoming and cheerful we had a masala dosa over there and even that was really good And well presented great services by the staff and they offered extra sambhar also! Would really come back

Overpriced desi style omelette. Tasted very ordinary and no sides were served. Recently I ordered bhindi masala. Felt like it was cooked in tomato ketchup. A lot of their dishes have that similar taste. Disappointed for sure.

Went for the dine there last night. Everything was neat and cleaned. Really appreciate the customer service and food preparation. Chef Ankush made a ghee butter dosa and coconut chutney was really good. Front girl Navjot was so welcoming and she served the dosa and offered extra sambhar also. We enjoyed the food with soothing music and peaceful atmosphere.

The Food tastes amazing here. Breakfast was very authentic perfect South Indian taste and lamb biryani was very good!

Had Butter chicken roti and mysore masala dosa last day over there Front Girl Nav was really good at explaining the menu and she was really calm and patient as we took a lot of time to decide the menu and Melvin did a great job. Dosa he made was in cone shape my niece liked that very much.its really worth it to have food there. Really good and fast service. Washrooms were also neat and clean. Would really come back

Went there to celebrate my Birthday with my husband. Masala dosa s potato curry was tastless and was cold too. It was like strait from the fridge.
