My Sushi Restaurant

Ate here a few years ago for AYCE. Don’t like the food, not very fresh. I also don’t like the owner of this place, dishonest and doesn’t treat her employees well.

Ordered delivery via Uber. I don’t see that Philadelphia is anywhere here! For that I put a salad that we didn’t order

The crab salad rolls are so delicious! They're big and filling and even taste good the next day! YUM!

The sushi was mediocre and I’m wanted shrimp sushi but instead I got tempura and it was cold

If i could give 0 stars i would.found multiple strands of long black hair in my uber eats order, the worst part is it got stuck in my teeth.so disgusted! I wish i could gargle with bleach.

Best sushi restaurant ever. Has the best food ever. The miso and shrimp tempura is my favorites. The fries are better than McDonald’s so you better try it.

This is also MY POKE. Their poke bowl is my fav, salmon poke bowl is really fresh and healthy! My go to meal!

Excellent fresh fish. Very tasty. Miso soup could use more salt. Service was ok. Store seemed like it was a warehouse with all the boxes laying around. Went because of a suggestion of a friend. Although i might not return to the store to eat, I will order out.

We came as a party of three, portion sizes are great and our server Sunny was so nice and polite. Amazing service!

I’ve only had their sushi for takeout and it’s pricing is reasonable for the quality!

Haven't been here in over 10 years. Decided to drop by since in the area. Owner says they just opened two weeks a go for indoor dining and have been doing mostly take out. The ACE option is no more so it's à la carte which is just fine with me. Service, cleanliness, food and price was excellent. Will be back again.

Sushi was fine. Be warned, take out times are quite slow (took almost an hour from when we placed our order to to pick up).

Service and food is ok but the cheap price is what we always come here for. They give you a lot of side stuff if you order the japanese combo for less than $20. Good deal for me and will always come back.

Never had a chance to enjoy dining inside the restaurant, only deliveries.

If you are ordering takeout or uber eats at this place always make sure to check your bag before taking the food they always forget to give you stuff, even tho when you pay for them, I was missing a whole side dish once and always always forgets your extra sauce even though u pay for them.

Food arrived within an hour. Sushi was amazing! Salmon tasted fresh. Food was made with love - one of the best meals I had in Toronto. I would definitely order again and again.

We had the salmon sushi, salmon and avocado rolls, avocado rolls and a dynamite roll. Everything was fresh, tasted good and the presentation was done thoughtfully.

I don't get to eat sushi that often, but my daughter and wife are not around so I spoiled myself and got sushi 3 nights in a row. I had the miso soup with a 5 piece fire roll and a couple handrolls. Each night the quality was spot on and the food was delicious. The spicy salmon handroll was amazing and I also enjoyed the spicy avocado handroll. On one night I had the spicy tuna maki roll, but I personally enjoyed the handrolls and specifically the spicy salmon handroll more.

Each night it was the perfect little personal sushi meal and I will definitely be getting more next time I am ordering just for myself.

I was expecting a better taste compared to “mall sushi and rolls”. Their combos come with salad and miso soup but again next time I rather go to the mall or a Chinese supermarket for sushi! Rice and the roll itself was coming off.

Wow! So, I never tried this place because I thought it was bootleg. However, I found out later that My Poke is made from the same kitchen as My Sushi and I've been almost religiously ordering their tempura shrimp poke bowl. It's so fresh, delicious and a great value buy when Uber eats has it as 'buy one get one'.

When I ordered, I tried their Torched 4, Crunch BBQ eel, sashimi combo, and short rib beef combo. I was in shock that the sashimi was very fresh. I thoroughly enjoyed the salmon and white tuna sashimi; it was fantastic (it is on par with Sushi Bong on a good day)! I thought the tako sashimi was interesting. The red tuna is a bit fishy for me. If I were to order again, I'd get the salmon party tray because it has some of the torched sushi as well as the fresh salmon sashimi. Also, this location is connected with the Hui Lau Shan restaurant. I got their A1 mango and coconut with mango jelly drink. Very good!

So. If I knew I would like it so much I would have taken photos of the before. But now it's all empty containers.

Paid $30 incl taxes for what's on the picture "18pcs sashimi". Mb in some countries crab imitating sticks are considered as sashimi but I definitely won't buy from this place again. I've been a long time customer however with each buy the service and food worsened reaching my limits this may 2021. Be aware

Very dissappointed. Very cheap money hungry operators. Portions are terrible. On my last order I was missing 6 sashimis that we had ordered over $100 order at the time and they didn't want to do anything about it when I told them I ordered paid and never received. You couldnt make this up. They are extremely stingy and don't even include chopsticks or extra ginger or soy sauce when you ask. We've been here man times.never again. This was the final straw. Not even napkins. Are you kidding me? This was our 3rd order for pickup and even after asking they say ok and than literally 3x and never included. Absurredly ludicrously retarded is an understatement. AND there was a bone in the salmon sashimi which I almost swallowed! Jesus Christ!

I ordered salmon and tuna maki roll. The fish was not fresh and the worker was not nice to customers. I’d not recommend this place

We ordered some California and Dynamite rolls on Uber Eats and they arrived within 30 mins and it was so fresh tasting and delicious. Highly recommend.

They don’t wear a face mask while they are making the food. I saw them talking to each other and making the food at the same time. It is kind of unsafe during the COVID-19.

Around 7: 05pm. Wednesday. August 19. My boyfriend and I ordered food. The receptionist was wearing a mask. But the lady at the right side (wearing white crop top), the guy making the sushi, and the guy who just walked at the back (i think he is wearing a salmon colored shirt) WAS NOT WEARING ANY MASK. I dont know if they have any medical condition BUT they can wear a face shield instead.

My fav place in North York. Ordered well over 20 times from here and always had good experiences.
As a person who (I'm ashamed to say) has never liked any kind of fish no matter how mild the flavour, I'm very pleased with the vegetarian variety of rolls. Spicy tempura bits with avocado is my fav.
My seafood loving friends love this place too!

Great tasting sushi. Salmon was fresh. Good sushi combos and prices. Spicy salmon is more spicy than most I've had and has great flavor.

Great place and very friendly. I usually get takeout from here. Ordered the party tray and loved it. The small party tray is more than enough for two people. I've ordered from here for many years now and have never had a bad meal. The Bento boxes are a great option as well.

I have ordered Uber from here several times and always found the food subpar but it had the most reasonable prices.
I got sick once and it was a few hours after eating the food but couldn't confirm for sure it was from here. I had excruciating stomach pains.
Then again tonight I ordered. Approximately 4hrs later I started to have horrific pains. I was violently ill. I won't share the graphic details but let's just say I will never order from here again. This time I know it's from there because I haven't eaten anything today except breakfast. Disgusting.

Really good drink sold here in the connected store called Hui Lau Shan. Try the Pomelo & Mango with Sago drink (S1). The poke bowls here are quite good too but make sure to ask them to go easy on the mayo and tempura bits.

All you can eat for $20. We got a la-carte 2 dishes and the quantity was plenty enough to feed two hungry girls. I guess for hungry guys - definitely go with all you can eat.

Now, food! Overall - not bad. Definitely much better than some of downtown ayce places.
But, sometimes they use too much oil and not dripping it off enough. Sometimes they use mayo for some rolls - taste of mayo was definitely not complementing the overall flavour. But, overall - not bad.

Very delicious tea, seems to be jasmine tea.

My colleagues and I really enjoy the food here. The quality of fish is at least as good as any other place we've been to. I usually choose the All Salmon lunch special for $17, which is a generous mix of salmon sashimi, sushi and maki (some spicy). It comes with miso soup, salad and tea. If your really hungry, you can go for the all-you-can-eat (in 2 hours) for ~$26. The atmosphere is pleasant and clean, but nothing fancy. Plenty of seating means you won't have to wait for a table.

This place is worth a visit. They serve large portions for reasonable prices. Consistently well kept and with good character. Highly recommended.

Ordered Uber eats and received no chopsticks or soy sauce. This was an order at a workplace so there was no place to obtain these items. There was also no dressing on the salad

The food is delicious and you can try the all you can eat for a great price, the staff also very kind. Absolutely repetible.

Love this place. The servers are so friendly and the food is pretty good. Nothing much to complain about.

Listening to the chef cutting his nails in the kitchen not the greatest dinner environment. It was very unpleasant. He was told to stop it and he just didnt care kept doing. No coming back ever!

Quite a bit pricy compared to other sushi locations. Also charged me for some leftover food. Will never visit again.

Not very good for and AYCE experience. The portions are small, so you'll have to order many times. They also chose to go the old schooled way and use a pen and paper which I found delayed the ordering process. Selection of teriyaki meats was also limited.

Last straw (landed in ER) : I'm was always sad to be dissatisfied as it's the only ayce sushi with sit down space in my area. I had put up with going there for that reason (even though it's way overpriced and not amazing). But after last time I'm never coming back. Pretty sure the food poisoning I got (which landed me in emergency hospital till 3am) was from there as my friend who went with me got it, too.

If you visit on the weekdays at lunch time, you will find out yourself with all kinds of rolls and sushi.

I am surprised at the high rating.honestly if I could give something lower I would. Aside from the server being kind everything else really was horrible. The quality of the sushi was horrible, very cheap quality and it was still COLD and hard (from being in the freezer) some of the orders were missed, I requested a few things again, never came. Will NEVER be coming here again, its not worth your money
