Myers Orléans Nissan

I made an appointment for an oil change a couple of weeks ago for 915 am this morning. When I arrived I was advised it would be around 2 and a half hours for the job to be done. I fail to see the customer benefit of making an appointment if the work is not going to be done at the time scheduled! The representative advised me that making an appointment was only to set a time with them. Again, I fail to see the value in that when I'm being told I can just drive in at any time! Now I have wasted my time and I have to come another day because I have other commitments today. I am giving one star only because I must in order to post!

Does anyone remember that bitterly cold day last winter? I do. My Murano's doors froze shut while I was driving and I couldn't exit the vehicle. I went to my dealership and the staff there were fantastic. They helped me out of the car and proceeded to thaw out the door locks and used silicone spray on all the door locks and even the hatch. They refused to accept any payment. Wow. Can't thank them enough.

I am leasing a 2023 Nissan Rogue and from the first test drive I took, I fell in love with it. My sales consultant Ehren was, from our first contact through email until delivery day and even after, professional, amicable, friendly and very knowledgeable in regards to everything you need to know about the vehicle you are looking for. The same professionalism and friendliness was also demonstrated by the reception, the finance consultant and the sales manager. Definitely the place to go for a new or used vehicle. They are fair and made me feel entirely comfortable throughout my purchasing process.

Just bought a used vehicle from Myers Orleans Nissan. I must say I've bought about a dozen vehicles over the years and dealing with Ehren there had to be one of the best experiences I've had. He was great to deal with and made the 2.5hr drive worth. I highly recommend if you're looking for a new or used vehicle check them out.

Normally buying a car is not a fun experience, we all know that right? Salespeople give you the run around, grind you down, and outright lie to you to squeeze the most out of you. Then the Finance Manager tries to upsell you on everything. My experience at Orleans Nissan was totally different. I ordered a 2023 Nissan Frontier Pro-4x (an awesome truck, btw), at the beginning of this year. The purchasing experience was friendly and pleasant with no pressure. They kept me apprised of the progress of my build all along the way, and were very responsive and communicative during the entire process. When it came to delivery day, there were no surprises, and no hassles. I drove away with my truck and a smile on my face. If you are looking for a new vehicle, go see Colin at Orleans Nissan. I won't be needing a new vehicle for a long time, but when my wife needs a new car, we are going back to Orleans Nissan.

I purchased a 2019 Nissan Rogue from Myers Nissan yesterday, May 3,2023. The service I got from the sales team Ehren and Nataly was exceptional. Before we picked up the car, Nataly took us to the car and showed us all the "Tech Package" features. She was very friendly and explained things clearly. I recently visited Orleans Nissan to purchase a new 2023 Nissan Sentra. I must say that my sales representative Ehren Winges was absolutely phenomenal all around. Ehren was EXTREMELY knowledgable & very professional. This man did not skip a beat. He explained everything in extreme detail and did not miss a single thing. I was never pressured to purchase the vehicle or even upsold on anything I didn't want, which was shockingly refreshing. He answered any and all questions (and then some) and even took it a step further by following up after the vehicles sale, simply to make sure I was still happy with everything. He also booked my first oil change and introduced me to the service staff, all this just to make sure that I knew where to go when my vehicle is in need of a spa day. I deeply appreciate the very high level of customer service rendered here by Ehren & His team at Myers Nissan. I purchased my 2020 Murano there in July 2020 - smack at the start of the pandemic. The staff were polite, professional and gave me, what I feel, was a good offer on my trade and on the purchase. I've been back for maintenance several times and am always pleased. If I don't want to take the "recommended" service package, there is never any pressure to do so. I would have to say I'm pretty happy with this dealership.

Après notre première visite ils ont pris contact avec moi afin de savoir si nous étions toujours intéressés aux voiture qu ils avaient et voir s’ils pouvaient nous aider à trouver quelque chose qui nous convenait. Même si finalement nous avons opté pour une voiture qui était hors région avec un Autre concessionnaire ils on repris contact avec nous pour s assurer que nous avions été bien traités et que nous étions satisfait des services reçus. We needed to get a new car. We needed up at Myers Orleans Nissan to look at a used car at the dealership. Unfortunately that vehicle wasn’t going to fit our family. I received a call the next day from Ivan. He recommended we look at the Nissan Pathfinder. We came in the next day to check it out. We purchased the Pathfinder. We had the best car buying experience we’ve ever had. We worked with Ivan, Mike, and Mark. Everyone was helpful and went above and beyond. The Pathfinder not only fits our family, but is exactly what we need.

I gave Ehren Winges a bit of a hard time, however he made the experience exciting and matched my level of quips. I am glad he actually knows not only what he's talking about, but aftercare for the vehicle also. Ehren knows his stuff, and is an avid car enthusiast on top of that which complimented my knowledge in that realm just as much. Talking about racing games on consoles, which products to use to keep the car buffed up and reminiscing about older beater cars we owned really put me at ease with dealing with him. Ehren has amazing skills and knowledge, and for a customer like me I really felt like he cared instead of whether he met his monthly sales expectations.

If I could give a zero star rating I would. I called about a car I saw online. When I went to go see the car they said that it was"potentially sold". Ironically enough I had looked at a car at Myers Honda the day before with the same situation. This appears to be a pressure tactic used to sell the car allowing the buyer to have little thought process that they train the sales staff to do this. There may be a potential sale on that car.but don't even a little bit try to to allow these people to push you into buying a car. I walked out of both dealerships I am a serious buyer and was interested in both cars but both lost my business today.

With a black roof and I also purchased a bumper to bumper warranty meaning in case of any damage in the body weather its rust or paint chips they will cover it. My black car roof started peeling because It was done horribly I went to this location and asked for them to fix it they refused even knowing I have purchased the warranty with the car. After a while the manager came he was rude abonoxious and highly unprofessional and also refused to fix it I mentioned the warranty and he didn't care so I told him I can get my right in court and he said go ahead see you in court!
Save your money and time and do not come to this location because in the long run you will regret the purchase like I do. If I can give -1 star I would

Overall, we had a fantastic experience working with Nataly and the greater team at Myers Nissan! She was able to answer all of our questions, provide us with the information we needed to make the decision for our vehicle, and she always delivered top customer service! I would highly recommend working with Myers if you're looking for a vehicle. They made it a stress free process!
