Myers Towing

We have 12 Vans and we always used Myers towing for our towing needs. The last tow they did for us was a 15 min drive from the vehicle location to the destination. They charged almost $400 and claim that it's a MINIMUM 2 HOUR charge for any tow. Disappointing that our loyalty was rewarded this way. Spoke to the manager and he said there was nothing that could be done about this.

Thank you so much for taking such good care of my Mother who was stranded on the highway. You stepped up when another company wouldn’t and you ensured first and foremost that she was safe before attending to the vehicle.
I am so thankful to know you are out there helping people at a moment’s notice with a supportive and safe conscience attitude in such a frustrating situation.

Fell into an easily escapeble hole where I could be pulled out with a rope around 5 minutes away from their location. (Around >90cm) When they came they estimated over 110 bucks. Needless to say I sent them away and waited 30 minutes for my buddy to get back, and successfully got out of withouht paying a penny to these crooks.

If they said 30 mins, keep in mind Myers 30mins means 3 hours than # first ask $250 than tow show up, than driver change price to $350
. Plz call someone else not this tugs

I have always contacted Myers Towing because they have Fantastic service and are very reliable. Our last service man was I believe Darryl who I found to be very personable and professional with his work. I'd recommend Myers to anyone!

They were dispatched by TD Auto Club to tow my car, I was told the wait would be 1 hour. After 2.5 hours, a driver called me and said he would be there in 20 minutes and I don't have to wait to just put my keys under the driver side mat.
TWO days later I received a call from the auto shop my car was supposed to be towed to, and I was told that they saw my car still sitting on the side of the road.

I called TD auto club for an explanation and they called Myers towing, who initially told them that they towed the car. I never received a call from TD to tell me that my car never got picked up, which means Myers towing never told TD that they didn't get my car.

Horrible service.

Called for a tow, was told they would call once driver was on his way. I am still waiting for that call. The worst customer service ever!

Great Towing Company! Would always recommend Myers 100%. They are very experienced and prices reflect the work they do! I will never call anyone else. They are super nice to talk to and get the job done the right way. I will continue to use them and will always recommend them.

Had Rick move some equipment. Was able to do everything we needed. Very skilled individual snd prepared outfit. Won't call any one else.

Great Service from Ben. Arrived within 25-30 minutes of contact. Very smooth and professional service. Smooth, Quick, Simple- just a few words describing the “Myers” service. Would recommend!

Ben was great, he was very kind and did the job in under 15 minutes. He lowerd to a reasonable price instead of the 200$ + taxes. Overall great job.

Worst towing company in Windsor Essex County. Towed my vehicle 2 kms and damaged the rear shock. (Chain was strapped to the rear end but was in tension against the shock) Denied doing any damage. I called multiple times and same answer every time. (Not our fault driver had 20 years experience) They do not take care of customers.
