Friendly staff Lavanya at reception and the rest of the technicians, clean space.good experience

I took my mom for an ECG earlier today. The nurse was very kind and helpful afterwards we saw Dr. Brazil and he was one of the best cardiologist I’ve ever seen because he was very knowledgable and patient and informative. I rate this clinic and the doctor five out of five stars, it was a great experience. I recommend this place to everyone and anyone.

The staff and service was excellent here, they took the time and effort to advise on every procedure and ensure that comfort and test were done as prescribed. I would recommend this place to get your test completed.

I visited twice this place for my heart tests. Technologist Gazala, and staff Ishba and other staff were very cooperative, helpful and knowledgeable. They expressed, helped and guided every step. Gazala, Ishba and other staff and Doctor Ali also very polite, courteous, obliging considerate in manner. My both visits were so comfortable. I felt like I am visiting frequently and for long time. I recommend every body to go there for their heart treatment with full confidence. I also recommend to my family and friends for comfortable environment, knowledgeable and reliable treatment.

Service was excellent. No waiting time. Staff were extremely courteous and friendly. They explained everything in a clear language. Overall, the experience was extremely good.

My experience was very good, appointment was done on time, everywhere was clean and sanitize, technicians was polite and professtional.

I had a great experience. The stuff esp the technicians are super nice, caring and helpful.

My dad had an appointment on Jan. 9th at 1.30pm and the second one was on Jan. 11th at 10.40am.

Caring, Articulate, Considerate and Patient - are some of the adjectives I can use for the staff at this location.

Going in, I was extremely nervous as I wasnt sure what to expect and how things will go (although I had read about the two days process on their website, still there was a fear of unknown).

As soon as you step in the clinic, you feel welcomed, everyone was there to help and the overwhelming, daunting two days are broken down in to small pieces and what to expect during the process. On the first day, you will receive a sheet with dos and donts and how to prepare for the 2nd appointment/day.

From start to finish it was a great experience - we were guided at each step and everything was explained to us in a very easy, bite size pieces.

We had a pleasure of dealing with Ghazala, Karim and Kingsley. All three are the super stars of this location - they were very caring and made sure that my dad was taken care of properly.

Unfortunately, I can only give them 5 stars on this review. If it was possible - I would have given these amazing people all the stars in the galaxy and that too wont be enough.

Nuclear cardiology is a heavy term and it can create a lot of anxiety. I am sure the whole team is amazing - but the three people I dealt with are super heroes for me and you can 100% trust them that they will take very good care of you, your parents or whoever is dealing with them.

I wish them a lot of success for the future.

It had been a pleasant experience with Dewside facility doing my rest and stress test. Staff had been very helpful and knowledgeable.

I had a very good experience at the Clinic. All the staff are very welcoming, friendly and supportive. The nuclear/stress technicians were articulate in the procedures. I have to mention that Gazala (stress technician) is very friendly, communicative, smiling and made me feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the procedure. I went through the tests with comfort and positive vibes which were made possible by Gazala. Thank you Gazala.and thanks to the nuclear technicians as well! My appointment was on time and safety of patients adhered at all times. Thank you MyHealth Centre personnel for taking care of us!

Dr. Karim was a wonderful surgeon, and the staff was always helpful and kind.
And clinic was very neat clean and well organised.
Great medical office, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish.

Very professional and efficient. Process was well explained any all questions were answered clearly and succinctly. Friendly staff who went out of their way to make you comfortable and at ease.

I visited this clinic for four and a half hours with my 90 year old father for a nuclear stress test. The staff was very polite, professional and friendly. My father was well cared for and the clinic was very clean! Thank you everyone for the great service – appreciate it very much and would definitely recommend to others.

Wanted to thank ALL the staff at MyHealth Centre for a wonderful experience. Doing a heart test, treadmill and dye injection test does cause an individual thoughts of the unknown. Each staff person at MyHealth Centre were so wonderful. The staff adminstring the needles (injection) were great and it was painless.
Thanks for adding value and I would highly recommend MyHealth Centre Brampton Dewside office.

Had a great appointment. From being welcomed by the lovely receptionist to being treated well by all the medical staff. Everyone is very pleasant, and concerned with my health. The medical team were very informative and walked me through all the procedures. As all scans were being done the staff made sure that I was comfortable and assured all was well. I look forward to my next appointment because I was treated so well. I would encourage anyone needing medical services that they use My Health Centre's. The team is fantastic!

Racist and rude receptionist Derby. I went today for a covid test. The lady at the front desk didn’t even care to cover her nose in mask. When I booked online I did a typo error with my birth date as I wasn’t feeling much well. When she asked me my birth date, she started yelling at me. I explained her it might be typo. To which she was audacious enough to yell and said that’s not possible. Teach your staff to be kind to others. Kindness goes the long way.

We got a reminder call one day before the appointment. Proper instructions were given before the appointment. The wait time was acceptable. Everything was organized well. The appointment went well. Thank you to the staff members

All the staff were wonderful. They all made sure to explain my procedure and make sure I understood and was comfortable with what was going to happen. I was nervous at first but they quickly put me at ease. All in all a very caring and friendly environment.
