Dispatcher was so helpful, I was pretty upset and she got a truck to me very quickly. Tow truck operator was very nice and helped talk me down, price was fair. Greatly appreciate the speed and quality of service. Hopefully I don't need them again soon but if I do I know who I'll be calling!

**Be Careful Before U call them**i get towed my dump truck from exit 89 to windsor at 11 pm.its 188 km up and down.the dispatch lady said its $165 per/hr.plus 12% fuel. But they are scam, they always took your visa card first then charge extra.they charge $795. On call she said it will be around 480. (Also they took shaft nut bolts with them)

My daughter's car broke down fast lane of Expressway and had to call Myers. I think Darryl was there in less than 15 minutes, introduced himself, communicated saftey and had us out of there quickly. Hats off to Myers and Darryl.

When CAA would not help, Myers came out and freed the car in 15 minutes. Excellent friendly service. Can not say enough good about them.

Had to get towed back to Windsor from Detroit today. From Corey and Denise in the office to Matt who towed me, I had a great experience. They all made my day better. Matt showed up at the exact time we requested. He's a very respectful guy. Took care of my truck like it was his own. Gave me a ride back to Windsor and talked to me like I was a human and not a piece of garbage. Thank you Cory, Denise and Matt. I appreciate all your help. Will use again and highly recommend.

Best towing company in the city! Darryl took amazing care of my car from beginning to dropping it off at the auto shop. These are my go to guys!

The last day of November, my transmission light came on and before i knew it I was on the side of the road.
It was cold and windy- and i was nervous at the spot I had stopped.

Meyers showed up right away for me, they gave me a curtosey call to let me know they were minutes away, with the friendliest voice on the other line.
When he showed up, he introduced himself as Darryl, with a big warm smile, and he said, first things first, let's get you in the tow truck, warm and safe.
I really enjoyed this service and it made my day so much better than where it was going. We chatted all the way to the garage I was going, and it was just a great experience, really charged the day with a positive vibe.

Told me a tow would be an hour wait. 2hrs later told me it'd be an hour wait. Had the gall to tell me I should have called when a other company took 20min to show up. How about you don't lie to customers.

Needed my car towed from Tecumseh to just past Belle River. On a Sunday. Slight up charge but not much. Reasonable price. Excellent service. Very careful with the lowered car. I would recommend to anyone.

Called about moving something and they newer got back to me i even emailed them.
I was told they will get back to me week later i gave up moved it myself. Horrible service.

In July 14th, my car was over the cement block, I called them for lifting my car and pulling it back they said the base price starts from 100$.
For just lifting from the cement block they charged me 221 bucks for just LIFTING.

Not sure why I'm asked to write a review. I got T-boned at midnight on a Friday and I called Myers Towing for help. They were closed.

On March 7,2022 in Detroit Michigan between 12 & 12: 30 pm; I was walking across Randolph street.
This blonde male "MYERS" tow truck driver intentionally speed UP when he saw me. AFTER he sped up; he then switched lanes to come into the exact lane that I was walking in. Which was uncalled for. THE ENTIRE STREET WAS CLEAR.
Yet STILL he sped up towards ME.again we are on an otherwise clear street. IF the cameras @the OMNI/DOUBLETEEE are accessible: PLEASE? ! PLEASE? ACCESS THEM? !
I Beg an owner or manager to look into this incident. They WILL SEE this vile putrid spirited employee do EXACTLY what I described. I am an OBVIOUSLY BLACK WOMAN & I SAW us make eye contact. He SAW ME! He INTENTIONALLY SPED UP & SWITCHED LANES to be closer to me.
& At the sight of me; some thing inside of him thought to speed UP & get into my lane. ON A COMPLETELY CLEAR STREET. I cant believe it.
MAY GOD pay that empty vessel of a person bk 25TIMES for me.
He purposely tried to scare me. HE SAW ME & HIT THE GAS & MOVED OVER TWO LANES. INNATELY VILE. I would bet my last dollar that he WOULD have hit me _just fir fun if he knew he would not get caught.

Told to wait an hour, after an hour told to wait two hours, you guys need to find a better service woman after hours

They are very expensive and there driver have attitude for no reason. There are individuals that provide friendly services and are budget friendly as well.

Had to call CAA for a tow of our boat trailer that broke on EC Row, the first tow truck that showed up, the bed wasnt big enough for the trailer, second guy showed up but wasnt that experienced in the situation that was presented to him, they called for backup and Matt from Myers showed up and saved the day. He took control of the situation and was able to get the boat and trailer on the bed of the truck the best he could. Wouldnt know where or how our boat would be right now without the help of Matt, he was awesome and very professional! Thank goodness for him!

After a medical emergency we were forced to leave suddenly for home only to find out the brakes in our RV which was towing a trailer had failed. We were referred to Myers Towing by Myers Truck and Trailer Repairs (no relation). Myers Towing had to come from Windsor to Wheatley. They gave an estimated time of arrival and were very prompt. We have a 32 foot RV with a trailer attached, total approximately 50 feet in length. Ben and his partner hooked us up and he effortlessly and efficiently towed us to Myers Truck shop. We can't thank Myers Towing enough.

Excellent service! I have a lowered and highly modified sports car that's my absolute baby and they got it onto a flatbed and strapped down with the utmost care as if it was their own. Not only did they let me come with them to the destination to drop it off to be serviced but also gave me a lift back home. The operator that I had the pleasure to deal with was Bill and he was courteous and knowledgeable with an excellent friendly personality. He went above and beyond to make sure any concerns I may have were dealt with. I highly recommend this company as they are at the top of the game in Towing. If I could give more than five stars I would.

Broke the axle on my utility trailer last week, Myers came and towed it with a flatbed and did a great job.

Not a good experience at all. They make up prices on the fly depending on their moods that day. Not to mention very rude. Will never recommend or use again.

Worst towing company in windsor first experience such a plesent one second time the stole 75$ off my credot card called to inquire and denise myers was the rudest lady ive ever spoke to in my life.stay far far away from this place

Truck 80 driver Dave was very professional and toke very good care of my 2014 ram, was very cautious on how he strapped my truck down. Would highly recommend Dave and Myers for taking care of anyone’s vehicles that they treat like baby’s like I do.

I wouldn't recommend to anyone to call this company for towing. They charged me for six hours for half an hour towing. They are big cheaters.

I waited hour upon hours only to have to give my information and wait AGAIN. Would NOT recommend.

Thanks to the tow truck driver that came to gary in picked up my 2019 volvo with a broken u joint and dropped us at volvo ayr very professional polite and enjoyed the conversation through out the night he has only been there a few months maybe in time the company can upgrade him to a tow truck with a sleeper on it

Needed a tow due to broken k frame on my Sunfire from downtown Windsor to Comber. Prices are pretty decent couldn't have asked for a better flat bed drive. Shout out to George Quick he's the man for the job especially if you gotta get a ride back. If you need a tow call Myers towing and ask for George won't regret it

I highly recommend Myers Towing unfortunately I have had to use them a few times over the past few years and each ca 'll U made I was treated with respect.
Coincidently I had the same time truck driver Joe who was very polite professional explained what he was going to do and answered every question I had.
