My Roti Place/My Dosa Place

Ohh my god really loved the dosa. I was craving it so much and this was the proper Indian dosa I was looking for so crispy and yummy. Surely give it a try!

My Dosa Place is a so tasty! My wife and I went there for dinner and tried the potato dosa as well as the tofu + kale dosa. Both were amazing! Try it out — you will love it!

I have been long awaiting a Roti place in Woodstock. I have been craving good Roti since 2019 and my desires have finally been met. The bag of snack and dumpling were a welcome surprise as well.
I recently got a chance to dine in and was very impressed with my server. She was very attentive and kind. Will definitely be returning often.

We specifically asked for mild dosa for the kids and it was way too spicy. Also another dish, same issue.

The dosa was amazing. This was my first time having one but we were accompanied by an expert and he was also thrilled by the quality, size and flavours! I also really enjoyed the medhu vada but had to take most of them home because the dosa was quite filling.
The place was very clean and they had no problem with us rearranging the tables to accommodate our group.

Very good roti and dosa. Creamy nutty korma is going to keep me going again and again. Fantastic, and the spice levels are spot on.

Excellent food, nice spices. Friendly staff who took the time to explain the options to us. Good pricing too. Will definitely be back! Try the Masala Dosa.

An amazing stop for dosa! And lots of vegan/vegetarian options. Authentic, light and scrumptious. Best dosa spot outside Toronto (Udapi Palace, Gerrard St.). Highly recommend.

I stopped in for the first time to "My Roti Place" East Indian restaurant on Dundas, Woodstock and I couldn't be more satisfied! The restaurant, which has many large tables for a crowd of friends, was clean and fresh and inviting. The space was modern and colourful and I was greeted by one of the owners with a large smile and happy-to-help personality. I am not a "true" newbie to EI food, however, I love the flavours of the East along with the spices and my order didn't disappoint. I ordered the Marsala Dosa which was served with a side of Lentil soup and two side dipping sauces. The Dosa was beautifully spiced (med to stupid), very flavourful and generously portioned for one person (leftovers ya!). The filling (the potato marsala) was an orchestra of flavours in my mouth and left behind an enjoyable burn. The crepe was lovely, crisp and paired well with the dipping sauces which were cooling to the palate. LOVED the tomato one! The side Lentil soup (which has an amazing caramelized onion baseline) was also very enjoyable, great flavours and I even topped it up with the potato marsala because the Dosa was that good! I also ordered Chana Marsala and the taste was excellent (yes add a little stock for the egg). But the one thing I ordered (last minute) was the Chai tea and I fell in love! The tea is warm and spicy, comforting and exotic to drink, as Chai should be. No place in Woodstock can compete with this tea!

I gave a 4 out of 5 stars because, again, East Indian restaurants should play EI music for an all-around atmosphere of the East. I will recommend this place to my family and friends and I will be coming back for more because I love food that wakes up my mouth and "My Roti Place" did.

Service was excellent, explanatory, accommodating to diets, vegetarian options, and took the time to talk with me which is beautiful because the culture is also warm and spicy!

We ordered Chicken Curry and rice takeout the other night. The Food was delightful and so aromatic. We will definitely be back to try other items.

UPDATE: it didn't take us long to go back. This time we tried Mom's Curry, Butter Chicken, Lamb Korma, Damn Dirty Chips, and a Mango Lassi. Everything was amazing once again. My only preference for ordering next time would be to have the Damn Dirty Chips heated. I wasn't expecting a cold dish so would simply adjust my order next time. 5/5

We had lunch here and food was so delicious I ever had in the town, I recommend everyone should try it. I personally met Abel (the owner & chef) to thanks for his delicious food. And I would really appreciate Kiran to served the food in very good manners

The chicken roti was great but we didn’t receive all of the items in our delivery order which was disappointing.

Dosa restaurant at Woodstock was long overdue. With opening of My Roti My Dosa, our longing for South Indian and North Indian food is more than fulfilled. My wife and I visited last week, ordered Paneer Masala Dosa, Chicken Biriyani. It was awesome! Lots of thoughts seemed to have gone to make it tasty for all alike. Even the gulab jamun, a free dish served with Biriyani was superb. We finished with filter coffee, which took us back to memories back home. They constantly checked to make sure we are satisfied. Great customer service. Can see myself to be a regular customer to this restaurant.
