I found the service of our lawyer Silvana Baella-Cardenas to be extremely professional and very accommodating especially since there were last minute adjustments to clarify and correct due to errors and alternate arrangements that needed to be made. She alone would deserve 5 stars.

The law clerk, Kamaldeep Sandhu, was quite brisk, intense and impatient with 2 members of our party. While we do realize that deadlines need to be followed and are important, time schedules, work and family need to be taken into consideration. The way in which you speak to someone can make all the difference. I felt she was lacking in finesse in this area of communication.

All in all, I have given a rating of 3 stars primarily due to quality of service and minor errors made.

I had a fantastic experience with Ian Mooney, council, and para-legal Nuzra Iqbal. Ian took the time to toss in some advice on inspections and share some of his own experience with buying.
