Myers Medical Clinic

Got there when it opened at 10, they said the receptionist would get there at 11, “running late in traffic” waited until 11: 30, no sign of the receptionist OR the doctor.very unprofessional and uncommitted would not recommend.

This is not a walk-in clinic this place is a joke you go in and wait for someone to help you and once they finally do and bring you back to a room (if you even make it that fair) once you get to the room the put you on a video call with tela Heath you won't actually see a doctor in person at all there its such a joke you can do a video call with tela Heath from the comfort and safety of your own home!

So freaking slow they literally take over an hour to see you.the receptionist literally screams at a patient if she can’t understand them.literally horrible, go anywhere else but here! Especially if you need to be seen asap.if i could i’d give it 0 stars.service canada had faster service than this small clinic!

Very pointless to make a appointment, waited over an hour after appointment time. Should just be a normal walk in!

Overall the walkin and washroom area were disgusting, not sure how this is ok in medical clinic!

Absolutely horrible experience here. Currently been waiting over an hour to see a doctor to get a note. Wouldn’t recommend coming here to anyone.the lady in the front desk is also very ignorant and gives off unprofessional vibes as there was a elder man that was hard of hearing and she continued to shout at him.

Very courteous receptionist, doctor and pharmacist. The doctor was very patient and listened to everything I had to say, before giving a diagnosis for my toddler. We were done in less than an hour, including wait time and purchase of medicines.

Never picks up the phones, answering machine alwaya full, I have called over 15 times in a hour and throughout the day and never get replied back

I made two different appointments two times in a row for me to go for a appointment on my lunch brake. Each time iv went im sitting there for a hour pass my scheduled appointment

Best physiotherapist in my life. She is so kind, friendly, experienced and highly educated. I won’t go anywhere else.

Thank you so much to the staff and Dr at Myers Medical. I went there in a bit of an emergency situation, the receptionist was so caring, and she had me in right away with the Dr. Dr Salah was so kind and made sure I was well taken care of. Excellent medical clinic.

Outstanding clinic! The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The doctor that saw me was extremely attentive, listened to what I was saying and offered different solutions. I would highly recommend this clinic.

Great Practice. The doctors take their time to listen to your concerns and answer questions. They are also very thorough. I also like the friendly demeanour and patience of the doctors at the clinic. Another big bonus is that they usually run on time so the wait time isn’t very long as was in other practices I have attended in the past where I always has to wait 1-2 hours to be seen for merely 5 minutes before I was rushed out. I am very happy attending this practice and have full trust and faith in the doctors there. Very happy to have found this place.

Receptionist NEVER answers the phone, assumed they were busy so I just went in (not a soul in the clinic) This has happened everytime I go in. Voicemail is always full, so you are stuck calling back repeatedly. Doctors are pretty solid if you can actually speak to someone to setup an appointment
