From the moment I inquired on renting a unit, both Maxin and Emily were amazing and provided awesome customer service. They had me set up and ready to go in no time at all. Now that I have my unit, I would say they facility is clean and well managed.

This has to be the safest place there is! I left a bag full of valuable items there by accident. I almost went into shock the next day when I realized where I left it. I called, the cleaner Venus has placed it in a cupboard and Emily the receptionist secured it when she knew how valuable it was. 2days after misplacing it there it was intact, nothing touched. They are the absolute best. Your items are safe with this company. Thank you again sooo much for your honesty and care.

I've been renting from My Storage for about three years now. I've had a very positive experience throughout. My belongings have been secure and I've always had access to my unit. I recently had to contact their customer service. The call was answered promptly and I got great service from Hayden who helped resolve all my questions. Highly recommended. Thanks.

Place is overpriced. The unit doors are always getting stuck. The worst part is, I had to access my unit 5 separate times after hours and each time I exited the property, the exit was fully open, the exit gate would never close. This place is not secured. They leave the exit fully open overnight which means trespassers can easily access the property.

#1 check around before at other storage facilities before you go to MY STORAGE because I guarantee you, you’ll find something cheaper and good units where the doors are not getting stuck and a storage facility that is secured overnight.

Great facility! Everyone at My Storage has been amazing and so very helpful. Max was wonderful in helping me get my 1st unit started, and Morgan was awesome helping me set up my 2nd mini unit today! Highly recommended!

Notified that I would be only needing a one month rental when I got the unit was still charged for for the next month, after also reminding them once I moved out, they also haven’t returned my safety deposit after half a month, 16 days.

Gin, Tadiwa and Stephanie, are great super helpful and have always provided an amazing customer service. I've had units here for 8 years and it's always been an awesome experience with the staff.

Stephanie is absolutely professional, customer oriented, friendly and just fantastic person to have a business with. I started from online inquiry in a website after working hours, and online rep took all info from me and next day early morning I had a reply from Stephanie about the parking storage I was looking. She set my account up in minutes, answered all questions and I was able to put my car for a storage in less then 5 hours we started setup an account! I can't believe all just worked out for me because you Stephanie! Well done and will definitely be doing business with this company!

My first time using storage. The place is clean, safe and Stephanie is always there with a smile to help and keeps the place clean. My storage has fair prices too.

This is one of the few storage spaces in the city with workshop spaces that permit you to do some work on your motorcycle. There’s moderate temperature control to take some of the chill out of the winter, great security, and wifi.
Aside from all the features of the facility I’d really like to thank Stephanie for being a great resource explaining the options, helping find and book my unit and for generally just being a great person to interact with when I’m at the facility.

I’m one of the shop unit renters and on this Saturday November 6th, when I was arriving I saw Stephanie out picking with garbage in front of the units.she is so amazing to have looking after this location. They did not water their indoor plants. Plants look like they were screaming "I'm thirsty". How can the owners efficiently serve their clientele if they cannot do a simple job as watering their Benjamina plant?

Good place for storage. Since Entry is separate to Exit of Storage. Kindly Put sign for Exit.bcz it's very confusing which way to go.

When I first came to the storage I was really disappointed because I was expecting U-Haul but then I met Stephanie Who Helped me go through all my options, She’s really awesome and really helpful she is such a great soul, helps you whenever in need with amazing attitude, My storage is now part of my family due to Stephanie & price you can’t beat, I would recommend the storage to anybody Looking for amazing stuff And affordable prices.

Heard this facility was great for workshops, so I checked it out and ended up getting a 10x20 workshop, I really like the gated open concept. Makes it really easy to drive to my unit and I get to go whenever I need to, the 24/7 access was huge plus for me

Used them for 1 year.no issues. Place is clean. Short Access to my unit allowed easy transfer. Will come back to them if needed.

Always took care of me when i needed their storage space.cant complain. Was the cheapest around that whole area and very good.

Was looking for a hobby shop to work on my art and the open concept of the facility is totally great and easy to get in and out with designated parking listed all over. Overall pretty convenient and great pricing

Excellent service, customer service was polite and friendly. Convenient that you could come and go at any hour. Only suggestion would be garment racks for clothing that hangs. Thanks again for a great experience.

Worst place ever. I keep paying over 300$ for the unit which is leaking and they never fix my lights! I keep telling them to fix my lights and the roof for over 20 times in a row every time i come there. They seem don't care at all about that. I got a lot of clothing in my unit and some of them high end brands! Don't go for it! Even tho i keep losing money on that leaking they want me to pay the full amount. I can't even work without proper light! Come and fix it at the unit #331!

For anyone thinking of renting from this location let me tell you. The staff are bullies. I am a handicap women who is being forced to park my vehicle long distances away from my unit. They are going to charge me $25 anytime I am at my unit for more than 20 mins. This was never stated in the contract that I signed and this staff is always making up new rules on a whim. I am not blocking any road or access to anyone. I am doing what most people do load and unload from my storage unit. I can't load and load my car in 20 mins it is not physically possible. Their reply to this is to bad these are the rules (ever changing rules).

Also they do not have any designated handicap parking within the storage facility. But the staff are allowed to park wherever they please often blocking the only door to the only clean washroom in the place. Their answer when questioned is we're staff we can do whatever we like.

And as for Security being a women and handicapped I do work at my unit at times outside of normal business hours and come across people wondering the grounds and asking to be let out (you need a code to get in and out.how are these people getting in)

I can go on and on.

My advice there are many other storage complexes that are safer and where the staff have respect for their tenants.

My Storage is a best in the business. Good prices and good service. If you looking for storage come here first! I am a long time customer of My Storage and like it!

It has to be about two years now, that I've been using the services of My Storage. Right from the outset, the personnel have been courteous and helpful as well as professional. The unit that I occupy had been cleaned prior to my taking possession and any questions that I've had along the way have always been dealt with. So, all-in-all, I'm more than satisified with both the personnel and the site of My Storage.

People are polite; indeed, they know how to talk, but it is just words. They are not keeping promises. I twice booked a unit, paid deposit but did not move in as the unit was too small…staff did not advise me about size of the unit. I had no support from the staff. I am waiting my money back more than 2 weeks…money to be transfer back to my Visa. Ridiculous. Expecting owner’s response like “With over 7300 customers…”

This place is ridiculous, the over charge, put charges on your bill that aren't yours. They lock your passcode when for weeks even though it shouldn't be. The washroom is always disgusting, no one fills the toliet paper and always smells of pee. They have now taken the garbage cans alway from the outside of the buildings (going to cause more littering). The management doesn't fix the issues when brought to attention.

I love dealing with this company, I've never had such a smooth move. The team here is very professional and accommodating

No sense having pinpad access when the front gate is always open, even when I visit late at night. Never any toilet paper in the only bathroom they have. Exit pinpads often broken or missing. Rolling door handles jam. Garbage cans are few and far between and always overflowing.

Self-storage at a great price! The 24-hour access is a plus as well. Couldn't expect better service than I received from the excellent and super friendly staff.
