Harley at My Visa Source helped us with spousal immigration. They were very patient at all of our many questions and while there were times were we were frustrated (they give you what they need in smaller chunks, which is probably more manageable for most people but we kept thinking we were done and there was always more, plus there were a few moments of miscommunication), they really did do a thorough job and attempted to make a massively overwhelming thing like the current paperwork for Canadian immigration smoother. We were successful, and it was worth the cost to know that someone knew the ins and outs of the complex system and could advise us.

I have been working with Trevor (and Emily for the most part) and recently Adam (as Emily left the firm; although I've never really heard from Adam) for over a year now. Trevor is professional, organized, and detail oriented. He consistently addressed all my questions with clear information and never missed a thing. The only reason I took a star off is because this may be a company policy. I think their response time (2-3 business days - almost always it was 3 business days) is too slow. A lot of important parts of the submission process and/or the application process as a whole can get delayed because of this. Hopefully this is something that MVS can revisit and consider changing. My application is not quite done, as I'm still in the waiting process, but overall, I recommend MVS. Trevor is truly wonderful to work with.

This company is fraud, don’t give them your information and money. They have forged reviews to manipulate innocent people, bunch of con-artists with no moral values.

This was my worst experience ever! First of all, lack of response from the lawyer Nadia and her assistant Gagneet, as a client it is mandatory to be take care of the client as the client is giving you permission to represent him.
1- Lack of communications
2- late responses
3- not organized at all
4- they just move once you try to reach out to the head managers
5- waste of money and time
6- wrong details even though they have all my official documents.

I applied for a study permit in land, as they told me I can do that. I waited for 5 weeks for them to submit my application and the reason why is “we need to be organized once we submit the application, after 5 weeks before the submission I noticed that they didn’t even attach my medical exam” after trying to call more than several times to tell them my issue. They did not respond until I call (Angel) and I really appreciate her for her cooperation.
After the submission, I tried to call the lawyer but she wouldn’t reply until next week. Her assistant Gaganeet never replied to my emails right away. I always had to wait for a lot of time.

After waiting for the 4 weeks which is the timeframe for the application in land. Yet, there was no moves in my application, I contacted Nadia and Gagneet. Then they sent an inquiry to the IRCC, putting different place of birth. Which is for sure will be a reason for the refusal.
Another 4 weeks later, “2 months” since the application submission, I got a refusal and a letter to leave the country immediately because this type of application shouldn’t be applied within Canada.

Honestly, I’ve never posted a review in my life, but this time it is a must, so you guys don’t be fooled like I was.

My only reason for not giving five stars is I believe they lacked hospitality. These past two years have been very politically turbulent. There have been many changes in policy and updates to follow. I felt they could have been more proactive by sending reassuring emails about how new policy updates might or might not impact my application. I feel I had to pull most of the weight here to find it if the policy applies. They did respond in a timely manner to all my queries, in full detail which I appreciate. But I would have felt more confident in my lawyers abilities if I had received preemptive correspondence.

Only angel is very responsive and gives u response. Once the payment is made, the management and staff just dissappear.they never care to call u, they never provide proper contact nos. U have to be after them and the will talk only after appointment which is generally after 15 to 20 days of email that too on skype.u can never call them on a landline where in u can speak to anyone in their office. The senior management is never responsive inspite of umpteen complaints. My case got rejected due to their lack of knowledge.nevertheless they have not responded till date which is more than 4 months as in what's the next step.

We do, however, feel that the initial set of instructions and continued email communications could have been more clear/prompt. We understand it is a confusing process anyhow, but emails were sometimes unclear and not responded to within the promised timeframe. Sometimes, we wondered what was going on.

Extremely pathetic customer service. I and my business partner booked a paid session to seek an immigration advice, and an agent named Roshan was assigned to us for that advice. Roshan’s behavior was not only unprofessional but also she was very rude. I cant comment about their professional competency because we had not reached to any work engagement with them. But, I can sense their pathetic service through their first conversation with a prospective client.

If you value professionalism, this place is not for you.

I dealt with Angela Do on a complicated US visa scenario. She was fantastic, knowledgeable gave me ensight on what I should and shouldn't do. When I started looking into ways to immigrate to Canada, I had limited options due to age, being almost 40. So I spoke with five immigration firms that provided confusing advice on immigration pathways through study or business as I already had a business in the UK. Very Horrible service, Email and Phone never answered professional manner, we gave all document for application in last January 2022 to March 2022, but in ECA report through WES have remark in equivalency for education so we go for new ECA through University of Toronto, we got last month july 2022, still our application process not done yet, if you have all data for applicant from last 8 month and wait for only 1 document to file application, it will take only 1 week to finish the application, if you can't do, then means your office and staff not competent for this Job. They DID the job, but something that could have taken a week took 3 months, they answer late, they have no empathy with the people. I do not recommend this services nor the people that work here. A visa application is an important matter, time cannot be wasted, they made me pay to submit my papers, that should have been added to the costs. I ended up crying on the phone begging for someone to help me because they kept on delaying the dates. I hope no one goes for the same feeling I did, I specifically don't recommend Katrina Tarondo, Haya Qureshi. As I said before, the work was done, but not in the way or quality I expected from this place. This is not how professionals work.

In the end we got what we needed and achieved a student visa and an open spouse work permit. It was a roller coaster with lots of frustrating moments. I am happy that we are done. I think everything went so well at the border because we were so very prepared.

I do not know if we spoke to the representative at the wrong time of the day or that it was a Friday afternoon and she had a long week. But the way she spoke to my wife and I, was rude and dismissive.

We came to you in a time of need and explained our issue that we had, and basically was only given one option and we had to take it or leave it. We didn’t felt heard, you are lucky that I cannot remember the name of the specific representative otherwise I would call them out. The response we got from the representative was that we can only do the visitor visa and that is it. I am happy we found another Lawyer that listened to us and now the issue is resolved and we got back our open work permits.
