Today we had the best car dealership/vehicle servicing experience at Myers Nissan! We had a bit of a situation with our vehicle in early afternoon, we had gone to have our tires balanced and rotated elsewhere, as we did not have an appointment at Nissan. We waited 1.5hrs before being told that our wheel key lock was stripped and that we could not have our vehicle serviced (unless we paid $25 per tire to have the nuts cut off). Off to Nissan we went, with the intent to have them removed, to then return to where we started to have our vehicle serviced. I ran in to the service department, while my husband and kiddos waited in the car. I was greeted by Katelin (an absolute gem, might I add) I quickly explained the situation. She went above and beyond! Within less than an hour our situation was fixed and our vehicle was squeezed in to be serviced (tires balanced and rotated). I can not say enough about our experience. Katelin made a stressful situation a lot less stressful. And made our little girls smile in the process (and they were getting quite cranky with all the previous waiting before arriving to Nissan). I would also like to add that there were two others working the service counter this afternoon, they did not even serve us directly, so I did not get their names, they were so helpful and so kind. Best service counter Staff I have ever encountered, anywhere!

We leased Nissan Rogue SV midnight from Myers Ottawa Nissan recently. The dealership made the transactions easy and simple to understand. I recently visited the Nissan dealership and had the pleasure of being assisted by Anastasia, Her passion for the brand and her products was infectious, making the entire experience enjoyable and informative.

I had originally leased my 2021 Nissan Rogue from Hunt Club Nissan but since I live in the West end I always took it to Myers for its servicing. The staff there are super friendly and make you comfortable right from the start.
Between June and October, Myers called me three times wanting to buy back my Rogue’s lease. The first two times I didn’t bite, but the third call I received in October was from Anastasia. I was pretty skeptical and non-committal to be honest, but she was super nice and made it clear that if I came into Myers to see her, I was under NO obligation to do anything. I decided to take her up on the offer. From the moment I met Anastasia, she was kind, understanding and not pushy at all! She had a bunch of vehicles from SUV’s to Sedans for me to test drive. We spent a good 2 hours driving the loop between Bells Corners and Kanata in different vehicles. At the end of that session- she not only had the team offer to buy back my lease in its entirety (with NO early release penalties) but she helped me to realize that I really wanted to keep a Rogue but just not the Rogue that I currently had. I left in my leased Rogue with Anastasia’s promise to keep looking for another Rogue for me with the options I wanted. Two days later, I got an excited phone call from Anastasia telling me that they’d just received a lease return on a 2021 Pearl White Rogue PREMIUM AWD. I mean, this thing had all the options I wanted and more PLUS it was white (which is the color I had wanted from the jump but ended up with a black on from Hunt Club)!
I went in- we went for a test drive- I fell in absolute love with this vehicle and Anastasia worked hard to get me a price that was completely fair and workable in my budget. At the end of the transaction- I just had to give her a hug because she’s not only a wonderful salesperson- but an absolutely wonderful person!
I cannot say enough great things about Anastasia and the Myers team as a whole to be honest. They have changed my opinion on car dealerships entirely. I will definitely be doing business with Myers from now on- and would highly recommend the dealership- and Anastasia to anyone!
I love love love my new SUV- I am so very happy with it and it’s all due to the hard work of Anastasia!

We took an appointment with Myers on 2185 Robertson rd a month ago for November 30,2023 for a tire change off-rims. I dropped off the car at 7 am and completed the dropped key box detail enveloppe. I provided name, phone number to reach me if had any questions, stated tire change was what the appointment was. Our appoitnment was at 8h15AM. A katie left me a voicemail to say they had the car and the keys. Give us a shout. I called them back, no one picked up. The second time another woman picked up took down my number and said Katie or someone from the service department would call me back. No one ever did. I knew we had taken this appoitnment a month ago for a winter tire change, they knew what the service today was for. When we arrived to pick up the car at 3: 30 as we said on the enveloppe. We went to counter to pay and she said oh we didnt do the winter tire change. We asked why and they had no valid reason. They simply said we couldnt get a hold of anyone. I never got another call from Myers after the one From Katie that said we had your car and keys at 8AM. Plus no one ever called me back after i had returned their call 2-3 times unsuccessfully. We left without any services being performed on the car. Let me remind you we took the appoint for winter tire change a month ago and the tires were in the car and visible and they did not do anything with the car, since we dropped it off at 7am! Most incompetent staff i've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Go anywhere else. That kind of disorganization, diservice and incompetency is not where you should spend your money. Staff like that should not be repairing people valuable items.

J'apporte une modification à la note accordée, car à la suite de la publication de ce commentaire, le directeur des ventes m'a contacté et il a fait ce qui lui était possible afin d'adoucir mon expérience client. Je peux donc dire que l'expérience peut varier d'un vendeur à l'autre.

J’ai fait l’acquisition aujourd’hui d’un véhicule chez ce concessionnaire. Une micra 2019.

En avril, nous avions conclu une entente pour l’échange de ma voiture contre ce véhicule. Nous nous étions entendus sur la balance due que le concessionnaire me donnerait après l’échange. Nous avions également convenu que la Micra me serait livrée avec des tapis toute saison et un winshield sunblock adapté. Lors de la description de la voiture, le vendeur m'a indiqué que celle-ci serait munie de sièges chauffants.

Ce matin, en allant chercher ma nouvelle voiture, le vendeur m’explique que les tapis qui m’étaient promis sont en fait des tapis de tissu et que les visières constituent à son sens le « windshield sunblock ». Enfin, la voiture n'a pas l'option "sièges chauffants".

J’explique au vendeur mon désaccord sur les additions manquantes. Je rectifie les faits en soutenant que nous avions regardé ensemble des photos de ce qu'était le « windshield sunblock ». Je lui présente la photo des notes prises lors de l’entente verbale.

Ensuite, dans le bureau de l’agente administrative chargée de finaliser la vente, celle-ci me tend un chèque d’une valeur de 2000$ de moins que ce qui avait été prévu dans le contrat. J’ai dû encore une fois défendre l’entente initiale.

Enfin, l’agente a corrigé le tir et elle a ajusté le montant du chèque. Le vendeur a commandé les tapis toute-saison tel que promis, mais il m’a indiqué que je n’aurai pas de « windshield sunblock », puisque selon lui ce n’est pas quelque chose que Nissan détient.

Je conseillerais à tous futurs clients de prendre des photos et copies de l’entente conclue avec un concessionnaire à l’avenir.

We had a signed contract. They reneged at the very last minute, made up a bunch of nonsense about Transport Canada monitoring vehicle registrations, gave us different stories every time we talked to them, and generally wasted a huge amount of our time. They are untrustworthy and unprofessional. Do yourself a favour and avoid these clowns.

Just purchased a 2023 Sentra SR from Doug Large at Myers Nissan Ottawa. Doug was amazing from first point of contact, but the experience was consistent when dealing with the Sales Manager, Armin, and Finance Manager, Hussein. They were respectful and weren’t pushy. Things were also done at an efficiency that I have never seen at any dealership.

Made my first car purchase with the Myers Ottawa Nissan dealership. It was a perfect experience from start to finish. The entire team treated me so wonderfully, answered all my questions, and truly made a monumental purchase feel exciting and easy. I could not recommend them enough. There is absolutely no question that this 5-star review was earned.
From the moment I walked into the dealership, I was given friendly and efficient service.
The car I had seen online was on loan when I visited, so I was offered a test-drive of a slightly newer model, and exchanged contact details so that I could be informed when the one I wanted arrived.
The time from that first visit to the day the car returned to the dealership was around two months, and the entire time I was provided with updates, opportunities to ask questions, and friendly check-ins.
Emilie Dean was an absolute joy to work with. Her friendliness and calm, kind demeanor made every interaction with Myers an enjoyable one. I was so grateful for her patience and reassurance with all of my questions and concerns, and for the efficiency with which she provided and sought answers for me. Emilie went above and beyond to make my purchase of the car go as smoothly as possible, and to make it all feel fun and exciting.
Hussein in financing made everything as straightforward as possible, and finishing up the final paperwork with Kristen was fast and easy.
Since completing the purchase, Emilie has checked in with me to see how things are going with the car, and that's pretty indicative of the level of care and friendliness that was shown throughout the entire 2-month process.
I'll be recommending this dealership to my friends and family.
