My Top Drawer

Stopped by Today for the first time. I was promptly greeted by Helen. She was Phenomenal! She took my measurements to find my correct bra size and showed a couple options that met my needs: pretty and supportive without compromising on comfort. It was noticable that Helen had many years of experience and really knew which styles work for various body types. The experience was effortless and enjoyable. I took home 2 bras and I will be back for a couple more in the near future.

We found this store after having an extremely unpleasant experience elsewhere. All 4 staff members were very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. We will definitely be shopping only here from now on. Thank you all so much!

Walked in on a busy Sunday, lots of selection to choose from! Ms. Gloria helped me find a great bra (not the style I was looking for) she was attentive, not pushy and super helpful! Great Service

Disappointed with the service I received at this location. When visited this past Sunday. The staff member took my measurements above a bulky sweatshirt gave me 4 options to choose from and not once listened to me as to what I was looking for. Unfortunately, now I have a gift card which I do not want to use as this experience was terrible.

The only thing better than this stores inventory and quality products is their management and staff (especially the Sherway Gardens location/Rebecca). I haven’t seen this level of customer service in a very long time. My go-to from now on.

My experience today at My Top Drawer in Burlington was fantastic! I called in advance as i was coming from Hamilton and looking for nursing bras. They were very helpful and checked their inventory for my size while on the phone. Then when i went into the store an hour later i met Celeste and she had already pulled multiple options for me and brought me right into a fitting room to measure me and get me started trying on different styles and sizes. It was a very calm and pleasant experience and i walked out with one bra which fits perfectly and 5 more size and style options on order which i will be eagerly waiting to go back and try. Finding regular bras in my size is often challenging but it has been even harder finding nursing bras, so Thank You Celeste and the team at My Top Drawer for being so knowledgeable and so patient and willing to help. I am looking forward to returning soon! -Cristina

I was just at the store and got a new woman and they did have my size, I asked the young woman if she could check online, she had said yes she then is just standing and standing and standing so I asked would that be today you could check her response was no tomorrow

Terrible experience at the Burlington store. Went in with a family member and when we walked in, we were greeted by a sales associate who asked us what we were looking for. My family member said “bathing suits” and the associate responded “oh a a tankini” which I responded “no she’s looking for a bikini” to which the sales associate gave a look and said “oh really”. She proceeded to show us some suits and kept insisting on a one piece or total coverage top. My family member is a size 10 and this associate collected some items and started a room. When she went in to try some things on, there was several size 16 bottoms and a few bikini tops and one pieces. I was disgusted. She tried a few things on which all didn’t fit properly or looked like something my grandmother would wear. We quickly realized that this associate assumed a size/style and did not think that my family member should be wearing a bikini. We left immediately and both couldn’t believe how judgemental and rude this woman was. We will never return and will be letting others know of this experience. This should never happen in a store where the prices are as high and outrageous as this store. The staff at la vie en rose were accommodating and great to deal with. We will continue to shop there for a great experience and no judgement based on age or size (not that my family member is a big woman by any means).

My experience at My Top Drawer was great! Katie helped me find well-fitting bras, and provided amazing cusotmer service. If you're looking for a quality bra or bra fiiting, this is a great place to do it!

I don’t even know where to begin. There should only be 5 stars for this store. Everyone is exTREMely knowledgeable with absolutely EVerything they sell! Every time I go to one of these stores, I have goosebumps because there’s always something I want but don’t know what to get and ALways end up with a pair of SAXX underwear. What a GENIUS thing to invent. Lisa is a hoot and the other ladies there are very friendly and funny as well. Keep it up everyone, you’re awesome!

July 20th, 2021 @ 38 degrees with humidity: It’s days like today I’m thankful for purchasing as well as receiving SAXX. Guys, if you’ve never tried them, they’re well worth it from this store

Great experience start to finish. I a sports bra, and unfortunately they were out of stock in my size. The customer service team contacted me right away to let me know the situation. They were really fast to respond and accommodate my request to change to another colour in the same size, and I got my order within a day of the order being edited. Very responsive, great stock selection and professional customer service!

Always have great experiences at My Top Drawer! It is my go-to for quality swimwear and lingerie. I recently had a baby and have been SO comfortable in my nursing bras and tanks from here. I had a virtual fitting during lockdown which was relaxed and enjoyable as well. Thank you MTD! See you again soon!

Purchased a bra today, after I left I was looking to find washing instructions when I noticed the tag said it was a post mastectomy bra, why would they not even mention what kind it was.

Rose was absolutely amazing! I went in looking for quality nursing bras which are so difficult to find. Although they didn't have what I was looking for in my size Rose ordered a few for me to come back and try. I will be making all of my bra purchases here from now on!

I had an excellent experience. The store offers a good variety of bras. Rose helped me very patiently to find a good bra and ordered another one for me, as they had ran out of that model. I will definitely be back!

I had the best, first time experience. I was worried that having a larger bust would limit the styles of bras that they had in my size but I was wrong. Rose and the other ladies made me feel so comfortable and confident. I will definitely be back!

I have been here 3 times now and each time the staff was friendly and very helpful. There is an excellent selection of bras, underwear and swimsuits. If you are needing a special size bra I would recommend you check out this store!

Extremely expensive! Received my product damaged. (The underwire was bent), had to fix it myself. I would not recommend.

I bought my last two bras here and I swear by their collection, even if it’s rare they have something off the rack for me, the ladies are always willing to order something in!

Very large selection of intimate items, and sizes. I find my size is much harder to find in the normal haunts, I also appreciate they understand the way some manufactures fit and are sized differently. They all seemed to be helpful to ensure your getting the correct size especially if you were not measured at there shop (yes there is a difference). I love the fact they have men's wear here as well and the brand that my man likes to wear happened to be on sale! They also have a great line for caring for your intimate apparel. This is not a place to go if your perectly happy with VS (or maybe it is, to truly know the diffence)
