Been a customer for about 2 yrs now and so far my experience at MyStorage has been great. Stephanie & Morgan have been very helpful and are extremely nice. I can definitely recommend this storage, the customer service is really good and the pricing is fair. They have outdoor and indoor units which is very helpful depending on what you need. Overall, good experience.

In November I rented a 5x5 storage locker from the My Storage facility on Oakdale in North York for $135: 00 monthly but things got rough for me lately and I told the office that I would be giving up my locker but then I decided to keep it and instead of being rewarded was charged a $50 fee for deciding to stay with them and that made it difficult for me to budget after that so they started charging me late fees and offered me $15 discount for a five star review so I payed off my arrears and vacated the storage locker and My Storage kept my $50 deposit acting like they're upstanding while they're the biggest crooks in the storage business SMH
